Fantastic!

The apt itself is beautiful, very nicely decorated, tasteful. Very well equipped too and the terrace is amazing! Helpful host! And very quiet!!!

Nothing. The only thing is that the bed is small to our standards, but that is the Spanish way!

Could not have been more perfect.

I have never stayed anywhere so clean, cared for, calming, and ideal. Everything was so comfortable and fresh. The apartment was in a perfect location, which local bars and shops at the foot of the building, but also perfectly located to supermarkets to pick up groceries and use the excellent cooking facilities. Filo's communication was great - I really felt like we met a local person too and could see how much effort and pride she takes in her business. Her husband Diego was very helpful and reassuring when we needed a taxi to go to the airport. Would recommend 100%. Thank you!!

Perfection 🤩 Filo & Diego are exceptional hosts… kind, caring and with very good souls. Filo has an exquisite eye for design and attention to detail. The apartment was immaculately presented in a cool Scandinavian style mixed with chill Ibiza vibes. We had a wonderful stay in this perfect apartment in the perfect location. Best sleep I’ve had in a while, and I truly enjoyed just kicking back, drinking ice cold vino blanco, snacking on host treats, and seriously relaxing away from my busy work schedule. Five star ⭐️ Highly recommended xx

Excellent place for stay in Murcia

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. First of all it's just beautifully designed and furnished. Attention to details shows that it was designed by person with great taste. It has all the facilities you would need during your stay, including fully equipped kitchen washing machine etc. The location is just perfect. It's placed just 2 mins walk from Murcia cathedral. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and places to see around. The terrace is also a very nice addition, although it was way to hot to use it during the day time, we enjoyed it in the evenings. It's worth to add that neighbourhood is very quiet too, so no disturbances during the night or early mornings (apart from birds:) )

Couldnt be better! Brilliant location, lovely apartment, really well equipped and so many extra touches that made it so comfortable to stay. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening when the heat had died down.

The best place I’ve ever stayed at while uso g Bookings!

EVERYTHING! the place cuplé not be better. I’m. it exaggerating. all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted and then some. the location is perfect, right behind the cathedral in an excellent plaza. It was sparking clean but furthermore , the quality of the furniture, omg the bed, and all electronics are top notch! on top of that , it’s decorated as if the owner was residing in the property. beautiful decor and a stacked kitchen with all essentials like sugar, salt, condiments t’s coffee, milk, butter, olive oil and more and more. but just as good and even better, is the large terrace Al’s de orated as if you’d done it yourself. I just can’t say enough about this place and it’s owner. Filo is a delight and aims to please.

it’s not big enough for a party of six I hope FILO has a bigger place next year whe. I return with friends b/c there isn’t a place that I would want to stay other than. hers. I’m telling this lady is the best hostess I’ve ever had and I’ve been traveling through home away from homes for over 10 years now at a rate of at least 2 times a year.

The hosts are very supportive, the flat is very comfortable and the attention to detail is brilliant. The Terrace is just great and the location everything in walking distance. Filo and Diego our hosts could not have been more helpful it made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this flat as a great way to stay in Murcia city.

A thoughtfully presented, exceptional apartment, with a wonderful host.

The location of the apartment is exceptional and a convenient stroll to all local amenities and attractions. Filo was an outstanding host and has thought of everything you could require for a stay. She even provided a list of local restaurants worth visiting. We will certainly be returning.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is beautiful and exceptionally clean and tidy. This creating a relaxing and peaceful experience for the weekend. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing and also offers a view of the cathedral. I will recommend this to all my friends and family and I look forward to returning next year.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful, agreeing to let us in earlier than usual and refunding our deposit quickly when we had to leave earlier than planned. The property was excellent in all respects.
