About this house rental
On the main floor you find the cozy LR/DR area with floor to cathedral ceiling windows, a 42" SMART HDTV/DVD player, wood burning fireplace, dining table that seats 8 and a counter bar with four stools and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a booster seat for your little one. The main floor also includes a queen bedroom, full size washer and dryer and full bath. The internet service is high speed which allows for streaming on all three smart TVs.
As you head upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a private double sink full bath, a 38" SMART HDTV and a walkout upper deck looking out to a spectacular mountain view. Down the hall is another full bath for those sleeping in the bunk room with its 2 bunks (4 newer memory foams) and large walk-in closet that easily accommodates an infant travel bed (provided) or a fold-out 8” twin memory foam mattress provided.
Downstairs in the finished basement you will find a large open space with an office area, a ping pong table and TV area with two couches and a 55" SMART HDTV and DVD player. There is also a bedroom with two XL twins and an updated bathroom with a newer shower. The open space also allows for the memory foam mattress and/or the baby travel bed.
The first and second floor decks overlook a large backyard (think snowmen in the winter and croquet in the summer!). The new deck has a picnic table, outdoor stereo speakers and a gas grill. Plan on soaking in an 8-person hot tub which sits just off the deck.
A spacious two-car garage and a large driveway provides convenient parking for 6 vehicles. There is NO SMOKING/NO VAPING in the house or on the outside property of this home.
Our family has owned this property for over two decades. The Meadow Creek subdivision is a small well-established neighborhood that is quiet and well maintained. Bike paths, shopping (Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart), restaurants, the award-winning Outer Range microbrewery and ski/bike rental shops are all within easy walking distance. The charming Meadow Creek Park (children’s playground; pond for fishing/winter ice skating) and the Frisco Transit Center are two blocks away. Guests have the opportunity to travel from Denver via several very affordable public transportation options and walk a few minutes from the Frisco Transit Center to our property. Lake Dillon Marina and downtown Frisco are also a short walk (1.0 mile to Main Street). The free Summit Stage bus service, which is also at the Frisco Transit Center, links three ski areas (think freedom for your teens and avoiding the hassle of ski resort parking) and all key Summit County locations. The popular Frisco Nordic Center has miles of groomed cross country/snow shoeing trails and a free sledding hill for little ones. The Frisco Adventure Park has a tubing hill for those 36" and up. It is also the home to Two Below Zero sleigh rides! Silverthorne and Breckenridge rec centers are a short drive away and open to visitors with workout facilities and kid friendly swimming pools. Don't forget about the Silverthorne Outlet shopping center and movie theater in Dillon as well.
Please Note: Town of Frisco maximum approved occupancy is 12 people for our home.

Our second stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this property the last two Spring Breaks. The owners have added new cabinets/counter/vanities. There was a new fridge as well. Communication with the owner and rental company are a breeze. The home is very well stocked with virtually any kitchen dishes, cookware, electric appliance, or spice you might need. And the garage is a certain plus too. Kids enjoyed the hot tub off the back deck. For our two families and five ‘older kids’, ages 12-21, it is perfect. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks again Mr. and Mrs. Conner for another wonderful Spring Break.

Loved your home
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. We enjoyed the neighbors dog coming over while we were in the hot tub haha. Really good pup. Very nice place that was perfectly located. Felt right at home in the mountains. The ping pong table came in handy for us and it’s nice to have things like that to enjoy after the slopes. Again thank you so much for letting us stay here it perfect for us.

Perfect Location, Great Home
Wow! We loved staying here in this beautiful, well equipped home. On a quiet, dead-end street, but walking distance to grocery stores, breweries, shopping and more. (Bike downtown in about 10 minutes on the trail that is at the end of the street)
We were here in the summer with a large group for a family reunion and the location and the nice deck and yard really made it easy for our gathering.

Awesome location and great space for multi family vacation
Clean house with nice space. Very convenient location. Good written instructions for everything. Appreciated the spices and condiments as well as other household supplies. No management issues and good communication with owners. Only suggestion is having a humidifier for each bedroom (only one in house). Great trip. Thanks for sharing your home!

Two families, a great time
We shared this townhome with another family, nine of us in all. The property was perfect for us, girls in the larger bunkroom, boys in the downstairs bunkroom, and parents each had their own bedroom. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We never had hot water issues. The kids could enjoy the large downstairs den area with TV and ping pong table and the adults could relax on the comfortable couches in the main living area. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed the hot tub right off the back deck several evenings. The property is maybe 1/4 mile to Walmart and Safeway. Downtown Frisco is probably 1/2 mile. We skied Copper four days and Loveland one day, but it would be convenient to Breck as well. Even Keystone or A-Basin would be an easy drive. The wood burning fireplace was a sure ‘plus’ to relax by after a day on the slopes. The owners are super-nice and a joy to deal with. We hope to return next year!!!

