A beautiful place run by amazing people!

Flora made us feel valued and was so helpful and lovely. Location just perfect, all rooms have the fantastic sea view. Our traditional dome was spotless clean and very comfortable matress. We would say the best hotel on the Island.

Excellent! Would stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, Flora was welcomed us with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's rooms, facilities, and pool were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Fresh bed linens and towels were provided each morning. It is perfect for travellers looking for a quiet, clean location with fantastic views of the sea. If we come back to Santorini, we would definitely love to stay here. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Excellent location, on a very reasonable balance value for money.

My stay here was simply delightful! I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The price I paid for my stay was incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money compared to other options on the island. The room was very comfortable especially the cleaned daily, well decorated, comfortable bed providing a relaxing retreat. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily explore the beauty of Santorini, while still providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, my experience at exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini, very professional!

A lovely clean and tidy resort.

So happy we made the decision to stay here! The property is stunning very clean and all the staff are excellent. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. Excellent location in the town of Fira. Rooms are very well set out comfortable beds and great showers and exceptionally clean. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels Just everything about this hotel exceeds its rating

A beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and comfortable deck chairs with shade offer a welcome retreat from the sun and a wonderful way to cool down. The views from the hotel across the island are beautiful.

The island is small but not ideal to explore on foot and the distance from the hotel to Fira makes for an uncomfortable walk without shade when the weather is hot. While our room was very comfortable overall and had good air conditioning on the ground floor the sleeping area above isn't cooled to the same level.

A very enjoyable week with lots to do!

Location was excellent - only a few steps from one of the best views on the island. My room was well maintained. Pool area had lovely views away from the Caldera and towards Fira. I enjoyed breakfast served out by the pool! The team at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel at home and help me get the best out of my time on the island

I really enjoyed staying at the property. Santorini (particularly Fira and Oia) is really busy though and traffic was pretty intense during my stay - this can even make crossing the road a challenge at times! It did appear much quieter to the south of the island.

The bed had staines The sink had mold The electricity went off three times within 2 hours we had to change hotel the next morning

I would definitely recommend staying here. EXCELLENT value for money and a really lovely hotel.

For my partner and I, the location was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk to the closest bus stop which only cost €1-2 to get into Fira. Great value for money. I would not recommend using taxis as this costs €15-20 for a 5 minute journey. Definitely utilise the bus. The hotel itself was lovely, the pool area was super quiet for most of the time we were there. The staff were extremely helpful.

The wifi was quite slow. We often had to use our mobile data. We did not always get new towels each day. We realised that it took a few days for our towels to be changed to new ones which was not ideal.

The Hotel is very beautiful and has a great view

No blinders in the window, light was passing. we arrived early like 9am and have been upgraded for €10 each but I think in low season as April it could have be done for free or at least offer a breakfast.

We booked for 3 nights for almost 450€ which is expensive for the area and they gave us the economic room which has nothing to do with the pictures you see on the ad. Mattress was awful, rusty bathroom, dirty bed, the room looks old and again nothing like the pictures. We complained and they gave us another room saying they upgrading us for free to apologize for the room, and we got a room that it showed on the ad. The AC was not working properly and making loads of noise but we didnt say anything as we were tired of complaining and always having issues. Im sure we got unlucky but i wouldnt stay in that hotel again, for the same price we could get much better

Great for the price… a beautiful property!

I landed late (after midnight), even though the reception area is closed, they still set up someone to pick me up from the airport (30 Euros) and show me to my room. It was a really cute and quaint room. I was comfortable and felt safe. I did hear someone’s dog barking all night, but that’s not the fault of the property.

They only take cash for payment for the driver service.

Being honest I was shocked what I saw only didn’t meet the reality

I didn’t like what I saw on website booking is not what I got, the room is old and mold smell, they don’t provide anything only bed, bedcover, and bed shits other things you have to pay, water, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, I wouldn’t recommend anyone. The staff doesn’t have customer care at all they more concerned about money

Disappointing

The location outside of town was nice and the pool area was always clean.

The rooms were not clean or stocked with soap and clean towels. We had to keep asking for housekeeping and even after requesting more soap we didn’t receive any.

Very disappointed and disgusted.

The room we live at is totally different than the pictures on booking. The room has a disgusting smell. And the quilt is not clean. I think it doesn’t washed after the previous customer leave. It has the smells of sweat and food stains. I cannot sleep on that bed. We just leave there at night and find another hotel to sleep. Most importantly, the air condition was so old that when we turned it on it suddenly leaked and the whole table underneath was full of water. My Burberry bag was on the table it was damaged.

1. The room looks different than it’s pics on booking. 2. It need to improve the cleanness. 3. The facilities are too old.

Good, but far from everything

the pool was very nice with a great view. there was air conditioning but we didn't figure that out until the end :(

Their address online says Fira but it is located in Thera which is very far from anything! They offer taxis service within the island but didn't disclose the costs until check out. They were very pushy about tours and upselling experiences. The bathroom was very outdated.

Accommodating Stay, Decent Quality

The room was huge! We loved how big it was. The pool area was cozy and had a great view. The staff was also so welcoming and accommodating. They made us feel valued when we showed up even though there was a language barrier. I highly recommend staying here. You'll feel at home.

I wished there was more for breakfast. It was only an extra $11 but if I knew what they were serving beforehand, I wouldn't have paid for it. The bed and towels could have also been softer. It was as pretty hard bed and the towels were rough to touch.

Nice hotel

Really good location with a lively view from the inner yard. Polite personell. There is parking place right next to the hotel.

No rubbish bin in the room. Sometimes there were no hot (only warm) water in the shower, and it is very difficult to ventilate the bathroom after shower. Dampness stays in the whole appartment for a long time.

great hotel and location

this hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in and staff are so friendly, great value for money especially if you have a car or quad loads of parking outside. 25min walk to centre of fira but it is all coast views along the way with footpaths so perfect for the evening time or hotel can arrange taxi. Sunset can be watched from a view point at the top of the road 1min walk away lots of people there taking pictures etc in the evening. I was a solo traveller working and wifi always worked area is super safe.

We liked the pool area and the hotel did have a nice modern feel

We had a very strange check in experience , the woman at the desk spent 10 minutes forcing us to upgrade rooms for an extra 20 euros, when we finally gave in the toilet was broken and the beds were single pushed together. The experience simply felt like she was trying to get as much money out of us as she can. The location was also a 40 minute walk to Thera so it isn’t really close to anything making it a nightmare to get food in the evening.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. It is more on the modern side and the views of Fira are quite nice. The pool area is great, very relaxing.

All people in Greece are very nice and hospitable, but I found they were not as accommodating, they took long to reply to messages and suggested you to adapt to their schedules and not the other way around.

Great and quiet place to stay

The quietness, the pool, the cleanliness,the rooms, the balcony and the amazing view.Staff was friendly

Small details which make a difference between good and excellent Pool is cold but you get easily used to it.. One small bottle of water for 2 at the arrival and that’s it for our stay (4 days) Torn towels, one toilet-paper per day if u ask for ;-) More help for infos and covid infos (test or not)would be great to help us enjoy our stay stressless
