The property is a little oasis hidden away from the busy and noisy city.
Although the property is absolutely beautiful, the view could have been better.

All the staff made exceptional efforts to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.
The breakfast menu provided a wide variety and we were given as much as we wanted.
We didn't like having to leave!

The staff were so hospitable and affable, the hotel was cosy and comfortable and also near to the bus stop so you can use public transportation easily!
Maybe if it had a special view to sea or landmarks of the island it would be better, also breakfast menu could have more items, however, the items that we tasted were delicious :) so it was not a big issue

We couldn’t be happier with our two night stay at Kallos Imar. Such a beautiful hotel and the staff really care about you. The manager George was very accommodating when I had made an error in my booking (which was totally my fault). George was also full of excellent advice that really elevated our stay i.e. the restaurants and beach’s to go to, and which to avoid! Couldn’t be happier with our stay! Such a beautiful property.

a very nice modern hotel, close to the airport and ferry. The food was delicious and the breakfast was also good. What I especially liked about the breakfast is that you order from a menu and they bring it to you, instead of a generic buffet. It was reasonable in price, unlike some of the other hotels I’ve stayed in on the island. When you get there you are greeted with a drink and a very friendly receptionist. Also when you are sitting around the pool they gave me a drink on the house which I think is a lovely touch. The bed is comfy and the room is also done out really well, I highly recommend. I would say Santorini as a whole is somewhere you would only stay a few nights not a long time as there’s not loads to do there. again, I can’t praise enough how lovely and friendly the staff are it felt like a small family run hotel.
The hotel was lovely but if I had to pick anything maybe location because you have to get a taxi in to the main areas if you want to eat out or go to the Tourist parts but it’s not exactly far in a taxi.

This is a 6 star experience out of 5. One of the most fabulous personalized hotel experiences we have ever had. Everyone was so friendly and helpful they made us feel like family.
Everything was ideal. No improvements came to mind at any time.

Very cozy and nice hotel. Amazing friendly stuff. Good location.

everything modern and high spec. Staff were friendly. The bed was very comfy and the cocktails were great! Location was really handy to the airport but you didn’t feel you were close to it at all as the little town is it’s own thing (with great restaurants)
there was a delay between check-in and the room being ready which was a little disappointing. Breakfast service was also on the slower side so bear this in mind if you’re in a rush.

perfect location

The staff is very friendly and very helpful, they adapt very fast to your needs. The hotel has a very good position, it is central, near to the airport, and you are at an approximate equal time from all the touristic attractions. They offer transport from/to the airport and they collaborate as well with car rental companies that can bring the car directly to the hotel.
The breakfast is not so diversified, it is a-la-carte and it offers good, fresh choices, but some main things as fresh vegetables are missing, though.

Perfectly clean & as peaceful as a hotel gets. All the staff couldn’t be any better.
Nothing.

The staff was so helpful, sweet, patient. They arranged one of the best dinners of my life on the same day we requested it! The hotel itself was spacious & clean. There was food/drink always available at the bar. The pool is calm and relaxing. The room and bathroom were big & we had a little terrace. Highly recommend!!!
Couldn’t walk to anything we wanted to do so we took cabs but the staff was incredibly helpful in arranging that & even gave us little guided tours on our drives!!! So generous

amazing clean and modern, very beautiful and staff went above and beyond for everyone, they were so lovely.
the location wasn’t as picturesque as some of the other villages we visited but great if you are fine with hiring a car as it’s very central.

Clean and big room, good and sufficient facilities; nice staff; although it’s not in either Fira or Oia but the hotel has a taxi service which can send or pick up you to/ from wherever you want. So you don’t need to worry about the transportation. They will also help you to arrange the boat tour. It is quiet and good for holiday. It has sofa bed thus it’s family friendly.
I feel warmly welcome from the staff, I will be stay again in the hotel if I go to Santorini next time.
More green plants will make the hotel more beautiful.

This was the place we loved most about Santorini! Located in a lovely area, with a great view over the sea. Perfect architecture, that really reminds Santorini, really quiet retreat away from all the tourists. The most comfortable beds, lovely rooms, really nice large bathroom and excellent service. Mariana, in the reception is absolutely great, really professional yet friendly and always happy to help. Make sure you ask George and the staff for places to eat and visit, they have excellent suggestions. If we were to come back to Santorini, this would be the only hotel we would choose again, there is something magical about this place
There is nothing that you would not like here. So much attention to details and so customer oriented.
