About this house rental
This tastefully decorated guest house has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom; both with large en suite bathrooms. From the front door, you will enter a spacious living room and dining room with an open concept floor plan. There is a high end comfortable queen sleeper sofa as well as several cozy arm chairs to relax in with a good book and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the lovely wood burning stove.
The living space leads into a breakfast nook and kitchen. Enjoy a snack at the kitchen counter area where you will find two bar stools or enjoy your coffee and tea at the sunny breakfast table while you gaze out at the views. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to whip up your favorite nibbles and meals.
Head outside to the front porch and patio to enjoy the lovely scenery and views of the coastal mountain range in the distance. There is an above ground jacuzzi, a patio seating arrangement, a barbecue, fire pit and a covered front porch for some peaceful shade in the summer sun. You may even want to channel your competitive spirit and play a game or two of corn hole while you're outside! Enjoy gazing at our local wildlife - deer, wild turkey, owls and quail, or Gita (the Copia cat) are our frequent visitors and provide for great photo opportunity and photo bombing!
The property is gated and completely fenced in. We allow a small pet, under 40 pounds, with approval when booking.
Please note: The house is located on a working vineyard and comes with all the excitement of being on a vineyard. At certain times of the year, there is more happening in the vineyard than at others. You may hear ATVs, tractors or workers during the day. Vineyard work typically takes place during the normal work week, and not at weekends! If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We stayed here for my son wedding at Terra Mia. We loved the house, views and convenience to our wedding venue.
Would like to come back just to seat back and relax. Place is awesome. Thank you for accommodating late departure, really appreciate that.

Such a wonderful guest house with exceptional views! Very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs and having our am coffee! Melanie provided great info and was very responsive. We did a tasting at Copia Vineyard as well. Beautiful story about the owners and the wine was awesome!

Our place was absolutely perfect. Breath taking views, close to town, but when at the home you feel miles away and can relax on the porch with a glass of wine. This place is a true gem. Can wait to go back.

Perfect set up for two adult couples. Could use better lighting in main room (reading lamps). Missed having a bathtub to take a relaxing bubble bath. Great location and beautiful views.

We had an amazing weekend in Paso! Your home and property are absolutely beautiful and were really the icing on the cake. Thank you for keeping the property so well stocked. All the extra little touches you include really complete the experience. Last but not least the Kitty is special...so adorable!

This was our third stay (and won’t be our last). Sarah is so responsive and welcoming. The home has everything you need and more! The views looking out over the vineyard are beautiful and there are several seating areas to curl up with a book, glass of wine, or in front of the fire table. Gita, the vineyard cat kept us company. It’s a perfect getaway for two couples and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you Sarah!

We had a very nice time- this is the second time staying here. Had a little problem that part of the gate was removed - but a quick phone call is all it took to get this fixed. Lovely place - we will return next year.

We loved our stay celebrating my friend's 65th birthday. I can't wait to go back again. There were even beautiful, bright and cheery fresh flowers waiting on the table and the home is so very nice and the views are vast. The hot tub was clear, ready to go and although you feel like you are off the beat and path, you are still only a few short miles to restaurants! Loved It!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property! The views from the property are unparalleled. We were in town for a wedding, and it was delightful to come back to this serene and lovely property after all the peoplely events.
Conveniently located to downtown and the 101.
The house is extremely well-maintained and very well-stocked. Plenty of coffee was provided for the Keurig, and the toiletries were plentiful and of high quality. The washer and dryer worked flawlessly, as did the dishwasher.
The living room is spacious and very liveable. Both bathrooms are huge!
Our only disappointment was that the king bed was too soft for our comfort; however, everything else made up for that.

Great weekend at Copia Vinyards Guest House. The home was perfect for two couples with each having our own bathroom. Communication was excellent.
The location can’t be beat - close to downtown Paso but far enough out you feel like you’re in the countryside. We also enjoyed a wine tasting and food pairing at the tasting room on Mustard Creek Rd.
Look forward to coming back.

