About this house rental
SUMMARY: Frisco is a fantastic central location for all that Summit County has to offer year-round — great skiing, mountain biking, hiking, boating on Lake Dillon, breweries and more. Lupine Lodge is an incredible, modern 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with a large great room, luxury kitchen, game room, loft, and rooftop hot tub. It’s perfect for families to share or couples to get away from it all.
MAIN LEVEL: This stunning new home in Frisco has a modern mountain industrial feel and beautiful natural lighting. The living area is spectacular, with soaring vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equally impressive, with quartz counters, a large island, Thermador appliances (including a gas range), and a lovely dining table. A unique parlor/game room sits off the main living room and features a wet bar, game table, couch, and queen Murphy bed. The first-floor laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The master suite features vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, and private bathroom featuring a rain shower and 2 sinks.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a beautiful pedestal sink and a white tiled shower. The second bedroom is like a second master suite with a private bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and a crib. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, a private bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and a small desk. Both of the walk-in closets are big enough for a baby/toddler in a pack 'n play (yes, we've done it many times!). Bunk the kids in the fourth bedroom with 4 twins (bunk beds + twin + trundle twin). The second-floor loft is a great bonus area with a huge comfy couch for big-screen movies, working, or relaxing.
OUTSIDE: Relax in the rooftop hot tub with views of Mt. Royal or enjoy the front patio with Adirondack chairs on a quiet, tree-lined street. We also have a propane heater on the front patio.
AMENITIES: You’ll find all the upscale amenities you’d expect in a home of this quality.
There is a one-car garage (the other garage spot is locked off for owner storage) plus room for more cars in the driveway.
For work-from-home guests, Lupine Lodge offers high speed internet from Xfinity. Download speeds are 650+ mb/sec and upload speeds of 28 mb/sec. Its a G00gle mesh wifi network with a total of 4 waypoints throughout the house.
Lupine Lodge comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, including the hot tub.
Lupine Lodge is great for kids too -- high chair, crib, pack n play, tons of legos, books, games, crayons, and other kids toys available. And don't forget the adult games -- jenga, taboo, checkers, cards, chess, cribbage, poker, and more.
LOCATION: Lupine Lodge is conveniently located in the coveted "Reserve" neighborhood. It's a 1 mile walk via a paved trail to Frisco Main Street or the Frisco Marina. 5 minutes to Copper. 15 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone. 25 minutes to Vail. It provides easy access to bike paths that take you all around Lake Dillon, or to Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone. Whole Foods and BaseCamp Wine and Spirits are also less than 1 mile away.

Our experience at this property in Frisco met or exceeded all expectations. The layout of the 4 bedrooms provided ample privacy for each guest or family, making it ideal for our group.
A few highlights:
Owner’s Suite Comfort: The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the rain shower was a lovely touch that made every morning refreshing.
Chef’s Kitchen: Equipped with plenty of utensils and pans, knives, a crock-pot, blender, and more. Cooking meals together was a pleasure.
Abundant Natural Light: The living room’s large windows brought in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
Plenty of living spaces: From the game room to the loft and front patio, there were plenty of spaces for family members to relax and enjoy their time, whether playing games, reading, or simply soaking in the surroundings.
Perfect Location: A delightful 20-minute walk to Main Street made it easy for us to explore playgrounds and restaurants. Whole Foods and a local brewery were a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.
Thanks. Would stay again!

We have stayed for two Thanksgivings in a row and have been very pleased. The location is great for skiing Abasin. Copper and making the small drive to shop and ski in Vail.
Town is just a short walk for the teens. Easy access to grocery stores and everything you need. Great trails surrounding!

Our family visited Frisco, CO and stayed in this property. The home was perfect for our family and offered everything that we needed during our week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare and serve meals.
The location was great. We were able to walk to Main Street and use the walk/bike friendly path in Frisco as well. We enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes and bike rides. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home away from home in Frisco.
4.9
Clean hot tub, heated garage, plenty of storage and hooks for ski gear, very well outfitted kitchen. Multiple excellent gathering rooms for kids and adults to do their own thing, but still be close. Lots of board games. Highly recommend for families w kids. Location is awesome, Super close to copper and Frisco stuff. A couple things to be aware of. Very close to i-70 - which is convenient but also loud if outside. Bedrooms besides the master leave a lot to be desired. Bathrooms are small and have minimal storage for toiletries. I’d stay again but only if I wasn’t in one of the guest bedrooms.

The house was excellent. Great kitchen. had everything we needed to cook a great Christmas meal. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8. 6 college aged kids, my wife and I. The house was cozy. Beds were comfortable. and bedrooms laid out perfect for our group. I would Highly recommend this house for any family trip ages 6 and up.

We loved the house, location and full stocked to make life easy. Made our vacation so cozy to have a comfy house to settle in to after skiing.

This is a great house. Has plenty of room. Also, the location is really great. A short drive or walk to Main Street. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking!

The house is beautiful, clean and great location. The kids and adults enjoyed the rooftop hot tub! Lots of space to spread out and loved having a bathroom in each of the bedrooms.

Beautiful house!
What a beautiful house and it was a great setup for adults and kids. It was close enough to walk or bike to Main Street. The communication with the host and property management company was great. The only drawback is the close proximity to the highway as traffic is very loud. Other than that this property is perfect.

It was a wonderful place to stay for my family of 8. Perfect areas to come together; yet, enough space to spread out when you wanted. It’s a gorgeous home in a convenient location. Don’t let the road noise dissuade you, it’s not a big deal.
Thank you!

