Great family gathering home.
We joined our family of 6 people in Portland for a memorial service for our beloved grandmother. The house was big enough to host a pre-ceremony brunch for 15. Plenty of dishes etc. Great location for everything we did including trips to the airport.

Perfect place to explore Portland
The house is in a perfect location 15 mins from the airport, Portland downtown, and close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Plenty of street parking available as well. The house itself has lots of thoughtful touches for travelers (luggage racks, shaving mirrors, etc.) and the neighborhood is very charming. Would love to stay here again.

Clean well appointed house in a great part of toe
The property is clean, well maintained, and well appointed with everything you could need. Everything seemed new or in excellent condition. It is a multiplex and we heard VERY little noise from the other tenants. The hostess Belladonna was helpful and attentive if needed—we had zero problems with the house or the stay in general. Lots to do within walking distance Alberta and Killingsworth. Overall I highly recommend this property!

Great house in amazing location.
Bella was an amazing host and was very accommodating. The house was clean, cute, and perfect for a large group. The location is close to Alberta and parking wasn’t a problem for us. I would recommend Bella and this wonderful property.

Clean, ample space, well-situated, fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms
Bella was very responsive to our questions and needs. There were many amenities for travelers in the living room: maps, games, etc. Lovely porch, beds were comfortable, bathrooms had ample space and towels. The kitchen was small but had every convenience for cooking and meals. The neighborhood was colorful and well- located with many stores in walking distance.
We would consider future visits, thank you, Bella.

Loved Every bit of our vacation with my family
Bella was easy to work with. We felt like this was a personal endeavour for her not just a faceless booking experience with a manager.
The house was easy to find and we had a rental car and parking was easy. Although the weather was bit chilly, everything was so close we just walked to eat and drink (everything you can imagine they hand make locally in Portland, it' s nuts). The food was really good everywhere we went. And we we drove to the beach one day, and to Multnomah Falls athe next day.
The seasons grocery store and that Kennedy School are must places to get what you need and also take in a cool vibe in a refurbished elementary school. My Uncle forgot his meds and was able to get them replaced at the Walgreens around the corner a couple blocks over. (which turned out to be a good excuse to eat at Hot Lips- they make theor own fruit soda!)
We just loved Portland and I'm voting for our next family vacation to come back to explore and play even more. Thanks again, Bella. loved every bit

Wonderful home with plenty of space for all 6 of us.
The property is perfectly located in a great neighborhood where you can walk to the market and cafes and great shops.
The owner saved us at the last minute and was extremely helpful. Loved everything about this place! Highly recommend staying here.

Splendid!
We were 3 couples sharing Bella's beautiful house in NE Portland. All 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed - each with a private bathroom - beds were excellent and everything we wanted or needed was provided. The kitchen also had everything we wanted and we relaxed in the dining room and living room. The house is perfectly located in a quiet residential area, and just 3 blocks from restaurants, shopping (groceries, etc) and two different bus lines. We took full advantage of the senior $2.50 fee for all day public transportation and rode the buses, metro and trolleys throughout the day - Portland has the friendliest bus drivers in the world! Also 3 blocks away is Alberta St - which has dozens of restaurants and food options. Bella was very attentive to any need we had, and often offered good suggestions for our interests. Temps were unusually high during our stay, but the house AC kept us comfortable - and the plums from Bella's gardens were delicious. We liked Jake's Crawfish, Mother's Bistro and Henry's Tavern in downtown Portland - which is a very friendly city and offers beautiful gardens and lovely buildings. We also highly recommend Erik's Free downtown walking tour, which starts at City Hall across from Pioneer Square. We definitely recommend Bella's house and will stay there on our next visit to Portland.

Lovely, spacious condo in the heart of Portland
There's always a bit of trepidation about traveling in a new area as a family of seven, especially with a special needs child. Everything was perfect from the modern decor to the just like home touches in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The condo was very clean and eco-friendly. The kitchen was amply stocked with all of the basics and more. A short trip to the grocery store for food and you're set to go; a great convenience for those of us with food allergies. Bella really thought of everything that you could possibly ever need. She's very kind and gave us her thoughts on things to do about town. The condo is located in a lively locale in the Alberta Arts district where stores, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance. We loved our stay there and hope to come back again to Portland!

