The sea view to Versuvias amazing, room very clean, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast typically continental.
Only gripe, no menu so forget meals, drinks you can get at a fair price. There are seafood restaurants a couple of miles down below from the hotel that we used. When we arrived there was a function on for poets society, where we did manage to scrounge a steak meal, lovely too! However guests become secondary (not catered for) while functions are on.

The hotel is fairly new. So anything you touch - is new! Everything is clean, tidy, neat. And, obviously, the view! Stunning. And staff can't be more helpful. This is a family run business, and it is an amazing family! They meet me like a long missing family member coming back home. Nothing was too much to ask. Car parking facilities, etc. All the essentials are there. Close to town and the beaches. Brilliant altogether.
Sometimes, when you are outside, (not inside as modern double glazing does its soundproof job as well) , so sometimes you can hear odd noises from the manufacturing plant that is probably 2-3 kilometres away.

Lovely hotel, great room with a balcony overlooking the bay and Mt Vesuvious. Nice continental breakfast buffet . Staff was lovely and very accommodating
We didn't have a car, so we required a taxi to go anywhere.

The owner and staff were fantastic - above and beyond generous with knowledge and connections throughout Castellamera Stabia, food and bottled water beyond what we paid for, recommendations for travel, stores and restaurants. We were sad to leave these new friends.

What a lovely welcome. We were greeted by the most beautiful, friendly and kind owner. Her mother was there as well and the greeting felt like I was coming home. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel was under renovations (2nd floor) but we never even realised. The owner apologised but there was no noise while we were there and considering they were renovating, the place was very clean - probably because it was being contained to one floor.
The hotel is perched up on a hill with some lovely views of the sea. We left the blinds open and it was lovely to see all the lights and the sea. But note there are also rooms without a sea view but you can enjoy a sea view from the breakfast room. There was ample parking and the property was really safe. The drive to town is short. We came from Pompeii and I would have preferred to stay here and then drive to Pompeii. It was just a really good place to stay. We only stayed one night but we should have stayed longer.
Breakfast was really good. There were no hot food options in January but there was ample food to eat (considering that there were no people staying on the 2nd floor - they still went out of there way to have a good selection of food). The lady that served us went out of her way to ensure that we had everything that we wanted. You could see she loved her job and really wanted to ensure that we were well fed. The coffee was freshly made by the lady. We were the only people in the breakfast room as the lady made sure that we could have breakfast slightly earlier. If we wanted more food that was there, the lady would have provided it.
Would love to stay here again but I would stay a few days longer.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
I have added a picture to showcase how much parking there is as this is so important for us when we travel.

Great location to move around Amalfi, Positano and Pompei. Staff very helpful and kind. Basic breakfast and room with excellent view. Ample parking space that's pretty difficult to find in that part of Italy.
The rooms would benefit from some modernization and the hotel would stand out from the competition. Still great value for money. Wifi could be improved by adding few extenders.

Arrived very late due to travel delays. Staff were wonderful on arrival even though they were finishing off their night's work.

The view was amazing.
We will not comment -1 roll of toilet paper for three days, lack of TV in some of the rooms,
lack of glasses on the rooms, a scarce breakfast where cheese and sausages should ask, Difficulty drainage of channels etc.
Although we booked an extra room not to be three people in the triple room they made us pay аll the value of both the triple and the extra double rooms, although the rooms were the same. That is, we paid for 11 people, even though we were 9 people from the beginning.
They explained that the Booking.com required it.

I really like the location of the hotel, with the view to the ocean and the volcano. The customer service was amazing. Very kind people.
On the top of a tall hill/mountain. Difficult to walk around.

The location is practical and the views are amazing. We stayed with a large family in separate rooms and were incredibly friendly welcomed. The breakfast was good and enough.

Location is fantastic, facilities easy to use and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. As a bonus I enjoyed the unique view and the large balcony. Breakfast, served on the panoramic terrace, was another pleasant surprise.
A very chatty and sleepless couple with a vocally and extremely unhappy child stayed at the nearby room, clearly because their neighbors paid for their vacation to have a break. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but I pity those neighbors.
