The host was very responsive all the time and he also changed the refrigerator the very next day when we reported that it wasnt working. He also gave good suggestions about the neighbourhood and made sure we had a good stay. The place was quite to restaurant and bars so we never had a problem going out. Its super near to the station.
Everything was perfect. So no complaints

Great location - nearby the train station and the main area of Castellamare and the beach.
I think its a very kind area for travellers as it is a more authentic town.
The coffee shop employees, where the breakfast is (a coffee + a pastry, near the beach) are really kind.
The rooms are clean which is really important.
When we asked for things like a kettle and an iron we got them later in the same day.
Keep in mind that the rooms are in a buliding with lots of stairs.
The rooms are small, and there is not enough place to rest beside the bed itself.
I think it needed to be cheaper but for summer we get the price.

The room was clean and comfy. The location is near to the train station. The owner is nice and helpful. The breakfast(coffee + croissant) is amazing.

close to the train station so this is very good thing if you want to take the train to go to Sorrento and after to visit the Amalfi Coast, close to the center, the room was ok, a coffee maker on the hallway.
we had a breakfast included, there is a restaurant near the hotel, about 2-3 minutes walk, but the breakfast is only a coffee and a croissant or you have a 3€/person consummation what is over you have to pay, I think they should say that so people wouldn’t expect a real breakfast.
the room was near the street and it was very noisy all night cars and scooters noise.
stayed 4 days and in 4 days was no cleaning made, someone came 2 times without letting us know and just arrange the bed, didn’t change the towels, didn’t change the bed sheets, didn’t vacuum the room.

The accommodation is located right next to the metro station which was ideal for transport. The towels were changed every day and they offered coffee and coupons for breakfast at an amazing Cafe down the street. Super clean and the staff was very nice although they do not speak English, we made it work :)
The mattress was uncomfortable

- The train station for Naples to Sorrento is 2 mins away (keep in mind that the trains doesn’t come regularly, they are very packed withe people and there is no air in them).
- There is AC in the room.
- There is a coffee machine outside of the room (but there is not milk).
- There is a small refrigerator in the room.
- It’s very noisy in the rooms (you hear the people from the other rooms clear and the people from the next building).
- The cleaner in the morning (like 8-9am) was playing a song very loud.
- The host didn’t speak even one word in english.
- It says there is a breakfast but you actually have a coupon for 3eur per person for a cafeteria 3 mins from the rooms which nobody explains it to you! You can buy 1 croissant and 1 coffee per person which is NOT a breakfast.
- Everyday we have to pay 3-4eur extra in the cafeteria at least to have a sandwich for breakfast.
- The host thought we are leaving 1 day early and decided not to clean the room and to give us toilet paper.
- I had to ask for a toilet paper and on the last day before leaving we didn’t had ant left and we had to use our own tissues which is embarrassing.
- There was a sign in the bathroom that if you want to have new towels you should put your old ones on the floor in the bathroom before cleaning the room and instead of receiving new ones they have just put the dirty ones from the floor back on the hanger and we had to use the old ones because when we came back in the room was in the evening which was disgusting.
- Very dirty area and city.
- No elevator you have to climb 2 floors with luggages.

Sparkling clean room and facilities, very comfortable beds. The AC worked perfectly.
The breakfast was a croissant and coffee/orange juice at a very nice caffe nearby.
Great location - the apartment is a few min walk from the train station and from restaurants as well!
The room had a window facing another building, just a few metres away from ours.

I loved the cleaness of the room, locality (close to the beach and hearth of the city – perfect view to Vesuvio). I also liked the way of breakfast – coupon to close coffee shop!

The owner is a very nice person, always smiling and helpful to us.
The rooms are very clean, secure and close to the train station, but we didn’t heard the train from the room.
The private parking place was secure, close to the accommodation and it cost 10 euro/day. We had to let the key inside in case they had to move our car, but it was safe. We also had a key to the garage for when there is nobody there.
The Italian breakfast was at a close restaurant, in the city center, named Gran Caffe Napoli 1850 - good coffee and croissants.
We also eat some good pizza from the pizzeria nearby, named Rosse. It is just takeaway, but you can eat it on the beach :)
As the accommodation is close to the train station, we took the train to Sorrento and from there to Positano we found a very cheap bus (2 euro), which was not crowded in the morning. From there to Amalfi there is another bus and back to the Castellammare di Stabia we took the ferry, with a beautiful view of the Amalfi coast.
To the Vesuvius we took a train to Pompeii and then a bus to the entrance of the Vulcano. Be careful because you have to buy tickets online in advance, otherwise there is no change to see it.
Our room (the one with balcony) had the window inside the building, so there was not enough natural light, but as we didn’t stay too much inside, that was not a problem.

Very good and satisfying location, in the center of the town, very clean. The owner Fabio was very gentle and helpful. The private parking right across the accommodation.

Really appreciated that Alessandro wait after midnight for our arrival, as we leave the airport later than expected due a big queue in the rental car. I highly recommend this place as it is very clean and rooms and bathrooms are modern. The inner side of the building is quantied and very nice. I did like that each room have a theme. It is great if you are traveling this car as there is a parking just in front. Breakfast is in the Grand Cafe di Napoli, which is a very nice place close to the sea. Couldn't recommend more this place.
Nothing, everything was great

We loved the room, it was brand-new with lovely and modern design. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The room was really clear and it is perfect for couples. We also got some breakfast in a near coffee, which also has a good atmosphere. The location is centrally, restaurants are in walking distance. We explored the neighborhood from Castellomare, e.g. Sorrento, Positano and the full Amalfi coast. With motorbike it was really a good choice. Also parking was no problem.
