Bluey's Beach House is a three bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bbq, air conditioning and secure double parking. There is a 1 x King Bed, 1 x Queen Bed, 2 x Single Beds and 1 x Double Sofa Bed. All linen and towels are provided. Wifi is not provided. There is a lift from both the ground floor and from the carpark with no stairs inside the apartment. 2 or more nights stay is preferred, 1 night stay may be considered on enquiry (additional charges apply). We had a fabulous time at the apartment. Very comfortable for 2 families, and the pool was fab. Close walk into town. Just a bit of trouble with the check in process. I would recommend contacting the owner to get clarity 24 hours in advance.

Awesome location. Pool great. Just right for five over 50s to catch up for a few days to commemorate our late Mums 80th Birthday with enough space to allow for time alone as well. In walking distance to heaps of cafes and Restaurants… Two of which were street level below the apartment. Kenny’s instructions are detailed and easy to follow.

We had a lovely stay, like others we found the process of navigating through the parking, lift and entry a little difficult but texted the owner and he responded quickly.

Stayed at Bluey's beach house for about a week, loved the view from balcony. Nice house to spend time with family while holidaying. Had everything we needed. Had some trouble with garage key and dishwasher but host Kenny was was very responsive and got them fixed the very next day.

The location is absolutely amazing. Overlooking the lake, morning sunrises on the balcony watching the locals fishing with the morning sun streaming through the loungeroom.
This was a family holiday for our family of 7, and we thought we would be a little cramped, but Bluey’s beach house was awesome. Room for everyone, a playground right across the road, the kids decided to swim even in the middle of winter, we walked down to the Main Street and great water play area each day. It has great facilities, is very clean & tidy, ample room for 5 kids ranging from 8-13 years, easy to get to and find your way around.
Bluey’s beach house had everything we needed. We just wish we could have stayed longer!
We will be back again for future school holidays, especially as the winter rates were way better than any hotel or caravan park we could find to fit us all in.

Great location and lovely aesthetics. Comfortable beds and spacious as well with secure parking !! However, really poor communication by host, and check-in was a nightmare with a malfunctioning elevator and no response from owner at all !! Luckily there were good Neighbours who helped out and finally managed to get into the property approx. after 45 minutes. Property was well equipped with amenities however does require a bit of attention with a quite a few lights not working and the front door lock needs attention as is quite hard to lock and unlock.

Initially unable to communicate with owner how to get into unit. Several phone calls were made and after after several hours contact was made and an explanation in how to get in, A phone call was made to Stayz asking for a refund was made however not necessary as able to enter accommodation

Went there with family. Apartment was with great view and close to every amenities. Park for children, water sports for everyone. Good places for food. The house had every facility. Good parking space too. Looking forward to come next time even for longer time.

Needs a new coffee machine and the sofa bed is very hard. But all in all, great location. BBQ good, kitchen had everything we need 😊

The unit was as pictured. Location was great and close to everything, however, the check in process was difficult. Tricky to access the carpark and a little confusing with the second roller door. The lift was another hurdle. One of the panels was not working when you select the level so you had to swipe on one side and select the level on the other panel. We could not operate the TV while we were there and did try and contact owner to advise, however, no response in the 2 nights we were there. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, bathrooms tidy and clean.

Easy to rent only issue was garage remote in unit seems to need new battery for undercover parking access and the lift button for level 2 does not work on the buttons below where you tap the access token so you need to press button 2 on the opposite side

A beautiful apartment. Close to food, park, waterfront and the main street is a short walk. Had a lovely time.

It was a pleasant stay with family, location was fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, boat hiring and playground. The property provided cot and high chair with made our life easier. Communication with Kenny was excellent, very fast response. Highly recommended and will come back again!

I would like to see the unit have more cleaning products, and also the broom was broken and also the mop was so broken and dirty that it made it hard to clean the floors. The bbq wheels where also broken and was very hard to use because it was lop sided. The unit looks over a government housing unit and there was a lot of swearing and fighting going on over there every night for the hole weekend that we could not seat out on the veranda.

Beautiful, spacious apartment overlooking Tuggerah Lake. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen, pool & easy access with off street parking. Great cafes & restaurants downstairs & along the street.

Great location. Apartment was nice and clean, the keys were a but tricky to use and a shame about no WIFI, otherwise was a nice stay.

Have stayed here before. Great location and the unit is large enough for up to 8 people.
The balcony and ensuite could have been cleaner.
Also had to message the owner for dishwashing tablets and toilet paper which were supplied the next day.
Otherwise enjoyable as always.

Awesome location,well equipped kitchen with microwave,dishwasher and coffee machine.Secure building,also the pool was really nice.With a little bit of maintenance this would be the perfect destination.

Lovely place, we had it between two of us, could easily have more there, great location, the biggest "problem" was the dawn chorus was loud, but that is not a complaint!

From the first contact with Kenny I knew we were on a good thing. Easy to deal with and so very polite. The 3 bedroom unit was just lovely. Having 2 car spaces was great as well. Unit was very clean and beds very comfortable. Nice view as well. I would highly recommend this unit for a short stay or a longer stay. Nice little restaurants and a cafe downstairs under the unit complex as well. The Italian one is MUST. Thank you once again Kenny

We had a two-night stay with young children and found this to be a great option for a family. The three bedrooms are all generously sized, having two bathrooms is a big win and there is lots of living space. Loved the location and the coffee shop at the bottom of this apartment complex is also fantastic.

Really love the location, it closes to the town and the water. However the weather keeps us stay inside the apartment most of the time. If there was Wifi included, that will be great!

Location was ideal and close to a number of restaurants and attractions.
Under cover parking was an added bonus for 2 cars. Very spacious unit with modern appliances.
The only disappointment was no internet or pay tv. Also the ashtray attached to a wall on the balcony was very full that needed emptying.. Lots of signs around the kitchen that stated ‘please leave the unit clean “ or no deposit back, the ashtray full was not a pleasant sight..
