We liked the location the most. A beautiful Italian villa with a wonderful view of the mountains, the sea, St. Angelo. Very nice and polite stuff 🔥🔥

Stuffs were pretty nice and helpful. The foods there were amazing, one of the best in ischia.
They only had curtains, which were insufficient to protect privacy of each rooms.

the location was brilliant with beautiful views of the sea and the sunset

The view, breakfast was ok.
We got probably the only not renovated room in the complex. It wasn’t clean at all, the socket cover in the bathroom was next to the sink. The sockets in the living room were dangerously dirty, the fridge didn’t work and the staff was so-so, on the verge of not very accommodating.

The staff went out of their way for us.
We have already recommended it to friends
It was hard to find

The stagg and Service was amazing. The location suited us well because it was on a hill on a quiet place. It took 10-15 minutes to walk to the bus with good connection. Around the hotel there is a lot of lovely restaurants and the restaurant had one of the best pasta I ever had!

It was simply the best!!

Beautiful panorama from the terrace, good and comfortable bed, regular cleaning of the room, warm welcome (gratis prosecco/wine/water). On request, they porvided bread and ham or boiled eggs for breakfast.
The place is 800m from the bus stop, which is quite a walk uphill (but the wiew is beautiful). The distance from the sea is 4-600m indeed, but in straight line, through cliffs, on road it is a minimum of 1.6 km. There is no reception, the host and family lives above the rooms, and when they are there, you can ask about options, but they give you only verbal informations, there is no price list for the drinks only for the bottled wines. So we couldn't find out about the airport shuttle, or bike/car rental, or any other programmes they have listed on ther page as available facilites. Also, the room should have had a fridge and water boiler, but it was not there. There was a TV in the room, but no channled were available, and as there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only on the therrace, it was merely a decoration. The pictures of the pools suggested three big, comfortable pools, however in real life these are ca. 3×4 m small pools, you can barely swim in, and as the children of the workers were also using (jumping in and out) the pools, it was also not a calm place to rest. Breakfast consisted almost only of sweets. And we thought as guest we have some priority in the restaurant, but as there is no reception, and we had breakfast early, we missed the information, that there will be some celebration that evening, and when we asked about if we could have dinner with them, they said only "oh, we are full sorry". And when finally, we could book a table for dinner, we had to face that there is a fancy table (usually rich americans) that is the top priority, the personnel gives full attention to them, and serve other guest only in the spare time. And when we got our food, we found some metal springs in them...

Location, food.
You need a car to go the beach.

Wonderful place, room very large, beautiful point of view
Calm and relaxing gardens.
Staff very helpful
The location is at the south of Ischia, a bit isolated. You need a car to do everything: hiking, going to the beach, do some shopping.
Some fixing needed in the rooms : one shower not available, one lamp near the bed not working
No pegs or hooks in the bath room

This was our first time at villa Neptunus - we were positively surprised by the hospitality and the warm welcome of Peppino and his family, they are absolutely the best in town!
The hotel is located in a remote part of the island with a gorgeous terrace overlooking Ischia. The place is surrounded by the green and you can enjoy the panoramic view on the beach from the outside.
There are two swimming pools available and the rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. We also had a small patio outside which is a plus!
The place is literally beautiful and I appreciated the fact that they kept the traditional style of the Villa. The owners are terrific and the food is delicious as well - they have a cool restaurant on the terrace and in the evening they have fun all together while enjoying a great fish meal with live music!
At walking distance you can reach the beach called Sorgeto, which I believe is the closest!
I had to work few days during my stay and the owners have been extremely nice, they allowed me to stay in the dining area and benefit of their Wi-Fi!
I highly suggest this place if you are looking for: relax, great view, warm welcome and having fun!

The hotel is located in a beautiful remote part of the island, with an amazing view on the sea. The little natural sauna and garden had to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the place. It is also a great spot to get to Sorgeto as it is very near.

The hotel is exepcionally beautiful. The view is amazing, while the staff is more than ready to help you. The decorations on the patio are really dreamy. Everything was really clean and cozy, there were many plants and a giant garden space. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The location is cool because its close to all the beautiful bays.
Its not superclose to the bus stop, but we walked (it was like 10-15 minutes with nice views so it was perfect)

The hotel location is very pretty with a great view! The restaurant has also very good food. The hosts welcomed us with a drink and tried to make our stay nice. You can rent a car from the hotel if you wish.
The environment is great but there is still work to do for the ambiance. The hotel staff tried to make you comfortable and talked a lot with you when choosing the dinner at but a pity it is only for interest of money (they don't propose you the menu and systematically propose you the more expensive plates of the restaurant (60eur the starter?!) Without even saying hello the day after. The tenant seems obsessed with ambiance and almost forced us to play tambour while eating, and talked very badly to her employees..Last point is the breakfast buffet, which is not. Very cheap juice and two pieces of cake..