We traveled as a group of 3 couples and 3 solo folks for 2 weeks. Erin, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating. Even after we booked, she was in constant communication answering our many questions. Since we were all working remotely, she was kind enough to provide us with an extra folding table and chairs. We also left some folding TV tray tables for anyone else in the same boat! If you’re lucky enough to be here during a snowstorm, definitely don’t miss out on hot tubbing with a view under the falling snowflakes.
AMENITIES: It really can’t be beat at this price point. High-end RH furniture around the house makes for comfortable lounging. If you’re a coffee person, know that there’s a Baratza Encore for you. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with appliances — just to name a few: slow cooker, air fryer, blender, and a paella pan that inspired one of our meals. We ended up cooking most meals and baking a couple of times, and we wanted for nothing (except a rice cooker, but that’s because of the altitude). Humidifiers for the dry CO air, check. Glove and boot dryers, check.
LOCATION: Frisco is not far from any ski resort! Drive home and hot tub while everyone else is stuck in I70 traffic. When the ground isn’t covered in fresh snow, it’s an easy run/bike ride to the Lake Dillon recreation path. There are restaurants nearby if you want to eat out, and no shortage of chain supermarkets or stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, City Market/Kroegers, Target, Walmart). You can even bus from Walmart to Breck for free.
WIFI: We had 9 people working all around the house, often with simultaneous video calls. No issues at all.
BEDROOMS: Amazing, huge master. One of the queen rooms is on the small side, but it does have two desks. Note that the bunk room is also relatively small and doesn’t have a closet, so it’s probably best for kids in its current state. Maybe a standing coat rack and/or luggage racks would help?
No real grievances. If we had to name some: It can get warm upstairs even with heat at its minimum, but we just lounged in tees + shorts, using windows as needed. Some non-stools for the dining table would be more back-friendly. Linens and towels could be upgraded (don’t really match how nice the rest of the house is). The property management company is pretty responsive, but they don’t recycle, so we drove our own recycling to the recycling center once a week. A prior review mentioned highway noise, but we didn’t hear a thing.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful house in Frisco. It was over Christmas and they had a beautiful tree in the living room and wreaths and lights on the second floor deck! This helped bring a Christmas spirit to our vacation. The house itself was very nice and we appreciated all the extras in the kitchen (seasonings, condiments, etc) the communication with the managing company was quick and responsive. Finally, I d like to thank the snow removal company! They were awesome! We had a great time at your place and would love to come again.

Great hone
The house had everything we needed and accommodated our family of 10 very well. If I had to state a negative, it would be the interstate noise. The back of the house was behind the interstate and with the windows open, the interstate noise was loud, especially the trucks. so we did sleep with the windows closed. The front of the house is on a quiet street. Overall, our experience was very positive and I would recommend this house to a large family.

First of all, we love Frisco. We are all distance runners so we come here every summer for high altitude training. The house is very well located, just 1-mile to Lake Dillon which was our main path of running. The home is gorgeous, very open, high ceilings and big open space. Doors from main room open to outside front patio. We kept the doors open while we are home all day. The home decor was elegant but Restoration Hardware comfy. Incredible cooking kitchen as well. We love this neighborhood. Although the back of the house is close to I-70, by closing the windows at night, you don't really notice. We loved our stay!!

Awesome Frisco Stay
We had a great week in Frisco with family. The house was just perfect for our needs and so spacious and beautiful! The upstairs den area was great for the teenagers to hang out. The owner was very flexible with us when our trip occurred over the Spring Snowmageddon of 2021 and even allowed us to check in a day early! The rooftop hot tub with gorgeous views and the warm radiant floors were some of the highlights of the house. It snowed for 3 days while we were there and it was like being in a snow globe watching the snow fall through all the windows in the great room. So beautiful and peaceful! The house is well appointed and had everything we could have wanted. We come to Frisco ofen to snowboard at Copper Mountain and would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular house/location and hosts! Highly recommended
The house is incredible, pictures in the website are real, but reality is even better. Living rooms are very spacious/cozy and decoration is extremely modern (RH-style). Almost all bedrooms include a private bathroom and rooftop bathtub is very nice for apres-ski.
Erin was super attentive prior to our arrival with instructions and recommendations as well as during our stay. We really felt he cared about us and wanted us to enjoy our vacation to the most.
Highly recommend the stay for family style or group of friends. We will definitely repeat if we go back to Vail/Breck area.
Thanks Erin!

This property is more amazing than it appears! Let’s talk about the location and views as you drive to the property. You are surrounded by amazing views of the mountains and close in proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The property itself is absolutely perfect!!! It’s much larger than it appears in the pictures. We traveled with a family of 6 and had more than enough room. The kitchen was more stocked than any other VRBO than I have ever rented. I was impressed with the Starbucks coffee beans and grinder There was not one kitchen item than I needed that wasn’t there. Plenty of family games that we thoroughly enjoyed every night. The property was very clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. We will 100% book this property again!!! Thank you Erin for letting us enjoy your PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL, and cozy home❤️

We absolutely loved our time at 211 Lupine Ln in Frisco! The house is super cool, inside & out! It had a lot of open space for our family to hang out, eat together, play games, etc... The hot tub is on the 3rd floor was awesome too. The house also has a great colorado feel to it too! We chose Frisco because of the location of several different ski resorts. Breckenridge, Keystone & Vail are short drives from Frisco.
