Fantastic home and service!!

Our stay here was great, kitchen had everything you need and there is tons of space. Loved having a garage to keep the car snow free and being able to bring a dog (although expect dog hair on carpets). Overall, great place and would definitely stay again!

A bit of a trek from Keystone, but the condo was fine. Very warm, comfortable beds, and clean. heated car garage was a blessing. Less satisfactory: poor hot water in the kitchen. (We had to wash pots and pans in a bathroom sink) Glassware could be replenished with some varied sizes, and throwing out the old moldy plastic cups.
Other than that it was a good experience and pleasant stay.

Loved the location, layout of the condo, access to hiking trails and ceiling fans. Quiet. Beds super comfy.

This property was in a convenient location and overall was comfortable. However, it definitely needs some repairs particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms.
One of the upstairs bathrooms was missing the mirror above the sink. All of the towel bars were loose or actually coming out of the wall. The kitchen sink doesn’t work properly with only a dribble of water coming out when you use hot water. The living room furniture is also very worn and the carpet could stand to be cleaned or replaced.
We were pleased with the beds which were comfortable. It was also nice that the kitchen has a large pantry. The garage and deck were also nice bonuses.
With some updates this could be a great place but until they are made I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Easy to find. Good location for nearby stores and good restaurants. Plenty of room. Living room furniture is pretty worn. King bed was very comfortable.
Several issues: trash scattered outside front door upon arrival, this was not a good first impression. Worst issue was several piles of dog poop on the balcony. One couch pillow had dried food or some substance all over it. I did notify Vacasa of the issues and they said issues would be taken care of. No one ever came. The next day noted that the kitchen sink only had a dribble of hot water coming out the faucet. The dishwasher had food particles all over the bottom of it. I tried to run the dishwasher to clean it out, but it did not work. I had to bring hot water from the nearby bathroom to wash the dishes. I did notify Vacasa of this issue as well and they stated would be taken care of asap. No one ever came to resolve our issues. Vacasa did apply a small credit for the unsatisfactory cleanliness.
Townhouse was comfortable and we did enjoy our stay other than these issues.

The house is cute, cozy, and well-stocked. It's also conveniently located right off the highway so made for easy trips to different places in Summit Co. Recommend!

This townhome was perfect for our party of 5 for a weekend ski and snowboard getaway. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

We understood it was dog friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog. Needs new carpet.

The people before us had their dog poop on the balcony and just left it. We also had our dog but took him out. I saw a lot of poop around. Perhaps get some bags for people. We had a few other problems. One shower did not drain, the downstairs toilet ran. Cable did not work on main floor. The couch and chair were small and very worn. Good news I did sleep well and it served its purpose.

Lots of room for the family to spread out- great location. Sadly the unit was not clean (many years of dust in places, hair on the floors, crumbs and beverage stains on the counters and half empty wine and beer bottles in the kitchen). Vacasa stated that we would be contacted when someone was “en route to remedy the situation .” But we were we never contacted and no one ever came. With some updating and better management this place would be great. For now I would not recommend it.

We loved that the propriety had everything we needed from kitchen appliances, pans, dishes, etc. to fans, blankets and towels. The garage is especially a nice feature since it showed every night and most days. Having laundry on-site was fantastic. We never ran out of anything and even had extras like seasonings and baggies!

King size bed in 1 room. 2 twins pushed together to make a king in the other. Bathroom in each bedroom plus a half bath on the main level. PRIVATE single car garage with shelves for ski gear. Nice, clean and cozy unit. AND, the stove has a REAL hood so you can actually cook! I'll look for this spot again next time we visit Summit.

This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! The scenery was also incredibly awesome! I don’t think we’ve ever relaxed so much over a weekend! Thanks so much!

This is a nice centralized location. The carpet is spotted from other pets, sad people don't clean up after their dogs. The kitchen is well stocked. It could use a deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival noticed a lot of spots on carpets form pets. 2 of the 3 ceiling fans did not work. Notified the rental agency who responded quickly but could not remedy all the problems.

We loved the location! We were overall very happy. If this place had minor upgrades (grill was a fire hazard, furniture and carpet pretty worn out) it would be more perfect!

