Estuvo bien.

La comida, mucha variedad; el personal fue muy atento, las instalaciones lucen muy bien, siempre se aprecia el atardecer.

Que el lobby bar cierre a la 1am y la piscina a las 8pm. Que para cenar en ciertos restaurantes hay que reservar hasta antes de la 1pm por lo que si haces checkin a las 3pm ese día ya no tuviste la oportunidad de cenar en alguno de ellos.

I had an absolutely lovely time and I will definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was beautiful. The staff and amenities were lovely. The food was very nice and the drinks were enjoyable. I am very pleased.

There were not many vegan options. The staff was kind enough to work with my friend who could not eat much, but for the future, I would like to see them cater to vegan individuals much better.

Very nice all inclusive in great location

Nice-sized property with great pools and location. Very good (though sometimes fair) food at the buffet all day long. Very nice staff with a mix of English speakers and not. A nice spa area with a private bath tub.

Service was mostly totally fine, but there were some waiters at the pool who were much more attentive than others, so it was a little hit or miss. Many times we were in the lobby and other public areas, there was the typical "upselling" by the concierge to see the property next door so we didn't love that.

It was our first time visiting Vallarta and we were not disappointed at all.

The location was excellent as we were able to take full advantage of the site seeing areas, shopping and restaurants. Staff was all ways attentive and friendly.

There only negatives I found was one the cleaning of the rooms took longer than usual. At time we decided not to get the room clean as we would come back to the room tired from are outing and wanted to rest, but the room was not cleaned yet.

we had a wonderful time enjoy the adult pool bar and lay down chairs in the pool , We enjoyed the beach and the service

The Property is very well maintain and beautiful!

I didn’t like trying to get a spot at the pool , they need to enforce the rules more, people putting hats on the chairs and leaving it there for three hours , so no one could get a chair,

Exceptional

Property was picture worthy perfect. Our room was big enough with a view. The restaurants were well staffed and food was very goo for buffets.

Nothing I can say that we did not like. the location was excellent and the pools beautiful. Maybe one thing was a negative it was difficult to find shade at pool.

Small property in close proximity to town.

We are in our 80's and our son was not able to visit us unless we sat in the lobby. He booked our trip and we couldn't even sit to visit by the pool or beach. Also, the lobby could use ceiling fans because it gets extremely hot.

food and drinks were terrible, service was slow, time share property that tries to sell you a vacation rental package and doesn’t take no for an answer. beach location was not swimmable- large rocks kick up with waves. pool extremely crowded and water was hot.

Wonderful sorry we had to come home

This is the 6th time we have stayed here. Years ago it was a nice place but now it has been upgraded to excellent and we were very surprised when we arrived. We like the location because it is close to town and you can walk to Old Town. The staff are more that friendly wonderful people. Hope we can go back next year.

Most of the wedding party stayed at the sister hotel Villa Premier. Glad we had the all inclusive.

After checking in we were directed to see the concierge to learn about the facility. We had just travelled a long way and all we wanted to do was get our luggage to our room, freshen up and get something to eat and hit the beach. Instead he was setting us up for freebies if only we would listen to a breakfast presentation in the morning. He wanted an American $20. It would be returned after the presentation. We have no intention of getting into a time share or anything that resembles one. That was so disappointing. We walked out of the meeting the next morning with our $20 and we were tempted to book elsewhere after being lied to 3 times.

Being lied to. The sheets always felt damp. Why doe someone need to use a leaf blower at 7:30am??? Echoing in the hallway. Hard to get a good sleep. Loud music playing too late for us. No ocean view as promised. The inside bar bathroom needs a door and door locks.

Your breakfast was awesome! Every single morning I couldn't wait for breakfast. Your menudo was absolutely the best!

Very very noisey! If it wasn't doors slamming at 2 in the morning, people talking loudly in hallways or just the music at night that vibrates thru the halls with no doors. Sleeping was a challenge :(

it is convenient and within walking distance of the malecon. despite the smokiness of our room, the rooms are very moder

we were given a room that had obviously been smoked in. we were told it would be clean within the hour but of course this is impossible. I don’t believe that any attempt was even made to clean it. the food is mediocre.

Well I know where not to stay when we go back

Breakfast was good choices and well laid out.

We arrived at the Hotel.at ten AM we went to desk and left are bags with front until are check in time at 3PM I book a beach view and got the main street penty of cars delivery trucks and so forth when got are room key we were approached by the concier who tried to strong arm me in going to presentation on not a time share but membership to their Hotel.Next door that was suppose to be 90 min that turned 3 half hours the front desk girl was very rude as well Then we were told by their sales rep that the ocean view rooms were for members

Absolutely wonderful property. Would definitely stay again.

Central location. Very walkable neighborhood. wonderful bartenders and waiters. Modern remodeled rooms. New Year’s party was amazing.

The food was goos but was the same every day. Could have used a special for dinner nightly at the two restaurants to offer more variety.

It’s okay for the price but it could be better.

Very clean and a great location close by to the boardwalk and airport! Lots of shops close by and super close to the beach.

