We needed a place to stay for our daughters wedding. It was the perfect place to get ready and relax. The view from the balcony was amazing.

We fully enjoyed staying at this home. Everything was clean andwell maintained. It was a little hot in the house, but there were a lot of fans to help cool it down.

This cabin is very nice. The beds were good. However, the rooms with the additional single bed had no space. There wasn't even a place for our suitcases. The kitchen is small so was hard to work in with my 2 daughters, but it was nice. The bedroom windows on the main floor and the upstairs master need the holes in the screens fixed. . Without air conditioning, it's hard not to keep the windows open. There is no grass. Just weeds around the cabin. J Would have been nice to have the weeds pulled in the gravel area next to the garage. Other than those few things, it is very nice. Our family had a great time. We love eating at Cutter's up the street. Prices were reasonable and the the food was very good. Enjoy

Was an awesome cabin that fit my family great! Great location, even without AC it cooled down enough at night! We had a wonderful time here!!

Great house for a group. It wasn’t an issue for us but make sure that you realize there is no AC. I missed that when reading the description. Have box fans to put in the window. We weren’t in the house during the day and at night it really cooled off. Great view from the deck. It was nice to go to a house that already has supplies like TP and paper towels. Highly recommend

This cabin was great. When planning how many rooms/beds we would need, we accounted for a room for all the kids. There is enough open space (two living rooms and a loft space) that if we come again we will bring another couple to use a bedroom and all the kids can slumber party on the floor together. Plenty of space for the 5 kids we had. I really like that there was enough space to spread out that no one was on top of each other. When we were exhausted after the lake, everyone had somewhere to go for some quiet. The steam shower is amazing!! There isn’t air conditioning, but a lot of box fans are provided to put in the windows and that worked pretty well. The only thing I’d say about that to the property manager is…please make sure the screens don’t have holes in them because we didn’t use those windows that let the bugs in. And it would be easier to access the windows with fans if the blinds were not broken. We made it work though and it was alright. The view of the lake is great. It is a 20ish minute drive to North Beach. We plan to try and stay at this place again next year. It was perfect for what we needed!

The views from each deck were fabulous! I had a few questions before and during my stay and the owner was responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this for a couple, family or larger group and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Cabin close to the lake. Enjoyed our stay.

A nice lake view cabin in close proximity to town and the marina. Frosty mugs in the freezer were a special treat after a hot day out on the lake. Plenty of room for the family.

Beautiful cabin, good location between several areas of interest. Felt like a home away from home for the few days we got to enjoy it.

Great cabin close to Bear Lake. Kitchen area was a tight squeeze when filled to capacity but we were mostly there only evenings and nights. Master suite upstairs was awesome! Stairs were a little scary for our toddler and I should have brought a baby gate to keep him from going downstairs outside to find rocks all the time. Overall it was perfect and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property and location. Needs to be cleaned better. Broom, mop and dustpan are all broken. Rugs need to be clean and main floor couches are too dirty to sit on. Needs a good cleaning. Upstairs deck furniture would be nice.

Rustic cabin with a very well finished interior. We stayed there for 4+ days to be near Bear Lake. Loved admiring the details that were paid attention to with this home. Rain shower in upstairs and newer bathrooms and kitchen area. All very welcoming. Any needs we had were responded to quickly. The view of the lake is to die for, both day and night! I walked out onto the second balcony every night and sat there to view the almost full moon shimmering over the lake. And the stars... awesome! The only one little distraction was the dishwasher ran out of soap the last day but it was no big deal, so I rate high anyways.

Great experience for our family with kids ranging from 17-2 years old. The nice cool basement was great after a hot day at the beach. Thanks for the great experience.

This rental was perfect for the size of our group! (8 adults and 3 small children) Plenty of parking too. Each couple had their own bedroom on super comfy beds. (memory foam toppers made for a great night's sleep!) The beds were a little high for our grand kids so we put the 1, 3 and 5 year olds on the couch in the basement family room. We were worried they'd wake up during the night, not realize where they were and fall out of bed--this was a perfect solution! The top floor was lots hotter than everywhere else, but opening the windows at night cooled everyone off nicely. There is no air conditioning. Every room has a big box fan in the closet and we used them. We also liked the white noise they provided. Tip: Close the windows and blinds when you leave in the morning before it gets hot and open them again in the evening when it's cool. (we were there in July) The two decks are fantastic! There are comfy lawn chairs provided that we used to sit outside and gaze at the thousands of stars and enjoy the time talking together! We all fit nicely on the top deck. It's also in a nice area to go for long walks in the evening. We saw moose, deer with fawns, rabbits and chipmunks. After long days at the lake, the kids enjoyed relaxing on the comfy couches watching the huge flat screen tv before bed. Not sure if it was cable or satellite, but we found a couple of fun movies. (There are 3 huge flat screens in this cabin!) The kitchen is a little small, not much room for food storage, but who wants to cook on vacation anyway? It was stocked with everything we needed to cook a good breakfast and pack a lunch for the lake or other activities. We were close enough to town to go out to dinner in the evenings. We loved all the fun "cabin" touches. Rustic log beds and railings, rugs, cute bear soap dispensers and decor. You can tell the owners have enjoyed putting nice touches into this place! As far as the reviews of it not being clean enough, I'm sure renters aren't as careful on other people's furniture. There were a few stains on the couch in the main living area, it's microfiber so even water leaves marks. If the sink smells, just run the disposal--someone probably left something in there! lol The bedding and towels felt new and were clean--that was important to us! It was a lovely place and we were grateful to be able to stay there. We will definitely stay there again!

Our family loved this cabin. There is plenty of room to spread out. (Family room in basement, Main gathering room on main floor. Loft seating area) Two spacious decks! The view is spectacular. No one felt crowded. When we came back from the beach, there were 3 showers! We had a great time! Everyone wants to know if we are doing this again next year. I would highly recommend staying here!

Cabin had a nice view from both decks. Upstairs shower/steam was really nice. Initially appeared like a nice cabin, but had several important items that diluted the initial WOW factor throughout our stay. Upon arrival only one roll of TP for the entire place. partial roll of paper towells, kleenex's would have been nice in the bathrooms. All the liquid soaps had been watered down to about 10% soap, 90% water. This gave it the cheap factor. Cleaning lady showed up the following day and tossed out some TP and paper towels and let us know she had to drive all the way form Montpelier to do that. (20 minutes away). It needs a deep cleaning and some new furniture. Never felt like what I was sitting on our sleeping in was clean. My wife is really meticulous about that. Missing a lot of things to cook with like measuring cups and just basic stuff scattered throughout the kitchen and hard to find. .

We use VRBO at least 5 times a year. And this is the most diappointed we have ever been. We arrived to a rotten smell coming from the disposal. Dirty Sinks, dirty showers and toilets, goopy used soap in old soap dishes. There are plenty of beds and room in this cabin but it had not been cleaned between the previous renters visit and ours. Their dirty linen was piled in the basement. 1950 style box TV in the master that we could not even get a channel on. It would be a nice place if it was cleaned. It was not worth the amount they are getting. I contacted the owner with no response.

Things needed, a step stool because we are short. A special cable so we could watch Netflix.

We enjoyed this lovely cabin and had plenty of room for our family!!