We loved the location, close to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes so we had to hand wash but no big deal. There was literally only one washcloth in the entire place. I bought some and left them there. If you take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood you have to be careful because many of the people there with dogs did not keep their dog in a leash. Overall it was a good stay, we would stay here again.

Great stay
Everything about our stay was very positive. Great location. Great condo

Very pleasant. Clean! Could use a few updates. Overall very positive.
Homey. Comfortable. Very clean. A very nice relaxing place to retreat to after a day on the slopes.
The wall to wall carpeting is starting to show its age, but there is a lovely area rug that covers the entire living area.
Good parking for 2 vehicles, one in heated garage.
Quiet.
Clean!

Extremely dirty
The home was filthy when we checked in and it ended up making us sick with allergy reactions. Floors not clean, kitchen not clean, trash can was gross, rugs stained and had gum stuck on them, dog dishes with water still in them in the pantry, the toaster and toaster oven dirty. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, ripped comforter on the bed, kids hand prints all over the TV and stuff left under the ottoman. Pull out couch is just springs and not usable. Ceiling fan and grill don’t work and bar stool broken along with multiple light bulbs out. All of this on top of a very outdated home! This was communicated to Vacasa the day we checked in and nothing was done other than saying sorry and we will check with the local team. Despite a great location, don’t rent this place!

15 minutes from the slopes. Spacious. Lots of restaurants and shopping around.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean, only recommendation is to provide wash clothes, we couldn’t find any in the house.

Great family condo!
We had a great experience. Comfy beds, lots of space for everyone. It was really nice to be able to separate the queen bed into two twins for my teenagers. The new refrigerator with ice was very nice.

Comfortable condo close to lots
Overall, the condo was nice. The property management company never told me what to expect. I had to call a few days before we left on the trip to be told I wouldn't receive check in instructions untill the day of. Would have been less stressful if that was made clear. There was some cleaning issues... the master bedroom had coffee spilled on the wall and window sill. The lights and ceiling fans would randomly turn on in the middle of the night. The second upstairs bathroom was not clean at all, hair in the shower, on the walls above the shower, and on the counters. Also all of the blinds were filthy dusty which was surprising since the clear fees were high, there was a "deep cleaning" check of list that stated the unit had been deep cleaned and listed all the items that had been cleaned... including blinds. It was clear the blinds had not been cleaned in months.

Silverthorn condo
This place was in the perfect location for us to enjoy the Leadville 100. We are super appreciative of a clean, dog friendly condo. It met all of our needs and we highly recommend it!! Really enjoyed the Super Nintendo one night as well. What a great spot!! Thank you for great service and hospitality. There were three of us and a dog. So 6 thumbs and four paws up!!

This was the perfect place for us and our family! Ample space for comfort. Large well appointed kitchen. Awesome, large refrigerator! Coded entry made check in a breeze. Hiking trails right out the front door. Friendly neighbors. We would stay here again. Thanks for being pet friendly!!

Nice for a quick weekend.
We only spent two nights here, and honestly weren’t at the condo very much, but it was clean and comfortable, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

We rate this as “adequate” at best. The place is in desperate need of an update especially the floors and countertops (please put in some LVT and get rid of that nasty carpet). There is not enough furniture to seat four people in the den. The view on the deck is of the parking lot. The showers don’t drain and the toilets do not flush well. The place has no A/C but even though we brought fans, in the July heat some nights it was hard to sleep. One of the king sized beds is actually two twins put together. And that room has no closet (it is locked) so it was very tight quarters. But I suppose it is priced accordingly.
The sheets and towels were awful. And we are not snobs about this! But I literally went and bought sheets the next day to make the trip tolerable. It is sad the LaQuinta on the trip home felt like luxury.
Bring our own sheets, toilet paper, and hand soap. The hand soap leaves an industrial smell on your hands all day. The toilet paper, well, just no.
The kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances worked (once we figured out the plugs on the back wall didn’t work.
The place was not very clean when we arrived. We sprayed and wiped all surfaces and had to sweep the floors (kitchen and bath).
The location is convenient to lots of trails and towns and getting in and out was easy.
I really don’t want this to be one of those reviews that sounds like a disgruntled guest but the condition reminded us of a home we sold in Dillon in 2001. The reminiscing was fun but that means this place hasn’t been updated except for paint in over 20 years!