Clean and cozy. Just right for a family ski trip.
We love Frisco as a perfect launching point for different spots around ski country. We had a great stay and appreciated how clean and well cared for the home is. The owners were very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Would love to come back!

Nice home convenient to many world class ski resorts.
Our senior ski group consisted of three couples and three guys. This house was a perfect fit for us for the second year in a row. The house is well kept with plenty of Elbow Room and we especially appreciate the large dining room table for everyone to eat together. Also within walking distance of the free shuttle and quick shopping errands. We look forward to staying here again.

We loved this house. The owners are meticulous and it is the best set up rental we have ever stayed at. Set up perfect for families with two living spaces. Great hot tub and well stocked kitchen. We will be back!

Best weekend EVER! Family Favorite!
The owners were very accommodating and responsive to my questions before our arrival. They suggested Meadow Creek Park as a place for wedding pictures. When we arrived we were greeted with a hand-written welcome and wedding wish for my daughter. In the evening we cooked out on the grill, enjoyed the beautiful mountain view on the back deck and relaxed in the hot tub.
The five ladies in the bridal party, flower girls and ring bearers had plenty of room in the basement for wedding day preparations. The entire house was roomy and very clean. When the photographer arrived she was able to take some breath taking pictures of my daughter’s wedding dress in the back yard. We traveled to Sapphire Point for the ceremony approximately 15 minutes away, which I highly recommend for a small, intimate wedding. Warning: adults and children will be distracted by the chipmunks at Sapphire Point! The kitchen was completely equipped and stocked with everything from a crock pot to serving platters (which we used for the reception after the wedding).
The garage allowed parking for two cars and four cars in the driveway. We used the bean bag toss game and lawn chairs from the garage for the wedding reception. I am happy to say Dave and Ellen are Earth friendly and provided recycle bins (plastic, glass and aluminum cans).
As the mother of the bride and wanting everything to be perfect for my daughter’s wedding, Dave and Ellen’s home made everyone feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Fantastic
We had a great time in Frisco. The condo is really close to Main Street shopping and restaurants. Centrally located to skiing keystone Breckenridge Vail - we skied all three. At the end of the day we came back to a great condo, comfortably slept 7 and had all the conveniences. Everything we needed was there including a hot tub Pre heated to 98 degrees. Would definitely rent again!!

Extended ski stay.
Our group of eight adults had a great 10 day stay at this nice home in Frisco. Easy walk to Safeway or Walmart and several fine places to eat as well. Some of our group also walked to the bus stop for a ride to the slopes (just be sure to use your walking boots not ski boots). The house was fully equipped for cooking, washing machine, four bathrooms, and a nice hot tub. We hope to return for another stay.

Lovely and well stocked home in the perfect location for mountain hopping
My group of ski friends has been traveling together for ski trips in Colorado for the last 5 years, and this has been our favorite house so far. The location was perfect for skiing a variety of mountains (we skied at Beaver Creek (30-40 minutes away), Winter Park (90 minutes), and Copper Mountain (10 minutes)), and for arriving at either EGE (1 hour away) or DEN airports (2 hours away). There's a Christy Sports a block away to boot, making renting gear easy, and a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack too many sets of clothing. And, best of all, there's a spacious hot tub out back, which kept our legs fresh.
My group of 10 (2 couples, 6 singles) had plenty of space among the variety of sleeping arrangements, with everyone getting to sleep in a bed, and 4 full bathrooms. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, with more than enough utensils, place settings, and glasses for our large group, and every kind of cookware and small appliance you could ever need. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to sit down for dinner and games, and the ping pong table in the basement was great for post-dinner fun. The driveway and garage had plenty of parking space for the 4 vehicles we arrived in.
The owners were very helpful and informative leading up to our trip, and we really appreciated how easy they made it to navigate the house with notes and an appliance handbook. We will definitely seek out this home again for our next ski trip.

Great place. Very helpful owners and manager.
Our family of 5 stayed here for 10 days and my brother in law and his family of 5 stayed with us over two long weakends. The house was perfect for the 10 of us and had everything we wanted. It was spotlessly clean when we got there and if we needed help with anything the manager and owner were keen to make sure we were happy there.
The spa pool was luxury after a day skiing on the mountains.
