With 5 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, ACE can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. The stunning gas log fireplace and plush leather sofa in the living room make the perfect spot to relax, while the rumpus room (5th bedroom) with toys and board games is a hit with the kids.
The house is equipped with all the essential amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, ducted heating, and evaporative cooling. Quality linen and plush white towels are provided for your comfort.
Outside, you'll find a private and secure backyard with a solar-heated pool, outdoor shower, and a decked entertainment area with a Webber BBQ. The cubby house, sandpit, and slide make it the perfect spot for the kids to play while you unwind.
ACE is located in Echuca's most prestigious residential area, just a short stroll from Coles and the cinema, and a pleasant 8-minute walk to the main shopping strip and cafes. Pack the kids scooters.

Alarms and Cameras - We want to make sure you feel totally comfortable during your stay. We've got two security cameras keeping an eye on the front and one on the backyard, mounted on the deck ceiling above the round table. But don't worry, to give you the ultimate privacy, we've got a velcro cover on the kitchen bench for the backyard camera.
Just hop on the sturdy round table and press the velcro on top of the camera. Don't forget there's a handy step ladder nearby to help you out! We're sorry for the inconvenience, but it's the only way for us to ensure the security when the house is empty.
By the way, the cameras do not record sound, so feel free to sing your heart out!
When you're ready to leave, please remove the camera cover and pop it back on the kitchen bench.
Oh, and a little heads up: we'll turn off the alarm just before your check-in time, so please don't arrive early and risk an unexpected welcome. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you at Ace Echuca Holiday House!

Excellent property for “Da Travelling Buddies” (a family of 3x couples) to spend a lazily few days away & relax within country Victoria.
This property is close to shops, cafes, restaurants, wineries & main attractions that Echuca & surrounding towns have to offer.
A great place to accommodate a family or two (or a group of close friends), a cubby house for children to explore, a pool to have a splash in, an entertainment & BBQ area near the pool to enjoy, a family room to enjoy together & have a laugh or 3 and a well equipped kitchen to accomodate all who visit this property.
The host “Chelsie” is so accomodating, friendly and communicates extremely well with her guests. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who can connect with others in today’s world and she is a delight to deal with, nice work Chelsie 👌.
I/we will definitely return in the near future to this property, to capture some more memories together with our family & close friends.

Our holiday at Ace was exactly what our family needed. The house itself was excellent, feels like a home away from home with cozy interiors, fantastic living area and wonderful deck perfect for relaxation. The kids absolutely loved the cubby, backyard toys and of course the pool. We also loved all the thoughtful little touches that make a real difference. We didn’t have to worry about buying toilet paper, really appreciated the well stocked pantry and coffee pods. The little bit and bobs box also came in handy when we needed sticky tape. The location is also fabulous, we loved exploring Echuca on foot, we hardly used our cars at all and made a morning walk to Johnny and Lyle our daily routine. Chelsie is an excellent host. Thank you so much for having us, I think you’ll be seeing us again!

Great property, will equipped, clean, good heated pool. Lots of indoor and undercover out door living spaces. Easy walk into shop’s, restaurants, port etc.

After searching for nice place to stay in Echuca we took a leap of faith and booked. Put simply, we loved our accomodation in Tyler st. The location is perfect with a short walk to the main st and walking trail around the campaspe. The Port is only a 10 min walk away.
The house is so well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. It’s beautifully clean and everything works as it should.
The alfresco at the rear looks over a gorgeous pool and is perfect for families with kids or a group of friends.
If you’re planning a stay in Echuca with a family or small group I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This property was amazing in every way , we have been on many trips around Victoria but this one was our favourite by far.
It felt like home and was clean and had absolutely everything we needed , it was spacious and cosy.
We booked for 3 nights and had many many activities in minds around Echuca but ended up staying in the whole first 2 days

Pool was one of the main attraction but it was cold due to the weather condition and was not clean as in the picture. Guest must carry extra toilet tissues as the supply was very limited

From first pulling up in the driveway, this property exceeded out expectations. A beautiful, spacious, spotless property great for families. Our kids were just as happy playing in the games room and outside in the cubby and sandpit as they were seeing the local sights. The pool would be amazing in the warmer weather. Great communication from our host who fitted us in at the last minute. We will be back.

The best holiday in ages at Ace Echuca
Incredibly comfortable, beautifully presented house and just as it appears in the photos. Nothing else we could have wished for. Four long time female friends, we felt very sad leaving after four glorious days.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Location was fantastic, walking distance to shops/ cafes. The house, gardens & pool was clean, well equipped with bedding, kitchen stuff & plenty of toys, and spacious! The large open plan living was Perfect for speeding time together in a large group. Thoughly enjoyed by the oldies, teens & infant as there was something for everybody to enjoy!! Property manager was helpful & we appreciated all the local info that was provided! Will definitely be returning!

Great getaway
Covid has created some weird situations so it was nice to be able to go somewhere else in regional Victoria with the kids, enjoy some sun (we’re from the frosty Macedon ranges), see some sights and enjoy the pool. Great accommodation. I expect we will be back for the Riverboats Festival at some stage.

Relaxing Getaway by the Murray
We are a group of friends who have been taking short holidays together for many years and this property is up there with the best. The property is very well appointed and gives a friendly and relaxed feel on entering. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves inside, and outside on the deck not to mention in the lovely pool. Has the 'Return Factor'
From the front gate, this unassuming little house is a big surprise after opening the front door.
It was immaculately clean and well appointed.
We liked that there were basics in the cupboards like pepper/salt, sauces, gladwrap. As we had the Grandchildren the well kept,Safe, sheltered private pool was a Godsend.
Super market easy walking distance as was the American Hotel (good meals)
Our contact Chelsea was very pleasant to deal with and bent over backwards to help.
Huge Thankyou to the owners (altho we DID pay for our pleasures) it was a fabulous stay and we will be back. We can highly recommend.

Lovely family home close to town.
This beautifully maintained and well presented home was a home away from home for us. We had older kids and young adults and they all fitted in comfortably in the house. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the kids loved the pool. I loved the kitchen which made meals preparation easy and all of us enjoyed hanging out in the large living /TV area relaxing or playing board games on the large kitchen table. Unfortunaty we were there when a big dust storm hit and the pool was affected . The owners were marvellous and got the pool fixed up quickly so we could have plenty of time to swim. Thank you Chelsie :)

Brilliant, down to the last little detail
What a beautiful property. Spacious, clean and the perfect location for a family getaway. A thoughtfully decorated and comfortable house - everything has been thought of. It is the perfect getaway for families - the playroom inside full of toys, the cubby house and sand pit outside, lawn games and of course the pool, kept our kiddies busy the entire time... which also meant they slept well at night. The lovely outdoor undercover bbq area allowed us all to sit and chill outside together while the bbq was being cooked and we took breaks from swimming in the pool. The location was within walking distance to Coles at the end of the street, and a short stroll to the main street full of lovely little cafes, antique shops and our favourite spot (we managed to sneak away from the kids for an afternoon while their grandparents babysat), the distillery. The property owner was in regular contact leading up to our stay and was available to contact at all times during our stay if needed (it wasn't). Check in was a simple and easy process and there's a good level of security around the property. All in all, a great place to stay and a lovely town to visit. We'll most definitely be back.