Too much noise from the construction being done on the resort (ridiculously loud) and some of the staff wasn’t great. Our orders were forgotten at the poolside bar during a low peak time and the front desk attendants were not too cheery to help at times. The food was okay, it wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t the best. Some of the dishes didn’t taste like anything and the buffet was kind of small compared to other resorts I’ve been to.

Amazing location and staff, missing all inclusive variety.

The staff are super friendly and attentive. The location on the beach and in town was perfect - very easy to get a taxi and explore. The hotel was recently renovated, clean and well maintained. The rooms are well equipped; especially if you get one with a patio and seaview.

Like most all-inclusive packages the experience can seem a bit repetitive. The breakfast options lack some basic western options that we felt were missing (thinking bacon, sausages, hash browns) - just simple stuff you crave in the morning after a night of a couple beverages. They are about 3 fruits they serve every morning as well - would be great to get more variety. They also are unable to make iced coffees, which we also felt were missing. Don't worry, if you venture out of the hotel, you can find nice cafes with coffee and breakfast options close by. We also felt the same with dinner, the reservation restaurants have the same set menu each night (so one visit is enough) and the buffet is the same for lunch and dinner everyday. They had one themed night and the food was great! (Reso required). Again there are lots of options close by but you start to question the all inclusive value a few days in. Lastly, getting our room cleaned with like pulling teeth - when we got back to our room in the evening (after being out all day) our room was unclean - we would have to phone and get someone to come up. We were mostly concerned with the sand (we just needed a sweep), so we would borrow the housekeepers broom and dust pan and often clean the room ourselves. This one is unique to us but may provide some insight into service levels, but the hotel was undergoing serious renovations and our experience was filled with loud drilling and banging drowned out by blaring bass heavy music. We understand renovations happen but we never received communications in advance OR at check-in. If we had this info (what days and times they worked) we could have better prepared and planned out days better with perhaps day activities, packed earplugs, etc. Lastly, the entire "adults-only" pool (which allows kids) is for 'premium members' which require a black wrist band. The loungers and cabanas are reserved exclusively for them.

Great location, nice staff, great beach pool arrangement but super lousy food.

Great location near the malecon, and all kinds of wonderful restaurants, which is great because the all inclusive food sucks.

If you are a vegetarian it is virtually impossible to survive here. the buffet and a la carte are meat centric, and there is little you can do to adapt your meals. The waiters in the a la carte have no vegetarian suggestions. Easy adaptations like a veggie quesadilla are disaster. They just put the steamed vegetables served with some of the meat dishes on a tortilla. Not enough energy to saute some onions, add some cheese, black beans.... Discussing challenges for vegetarians with staff is an exercise in futiity. The buffet itself is repetitive, not just from day to day but from meal to meal. Rather than provide the choice of sausages for breakfast the same beef or pork stew is cycled through every meal of the day. We don't see ourselves as wine snobs, but the wine is undrinkable.

one of the workers when doing our registration, if we booked 2 rooms we want our rooms close to each other and she gives them on different floors, when the people after us (family members) checked in she gave them rooms next to each other and 2 different families, she was rude, they also didn’t allowed to do a late checkout

Will not be staying here again. They don’t respect the room you reserve

I liked the servers at the restaurants/bars/pool area and also house keeping. They made sure we were treated well at all times.

I made a reservation for a balcony room with ocean view a year ago and when I arrived, they didn’t have the room available so I was given a regular room. Didn’t get a refund or any compensation from any of the receptionist including supervisor. They were no help so I will no longer be staying because I was charged for a balcony room with ocean view and wasn’t given that. Also security was horrible, I had a drunk man trying to force himself into my room claiming it was his room.

The staff was amazing! Right on the beach. Everyone was friendly. The spa treatments were absolutely wonderful! Healthy options at the buffet. Felt safe traveling alone.

The construction was so loud! I was roped into a presentation first thing... they said 90mins...I was held up from 8:30am-1:30pm. Wish there was an atm on-site. Bed was a little hard.

Great location, just don't go while they are renovating the property.

We liked the views from our ocean view room. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The located was perfect, and it was walking distance to the Malecon (beach boardwalk). We felt safe leaving the property to roam around the town.

I didn't like that the resort was undergoing renovations to half of the property and we heard drilling and hammering all day. We also didn't like that there was a pool designated for adults and a pool designated for kids, but the kids were in both. I also didn't like that we were only allowed one beach towel each. The vendors that walk the beaches are very aggressive and I felt it was never ending, so I didn't get to just relax on the beach without getting hassled to buy something.

I actually like the property enough to wanna return in early January, a very nice part of town.

I like three informality and get warm greetings from each member of the staff, everyone is trying to treat guest with kindness and respect. I’m so lovely and clean and Smart do you update it.

As of September 16 the pool is still under construction for adults. This is one of the reasons we choose this property so we could have a separate phone. It looks like the third of the building is still undergoing a major reservation and I look forward to seeing the final process. Also the food could use some future shifts to come in and heightened the popularity of food culture dining is about overall a lovely place to stay for everyone.
