We came in very late Friday night and left just before checkout on Monday, we stayed here for the Mountain Dew Expo at Copper Mountain. We realized there was supposed to be a check in package on Saturday when we were unable to locate the key fob for the pool. Vacasa had a text option if there was anything needed. It took over two hours for a response from the text, and had already called and spoken with someone. There was miscommunication somewhere between the owner and Vacasa, and it took until late morning Sunday to recieve a response about the key fob, which was already too late for the pool.
The actual unit itself was perfect. No issues and felt very welcoming. The exception was that the gas fireplace did not work, but everything else was perfect and cozy for our little trip.
Overall, would stay again, Vacasa just needs to up their game and not take almost a day for a response about something that should've been included in a welcome package that we never saw.

Loved the space and fireplace area. Boys enjoyed the bunk beds.

We stayed here for a week with two grandsons. The location allowed us to hike, raft, shop, and explore easily! Adequately equipped kitchen for simple meals. There is no AC so beware of picking a hot summer week like we did! The clubhouse is above par…the boys swam, played racquetball/ping pong.

Great views, well-located to all the local ski slopes. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were super comfy and it was well appointed with towels/linens. Our family of five had room to spread out and the kids loved the sleds that are in the bunk bed room. They trudged out back and had a great time building forts and a sled run. Bonus points for being one of the only ski rentals we have had with a place to hang all our coats AND boot trays for the boots. One small item to note: we did have to wipe out the dressers before putting stuff in them as they do not appear to have been used or vacuumed for some time. Not a big deal. All the things that you want clean: fridge, bathroom surfaces, towels, sheets, were immaculate.

We stayed for snowboarding at Breck, Vail and Beaver. Overall it was a good stay.
Pros- the clubhouse with pool table, pool, hot tub and sauna (though it did need a deep clean)
Kitchen is pretty well stocked. I like when there are spices, paper towels, plenty of utensils and pans to make a meal. Also used the coffee maker every day.
Plenty of bedding, pillows & towels.
The pullout couch is easily the nicest one we have ever used.
Cons- we couldn’t stop sneezing, there is a good layer of dust on the baseboards and the nooks and crannies need to be deep cleaned
I didn’t realize that laundry was in the clubhouse so we would drive ours over and hang out while it washed.
The boiler system is loud when you are tired and want to sleep. It seems to be right behind the master bedroom headboard. I wish I had brought ear plugs.
Couldn’t get the fireplace working.
Again, a few things that we didn’t love, but none of it stopped us from having a great week.

Moose on the loose
Nice place. Nice pool and sauna area. Even saw a moose about half a mile away near the road. Would stay here again.

Great location!
We loved the location of this property. We were able to ski at 3 different resorts, all very close to our condo. The surrounding condos were also booked but there was never a noise issue. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra linens and towels,

July stay
We enjoyed the location and the ground floor unit. There were several broken and non-functional items which would have been a bigger problem is we had stayed more than one night.

Clean and well stocked with most items
Clean property with a lot of amenities. Would recommend bringing kleenex if you don't want to use toilet paper as none was provided but other than that and one of the 3 tvs in the bedroom not wanting to connect, everything was great. Lots of extra towels and bedding and options for beds. A lot of different dishes and cookware minus a pizza cutter but lots of different knifes that could be used. Clubhouse was under construction but looked nice so hopefully will open and ready for use next time we visit. Overall great visit.

2021 Ski Trip
Great location, clean rental / nice layout. Had a small problem with door lock when we first got there but had no trouble contacting agent and resolving in short order with a follow up call to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction, impressive

Nice ground level Condo
We spent two nights here and it had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the crackle of the wood fireplace while we relaxed after our days of skiing. We did have a challenge setting the right temp to sleep. It felt too warm in the bedrooms so we turned the heat down below 60. It also took me quite a few tries to get the electronic deadbolt to open each time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice place for a few days in CO
Very nice apartment. Great location, quiet and close to trail head. We were not able to ski due to the resort closure, but really enjoyed the hikes in the forest

great place and location
The location was ideal, close to 3-4 ski resorts, easy access to shops and restaurants. The only issue is the baseboard heating. We could not control this in the bedroom area and it got really hot, even after turning the thermostat off. Also the couch was not that comfortable.

Timber Ridge Visit
There are a number of things that need attention and they were provided to Vacasa. The humidifiers were helpful in the dry air.

Great Condo
The location is great and the clubhouse is terrific. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could be a little better stocked - there was no dish towel for drying dishes - but still had most of the basics.

Nice place! Lots of room and great location!
When we showed up there was a mix up with the keys. It was fixed right away! Homeaway went above and beyond to make sure this problem was fixed quickly and we appreciate that. This place has everything we needed to all meals, sleep 5 of us and have a great time. It was located I'm the center of everything we were in Colorado to do!

A great overall experience with a few critiques
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and would book it again. The pull out couch was not very comfortable. And we were a little disappointed to find no spices, but it was a minor detail that would improve someone else’s experience.

Great place to stay while enjoying a skiing weekend in Colorado. Incredible location for multiple ski areas and a versatile condominium to boot. The public area was very nice and my only regret was not utilizing it more.
