Nice!

Nice shower! Very clean room, next to train station, near to the centre. Manuel was kind and helpful

Parking was free 5 minutes walk (we did not mind was fine)

Cinque terre day trip

The rooms is very easy to access, very near to the train station, free parking available on the street near by. Coffee and water waited us in room. Clean towels, comfortable bed, and we liked the huge terrace from the apartments.

An affordable room, close to the train station, but can be quite noisy at night

- all in all, a nice and affordable room - close to the train station which makes it a good location if you want to take the train to the cinque terre - nice terrace outside

- a major flaw is that the walls are extremely thin. If your neighbors are merely talking or watching TV at night, you will have a hard time sleeping. - I was sweating a lot at night, which is uncommon, and I feel that it might be because the mattress is not "breathable" - there were only two cups and a water kettle. I'd appreciate if there were a little more dishes / cutlery like 2 knives, 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons. A slightly bigger table and 2 nightstands would also be nice. - the area around the house feels a little shady

The room was clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to the train station, which is important to see the 5Terre! The owner was really nice and friendly, I would definitely stay here again

be sure to have cellular/mobile service to be able to call & get into the building

the property was a short and easy walk from the train station, which is great since it was raining when we arrived in La Spezia. also, it was within an extended walking distance to old town (where all the shops, restaurants and markets are). staff were helpful for additional coffees.

it was adjacent to some sort of machine shop or mechanic, which was very loud in the morning and at various times of the day. it woke is up early and we couldn’t go back to sleep. there was very little to do/see/eat on the immediate area, but of you’re willing to walk further to city center, the city is very nice. we did not know we’d need to call upon arrival to be let into the building. we had no cell service in Italy but went and bought an Italian SIM card and activated it, so be able to call the property and be let in.

It's spacious with balcony. There's heated shower rack. Coffee machine and light snacks were available too.

It was the last place I saw my sunglasses.. sad memories.

Exceptional

Location is actually good. Next to train stop to 5 terre. Town centre is 10 min walk. Check in was simple and quick. Great communication with host via whatsup.

Self Service Check in and the communication before was incomplete, helpful and friendly. The room very clean, there was a great balcony to share with the other rooms. The room design was glittery with was certainly an interesting experience :)

The room is very clean and spacious. The room is well designed. The owner contacted with us before the arrivle to explain the entrance to the building.

We didn't like the area. The building is close to the train station but not located in La Spezia center. We even scared a little to walk there by evening and night. There is no elevator to the apartment's floor so we had to carry all our luggeges by hand on stairs. The bed wasn't so comfortable and the water in the toilet continued to flow after being flushed.

Superb

The location is perfect for getting the train to Cinque Terre. Manuel contacted us directly to accommodate our check-in requirements and everything worked very well!

The matress is a little hard for my personal taste.

Superb

Everything was great. We checked-in late so the host sent all the details before the arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. 5 minutes walk from La Spezia train station.

The building location area is not so friendly. Everything was just fine, but it's not very nice to walk around at night.

It is very close to the train station, the room is quite big, the air conditioner was good and overall it's a great room

It took the host almost 30 minutes to answer us and give us the entry code for the building, the area of the building is not very pleasant and it is not nice to walk there at night We came by car and the most important thing when we looked for a hotel was parking, and it says that there is a free parking but the parking is not on the premises but a five minute walk from the apartment and is on availability only, no one can assure you that you will have a parking space when you get there Also, the towels were so hard it felt like we were using sand paper

For price wise, the accommodation was perfect. Location from main train station is very closed.

Manuel was very helpful and friendly. At one point the water cooker (kettle) has a shirt circuit in which we lost power in our room. We contacted Manuel and within 2 minutes we had an electrician solved the problem. Very nice of Manuel response.

The room has a constant cigarette smell that was hard to get rid off while having windows and door open. But eventually either we got used to it, or the smell went away.

Excellent room. Nearby parking, a short distance to the center on foot and very close to the train station to visit the Cinque Terra

Very good

The rooms were very clean and nice. Coffee in the morning was much appreciated. Even if the place is very close to the railway station, if you close the window at night you will not hear the noise.

Price was high.
