About this apartment rental
HI! You are going to love our beautiful 2 BR/2 Bath 2nd floor pet friendly condo in Myrtle Beach. Features Kitchen, Living room, DR area, washer/dryer, cable tv in every room, Amazon fire stick on LR television, Sliding doors to balcony overlooking the pool where you can have your morning coffee if you wish! Central air/Heat. Brand new sofa opens up to a bed for extra sleep space. Board games and beach supplies including beach chairs and pool noodles are available for your enjoyment. Great for golfers! Located next to Myrtlewood Golf Course. We are located far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but close enough to many attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Grand Prix Racing, waterparks and restaurants! Myrtle Beach is approximately 2 miles away. There is also Surfside Beach (one of my favorites) a little further and Huntington Beach State Park is about 30 minutes away.
Key Card needed for pool entry. $150 deposit for key card. PLEASE be careful with the card so you do not lose your deposit!!
Bed linens and towels are not included. . King sheets. needed for master and 2 sets of twin for the 2nd bedroom. Full/queen for the sofa bed!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this location. The owners were excellent with communication if I had a question. We would totally stay here again if we decide to come back to Myrtle Beach.

The property is “as advertised.” The Manager was very quick to respond to any questions and the Condo was clean, accessible and had easy access to all areas of Myrtle Beach.

This 2 bedroom was so cute and well kept. Very quit area and very close to so many attractions and restaurants. Minutes away from main attractions. If you plan on visiting Myrtle Beach I definitely recommend staying here, perfect for a couple or small family.

Have stayed in numerous Vrbo rentals over the years, and this one tops the list ! Pictures don't do the condo justice! Beautifully decorated, comfortable seating and beds, very spacious with everything provided for a relaxing stay! Kathy went over the top to accommodate my husband & me on our first trip down south. The place was immaculate! So many things to do and the condo is close to everything! Can't wait to return !!

Kathy was very quick to help us with the TV that wasn't working-had it working within the hour. Easy to get to everything that you need we would love to stay here again...and we probably will. We had a view of the pool-the porch is screened. Very easy to get to beach-2min drive right down 38th.

Very nice stay. I would use this property again. Need to know twin beds are extra long sheet size which is very nice. Normal size twin sheets will not fit.

This property was very nice. It was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The property manager was very helpful and kind and we enjoy staying in this property again. We used the property two years ago and it did not disappoint. The manager may want to start updating the kitchen appliances and counter tops.

Beautiful condo. Right next to MyrtleWood golf Course. It is the perfect location for us. Our 2 pugs enjoyed themselves. We will stay there again..

We enjoyed it! Convenient location, clean and quiet golf community, good amenities. We should have prepared with additional covering/pad for the pullout couch bed, that was a little ‘springy,’ but overall it was great! Would definitely recommend. :)

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The condo is in the perfect location- under 15 minutes to anything you would want to do and under 5 minutes to the beach. Pool was excellent. Condo had everything that we could have needed. Kathy was a great host! Already booked to come back again next summer!

Second time to stay here and like last time, the unit was clean, always fast communication with the owners, plenty of parking, quiet area, plenty of games to play, property has friendy security and maintenance informed each building that outdoor window and balcony/porch pressure wsahing was taking place. Property is well-maintained in mowing and pool area. Already looking forward to staying next year!

We had a wonderful time for our week stay in Myrtle Beach. The owners were very responsive to our texts. This location is perfect for those wanting to stay away from the craziness of the beach front properties. Beautiful golf course location, overlooking the pool, central to everything, close to the beach, walking and biking paths. Spacious unit was quiet, neat, tidy and well supplied. We would definitely stay again.

This place was honestly one of if not the most gorgeous place. It was large open family and dining area with beautiful floors. Their love for animals was touching being that I have service animals. Kathy was so awesome, she quickly answered any questions and myself being fromNew Jersey most of my life found the friendliness refreshing. Definitely will book again.

This place is adorable! Very spacious, neat and the owners are super responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Perfect location in the middle of the hustle but so quiet and calm.

My family and I, including our dog, had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was everything g we needed and we couldn’t have been happier at how quiet and safe we felt there. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our medium sized dog, especially when so many rentals don’t allow anything over 25 lbs unfortunately. We are definitely keeping g this rental in mind for another trip!

Really nice, spacious, clean condo with a view of the pool and close to EVERYTHING! Short, easy drive to the boardwalk, and a straight shot to beach public access. Owners were very responsive to our questions while we were there. I highly recommend them and the condo.

Awesome stay
Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home! Everything was exactly as described. Conveniently located just minutes from local attractions. Owner was easy to communicate with and answered questions within minutes when I had them. All over will be back here next time we visit myrtle beach!

- the walls are thin, I could hear the neighbors taking a shower, walking, and talking. It really didn’t bother me but might bother others
- the home smelled like dog. We bought air freshener and since we had our Shih Tzu in this pet friendly rental, it was not a huge issue for us.
-Motorcycles are not allowed on the property. Again, not an issue for us but maybe for others. Riders parked their bikes right outside of the property.

- the property was dirty. This is by far the greatest con that could exist for me.
- the shower curtains in both bathrooms were visibly dirty with one having mold, the washer had dirt, dog hair, and sand around the lid and in it, the kitchen was probably wiped down quickly but not “someone is paying to stay here” clean. There was popcorn on the floor in the living room beneath the couch. The walls in the bathroom of the master bedroom had dust and long strands of hair on them. Hair was also in the bath mat. We immediately called the owner and she was accommodating and explained they are having problems finding a good cleaning company. I declined to have someone come in while we were there, I did not feel comfortable with that. After traveling 10 hours in a car with teenagers and a dog, I wanted to come in and put my feet up not have to clean behind previous occupants but clean we did.
- The mattress in the master bedroom was 2 beds put together as one. It did not split apart on us but was not comfortable. We purchased a memory foam mattress topper to solve the problem.
The home was nice but by far the lack of cleanliness affected my perception. That is why I gave 3 stars.

It was a cute condo we loved the screened-in deck and so did our dog. Easy location and everything was nice and tidy.

Our stay was very pleasant and refreshing. The home was well maintained with a "beachy" feel. We enjoyed the view of the pool area from the screened in patio, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and there was no lack of anything needed; it really felt like we moved our home to Myrtle Beach! Looking forward to staying here again next time! Just loved the close proximity to the beach and other attractions and conveniences.
