Excellent breakfast. Large quiet room. Full of character with a lovely courtyard. Private reserved parking a 100 metres away. Close the centre and restaurants.
Wi-Fi very poor and unable to use internet most of the time

The historic building is fascinating and beautiful. The view from the room over the country side was excellent. The room itself was pretty spacious and had a really nice old-world feel, but with modern comforts like air conditioning. The included breakfast was great with lots of healthy options and excellent coffee made to order.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable, although wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Celkově příjemné prostředí v historické budově s krásným atriem. Velký pokoj a dostatek úložných prostor.
Hotel na dobrém místě, v docházkové vzdálenosti všechny zajímavosti, restaurace i možnosti nákupů.
Snídaně s výběrem slaných i sladkých pokrmů, servírovaná káva.
Hotel nemá výtah, což se asi v případě historické budovy nedá očekávat.

All good , although did expect more on the tea and coffee facilities, no milk supplied and limited coffee and tea

Well-located near Porto San Marco. Few tourists in this area so very quiet. Hotel is beautiful and our room had 2 views over a local street, and the Tuscan countryside. Wonderful and helpful staff.
Only the stairs! But the Marvellous Moroccan took our very heavy bags upstairs for us. ❤️

beautiful view from our room
breakfast was nice with plenty of choices
lots of stairs but understandable as it’s an old monestory repurposed into a hotel.

The room (and bathroom) was spacious and comfortable for three people. Everything was clean and the building was interesting. The main sights of Siena were only a 5/10 minutes walk away. Parking is close by.
Lots of stairs. The parking area is small and compact - we were parked next to a hedge which scratched our hire car as we tried to leave.

Great location. Nice building.
A bit old everything. A bit of renovation would be welcome.

We spent one night at the hotel intending to see the Palio the following day ~ but it was rained off! The location and facilities were great and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I am sure we will stay here again!

Beautiful room and amazing view. The whole hotel has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and a great location just few minutes from Piazza il Campo.
Breakfast wasn't particularly amazing. The breakfast options (we are gluten free and notified the hotel) weren't much and when we asked if it was possible to change tables the cook was rude and told us it wasn't possible :/

location and the entrance patio were stunning
the mattress/bed was worn out i.e. concave so could not sleep well

It was a quaint hotel in an old monastery. So much charm. Breakfast was perfect! Location amazing. Very close to supermarket as well as the main sites. We enjoyed the courtyard for card games. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful.
Rooms were a bit tight for a family of four. And the chef was a bit grumpy. Not very hospitable and even got angry at us for eating our lunch in the courtyard.

This hotel is in an old cloister which gives it a unique aura. The location is excellent, in walking (10 min) distance from the city center. The hotel is quiet, the breakfast is great and the personnel friendly. The parking is tight but available.

The location
I’ve stayed in former cloisters before, but this one was on the hard side : ugly reception areas, no elevator, noisy and
minuscule rooms. And in addition, a rather unpleasant staff. Not a great experience all in all.
