Es war eine Erfahrung, ich würde keine langen Aufenthalte empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Aussicht der frontseaview Zimmer ist sehr schön.

Das Personal ist alles andere als freundlich bzw. Kompetent. Die Organisation ist eine Katastrophe. 2 mal musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, auf eigene Anfrage, um das Zimmer zu erhalten, welches ich gebuchte habe. Die Snacks tagsüber sind nichts für Menschen, die kein fastfood mögen. Gab immer nur Burger und Pommes. Insgesamt war das Essensangebot ok, in Relation zu anderen Hotels allerdings eher weniger.

We had a really nice stay. But be prepared to eat out a couple of times.

The pools, the breakfast, the entertainment, the staff.

The lifts, only 2 very small lifts, we was on floor 9 so not ideal and the busier the hotel got the longer the waits. The sunbeds, you had to get there at 6am to get beds. By 10.15 if you weren’t at your beds the lifeguards take your towels away. Considering breakfast is until 10.30 it’s a bit harsh. The evening food wasn’t great, not a big choice.

Really enjoyed our stay and will return again

All round stunning location friendly staff very helpful food agood variety to suit all tastes staff always quick to help food plentiful, and drinks on tap all round excellent, entertainment was great in the evening well worth the visit would recommend for families and couples

The only downfall would need the lifts are inadequate during busy restaurant opening times

El desayuno genial, fue lo que mas me gustó, habia variedad y todo buenísimo Las vistas impresionantes La atención de los camareros, recepcionistas etc genial Las habitaciones estaban bien, eran amplias y estaban bien equipadas

La comida y la cena creo que se podrían mejorar ya que no había mucha variedad y siempre era lo mismo… el horario de cena podria alargarse hasta las 22:00 La piscina cierra muy pronto

Bien placé mais extrêmement bruyant, pas pour vraiment se reposer

- Très bien placé directement sur la mer. - Propre. - Des activités pour les enfants. - Une bonne ambiance en soirée.

- ULTRA bruyant ! Aucune boule quiès disponible, j'ai dû en acheter à la boutique attenante (8euros les 4 bouchons...). - Un lit king size qui est en réalité 2 lits simples mis côte à côte, ce qui arrive souvent mais en général ils sont attachés...Là si je bougeais ça créait un trou entre les deux lits. Entre ça et le bruit : je n'ai pas dormi durant 3 jours. - Un gros cafard trouvé dans la chambre de mon amie. - Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre à l'arrivée, comme le font quasi la totalité des hôtels.

Locul unde era amplasata si serviciul de masa.

Cele 4 stele erau doar la intrarea in hotel. Tot mobilierul era de acum 30 de ani. Cam 3 stele,cu indulgenta.

Świetny obiekt, lokalizacja i posiłki, tylko woda na kolację w Half Board bez dopłaty.

Pyszne i różnorodne posiłki.

Dałbym notę 10, gdybym nie musiał dopłacać w opcji half board 3 EUR dziennie od osoby za napoje inne niż woda na wieczornym posiłku. Tej informacji nie było w Booking i dowiedziałem się o tym dopiero podczas meldunku. Ciekawe, czy to celowe przeoczenie obiektu podczas rejestracji w Booking. Kwota może nie jest duża, ale nie lubimy być zaskakiwani w taki sposób. Brak gorących napojów na wieczornym posiłku mimo dopłaty 3 EUR / osobę.

beautiful hotel, I don’t know if we would stay again but I feel like it’s great for families.

the hotel is beautiful and the location is very pretty. although the location was far out I enjoyed staying there and the local bars/restaurants were great. Reception staff and Spa staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food wasn’t great at all especially if you have any dietary requirements. being vegetarian there was nothing other than salad and chips - we ended up eating out for tea two of the nights.

Unless you want “all inclusive” and sit at the hotel all day with 1000 other guests I wouldn’t reccomend.

The price for all inclusive was good if you are going to hang around and eat and drink all day. But too many people this is not something we wanted to do.