This is a lovely home (guest house) on a vineyard. The home is centrally located in wine country and just a couple minute drive to downtown Paso Robles. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything about this house was perfect! It felt like home away from home, stocked with all the necessities, games & things to do, and full of comfort. Sunrise was absolutely beautiful, and visiting the Copia tasting room is a must!

Our family of 3 - 2 adults, 1 teen along with our dog - recently enjoyed a three night stay at the Copia Vineyard Guest house. The home is just as pictured, amazing views, wonderfully clean, and loaded with thoughtful notes and products to help make your stay easy. The communication prior and during our stay was very good, access was easy, and the complementary wine tasting was a wonderful treat! We definitely recommend. Thank you so much for being terrific hosts!

The property was perfect for our family of two couples with both master suites on opposite sides of the home with the common area in the middle. We loved the location since it was close to downtown, but secluded up on the hill that it felt like a retreat. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was great . Surrounded by grapevines on an elevated hill giving spectacular views across the vineyard and surrounding valley. Seems remote even though you are 5 minutes from town. Family enjoyed the outdoor seating and numerous rounds of corn hole! Definitely would return .

Exceeded all expectations
What a joy to stay at the Copia Guest House. This beautiful property perched above a sprawling vineyard was Ann amazing pace to stay for three wonderful days in Paso Robles. We started with a tasting in town at the Copia tasting room. The staff there was delightful, the wine was delicious, and the tone was sexy for what was to come. We arrived at the house and we were absolutely thrilled. The grounds are beautiful and the house is so well stocked and tastefully decorated. Lots of room for our party of 5 to spread out. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom was - spices, oils, coffee, shampoo, soap, lotions - we felt very pampered. Lots of information about the house and the surrounding area were provided in a welcome binder.
We had a few questions during our stay and Sarah the property manager was quick to respond.
We are so looking forward to our next visit to Copia - it will be very soon.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property is very adorable. Like most things in Paso, you felt removed from the hustle and bustle of life. The view is amazing, the bird watching is pretty cool, the property is cozy, and it’s easy to acces(even in the dark). We had a lovely stay

Dream House!
This is my second time staying at the Copia Guest House in 6 months and it won't be my last! It's such an amazing home and property. There is enough space with the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house to give adequate privacy. It's beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. The hot tub and fire pit were especially nice during the chilly mornings and evenings. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Our Favorite Getaway
The Copia guesthouse has become our go-to vacation spot when we just need to get away. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the house is clean and it truly is one of the most relaxing places. We love taking advantage of the proximity to town and we always make sure to make time for a tasting as we love their wines. Sarah, the manager, is absolutely fantastic and always goes above and beyond for our stays. We’ll be back next fall and already counting down the days!

Just as wonderful the second time!
This was our second time staying at this wonderful vineyard home. It’s a great space, perfect for 2 couples, wonderful outdoor areas for enjoying the beauty of the property, and a fantastic jacuzzi too! The vineyard cat, Greta is an added bonus, we all loved her so much! Proximity to all the tasting rooms and Paso restaurants, this property is a total gem!

Thanksgiving at Copia Guesthouse
Beautiful property, view of vineyard from yard and house absolutely stunning. Fenced yard great for our 5 year old grandson. Kitchen fully stocked we had Thanksgiving there kitchen had all we needed to cook with including spices. Loved the fire pit for s’mores. Close to town, however, we ate most meals at the house because it was so beautiful and comfortable. We will return. Property manager Sarah was wonderful, we had a small issue which she corrected on the night before Thanksgivings which we did not expect.

Absolutely the best!
My adult daughter and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. This house, the amenities and the view was absolutely amazing! The place is very clean and nicely decorated (some VRBO house are overly decorated) so it provides a very calm atmosphere. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the morning and evening and the fire pit at night. Bedrooms are perfectly furnished with really comfy beds. Bathrooms are nice as well. Visited the Copia tasting room downtown and really enjoyed the wine! Sarah was wonderful! Already planning my next booking!

Beautiful, peaceful home!
This house was perfect for our stay in Paso Robles. It was quiet, secluded and the views were amazing. The home had everything we needed; both indoors and outdoors. It was great to feel so secluded yet we were only 5-10 minutes from downtown and very close to all the wineries we visited. We will definitely stay here again!