Nice property in great location.
Well appointed and very clean in the house but the exterior areas were dirty and uncared for. We had no use of the backyard because of that. The location was terrific.

Our party of three couples had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this property. Completely outfitted.
This property is wonderful! Fashionably appointed, comfortable for six adults, and completely outfitted throughout. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants and with convenient access to the rest of Portland. We'll be back!!

No surprises is a good thing!
I rented this property for my siblings who were in town for my daughter's wedding. So although I did not stay there myself, I can relay their positive impressions. Of course I had the advantage of knowing the neighborhood, so I was able to familiarize myself with the exact location before I committed to a week's rental. The condo was clean and uncluttered and my siblings enjoyed the convenience of having New Seasons grocery just a couple of blocks away. They were never quite able to grasp the intricate rules of Portland's recycling and trash system, but that is no reflection on the owner, who was responsive and easy to deal with.

Great Location/Beautiful Property
We had a great time in Portland, this property is located nicely to walk to the restaurants and shops on Alberta Street and easily accessible to major expressway to make your way to other attractions. A must visit is Kennedy School which is also within walking distance. The property was very spacious and nicely furnished. The property amenities make it like home! Well stocked kitchen, top of the line washer and dryer!
The property owner Bella is fabulous, she is close by and available if you have questions or need assistance.

Exactly what it says on the tin.
We rented both upstairs and the downstairs units of this house for our family. Everyone in our group thought the house and the location was wonderful. The description and pictures were exactly what we got. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. A special treat was that the plum tree in the backyard was full of ripe fruit. We ate as much as we could handle, but there was hundreds more plums on the tree. We would definitely rent the units again.

Portland family wedding
Can't say enough good things about this rental. Have stayed @ numerous vrbo rentals and this is by far the best. Great layout for 3 couples - 3 BR all with their own baths, very well equipped kitchen next to a large LR with ample, comfortable furniture, front porch with several chairs and small back deck with table, chairs, grill and plums to pick. Delightful owner lives in other side of building. Great location-within short walk to many shops and eateries. Would definitely rent again from Bella.

Great house, great location!
The townhouse is lovely and in a great neighborhood. It was a wonderful home base for us as we played and ate our way through Portland. We had a fun-packed week, and it was easy to get from the house to any place we wanted to go. Many great restaurants nearby. Lots of street parking.
Plenty of room for our group of six, including a four year-old.
It was a home away from home, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially loved that there are three full bathrooms, a rare find in a three bedroom vacation house. Also, child-friendly stuff is available, if needed, including small bed, baby gate and even some toys for the little one.
Bella was very helpful, always available to answer questions or help with a last-minute request. If you're looking for a vacation rental in Portland, you can't find a better place!

Great location + great home = great experience
We and extended family were in Portland for a graduation ceremony. This house was perfect for the 7 of us, a great market and restaurants in walking distance, the airport is less than 15 minutes away (helps with an early flight out) and the entire city of Portland and the area are easy driving distance. Bella made the trip easy, a great place to stay.

Wonderful setting for family or friends
This was a delightful setting for our visit to Portland. The home featured ample space for six persons, a comfortable environment, and ease of access to public transportation and the Alberta District. The owner was very accommodating. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Wonderful time at a great house
We really enjoyed our stay at your house. Very comfortable and attractively decorated. Kitchen was fabulous. The neighborhood is great for walking and checking out small shops and then coming back to hang out on the porch. Would definitely recommend to others. Our only suggestion would be heavier panels in the bedrooms to keep out very early morning light. Thanks for the great stay!

Comfortable home w/ room for 5-6 people to hang out. Nice location close to Alberta Street walking.
Clean and comfortable for spending time with family each night after a day about the city. Looks like a newer remodel. Back porch BBQ was fine for grilling. No real backyard. Took many walks from the house about the Alberta Arts District and to local parks and attractions.
Kitchen has most of what you need, and the Alberta Street food coop and a large local market, New Springs (like a Whole Foods), are close enough to walk for your groceries. Nice touch by owner with providing guests with good coffee to grind each day.
Owner lives next door and there are 2 other rental units below, so not good for a party crowd. Great for family with grandparents. Great way to experience living in Portlandia. Worth the money.