Very large hotel with too many guests for it to be comfortable, not enough elevators to service how many guest there are. Very dated and old. No smart TV, beds not comfortable. Guests reserve day beds at 7am it’s so crazy watching people are like scavenges there. We payed for a sea view room - even though we were on the 12th floor we could not see the sea unless we walked out onto the balcony. Lady in the sports bar was very rude, sign states ‘all sports here’ we asked if she was going to play the football World Cup on the TV at 12pm, she stated the program for the day comes out at 12pm. We asked politely if she could check and let us know if not as we would go somewhere else to watch it. She continued to be rude and then ignored us for the rest of our stay. We then had to drive to the next town to find it on a TV after the game had started. Most staff did not appear to enjoy their job.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day

The staff were extremely friendly, and amazing service. The facilities were great and always clean. Good spread of the buffet for breakfast and dinner. I would have enjoyed gluten-free options and do require more vegan/veggie options

People reserved the sun loungers ahead of time with towels, despite being told in the instructions not to. Something needs to be done about this. Would have loved gluten-free bread options and more vegan/vegetarian options. Wifi strength needs to be improved

- location is fine if you have a car - view was cool - stuff was very nice and friendly

- food was not amazing, as most of people’s states in their comments - half board didn’t include drinks on the dinner, even water. We got an offer to buy it for 4e / per day / per person and it didn’t include alcohol. We didn’t eat everyday in the hotel and we couldn’t get drinks for some days only but for the whole stay. That was very disappointing - soundproofing needs improvement, you could hear everything through the wall but the most disturbing was night entertainment. We were on 10th floor and we couldn’t sleep till midnight because of loud music every day. We were not all inclusive guests and we were sightseeing the whole day. - they state that there is no reservation of chairs which is not true, people were running early in the morning to put towels on chairs. At 10:30 nothing was available anymore and half of chairs were still empty. That’s a shame.

I booked a room facing the sea but when I arrived they put me in a room with a side view of the sea. I showed my book to the receptionist and she didn't bother to solve my problem, she looked at me and told me to solve it with booking.com. Very disregard for the customer, did not even try to help me.

wonderful time in Alua

breakfast and dinner is amazing that chefs makes omelettes how u like. they approaches to dinner differently which so nice. All chefs were so friendly and other staffs including great team on the reception view was unbelievable, cleaning is great I would recommend Ali’s CALAS de Mallorca resort to everyone which is far away busy city

bathroom need to renovate a bit which is air conditioning wasn’t working in bathroom smell and heat doesn’t go for long time and I couldn’t find shampoo and washing soup overall they are all small problems but it didn’t effect my mood at the end hotel is good enough to recommend

great few days away

property views where outstanding couldn’t get any better sea views even from the pool, sun loungers where so comfy. entertainment was good especially the magic show it was very good. wasn’t many queues but due to Oct.

only downside which isn’t there fault, is the flies around the snack bar cold foods, toasties breads etc is covered in flies, they really need something more to cover them. it physically put me off, chips sausages burgers where covered with the metal lids… would have enjoyed a few toastie snacks but ended up with crisps etc at shop as it was so bad I couldn’t eat from it… pool was deep great for diving and playing. maybe a few more games during the day for entertainment, water aerobics and water bingo/polo most days, one of the guys skin isn’t great with chlorine so wasn’t able to join in

Nice view

During our stay at the swimming pool, money "disappeared" from my wallet that was in the room. The only person who was in the room during this period was the cleaning staff. At the reception they treated us as if we were the problem and not the fact. Hotel manager refused to talk to us for an hour. Receptionist would not call police for us even though the phone was right next to her. Compliance handling non-existent at this hotel. Not even heard apology from hotel staff and manager. Very bad and never again. Mass handling. Beds move all night, disastrous for couples.

The worst service ever with good view and location ...

Couple of things to mention: - very dirty room (right after the cleaning...) - very poor breakfast and dinner (no choices in case of allergy) , every day the same (for example no mustard for 4 days even if we asked for some or the chef just give me a fried egg with a totally raw egg-white .... cannot believe) - very loud music in the evening (so if you are planning to have some rest, not the best choice) - staff is very disappointing (receptionist cannot speak english, give some misleading information....) Overall very disappointing, best to stay away from the hotel (no way that this is a 4star hotel, worst service ever)
