Perfect getaway place with beautiful view

The hotel was nice and clean. Friendly receptionist and stuff. Would recommend and will be back for sure. The view of Manhattan skyline was incredible.

Enjoyed the stay for the most part.

Had a nice view of midtown Manhattan.

Had no idea until check in that there was a $300/day security deposit required. There's no microwave and the refrigerator is ridiculously small.

Was very disappointed in stay at Envue

The hotel appearance was nice. It was close to NYC

As soon as we arrived our room was ready. When we walked in the room there was dirty bottle on bathroom sink, urine on toilet seat and soap at sink was opened and used so clearly the room was not cleaned. When I called to ask about parking they assured me they had parking and it was $22/day however, when we arrived they do not have a parking garage however there is one right there but you get charged every time you leave the garage. Also the first night we arrived the one elevator was broken by Sunday morning when we went to leave both elevators were broken and had to carry all of our stuff on our own through the other hotel which was far. For the money we spent I was absolutely u satisfied with this facility.

２機あるエレベーターのうち１っ木が稼働しておらず、上下の移動に時間を取られた。またどこがレセプションか表示がしっかりしてなくて、１Fロビーで私以外の人もどこに行けばいいのか迷っていた。

Good staff, nice hotel. Customers not so good!

Very modern, nice staff!

Some of the people who were there made my stay very uncomfortable. Loud noise. Music playing all night which made it hard for me to sleep from 2am-5am!!!! I had to ask for a different room which was sooooo inconvenient due to me having to pack my belongings up and leave at 5am. Halllways smelled like pounds of marijuana.

This place Sucked with a amazing view

The king guest room was beautiful and comfortable the lobby was amazing there is a bar and outdoor campfire overseeing NY city

Customer service was very snobbish and they prioritized gold members over regular customers everyone should feel welcomed once they've arrived here but wasn't the case with me and my wife felt dismissed. also the staff and manager were trying to get us to leave and go to residence inn next door offering a full refund just to leave I told them I couldn't afford incidentals both night which was $150 per night ($300) for incidental + ($587) for the room = $887 I thought I had to pay incidental once as any other hotel not with envue it was a birthday surprise for my wife and she had to cover the incidentals. After we paid and gotten everything taken care of the staff was were standoffish and sarcastic throughout our whole stay making us feel less than on our last day in the hotel check out was 11am our room keys were shut off at 6am and we could not re-enter room till we got another key to retrieve our belongings but we did not let these belligerent individuals ruin our time we had our own fun and had a blast

Very stressful stay.

The breakfast, location, and views were nice.

The rooms was semi clean, the elevators to the hotel didn’t work the entire time of our stay (guests also notified me the elevators have been broke back & forth for almost a month) our rooms were extremely far from the connected hotel’s elevators, the hotel made a mistake and charged me ($847.88) & again ($547.91) even though I prepaid for the room, the main entrance to the garage was closed, some staff was nice and some made major mistakes. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before but I will never ever stay here again. It’s was a very stressful and tiring experience.

Iconic view on New York, fresh and clean

Absolutely fantastic view and hood location, if you plan to visit Manhattan with a car. Fresh and clean.

Expensive, as everything around. The pool is small.

Perfekter Ort um NY zu erkunden

Die Lage ist perfekt, ein Bootsanleger fährt für 9 $ regelmäßig rüber nach Manhatten. Wenn man möchte kann man im Trubel Manhattens taumeln oder die Ruhe von New Jersey genießen. Unweit gibt es tolle Bars uns Restaurantes.

wärmstens zu empfehlen

super Lage, direkt gegenüber der Fähre nach Midtown. Super leise, sehr bequeme Betten. Klasse Ambiente. Die Aussicht ist überragend. Mit eines der besten Hotels, das wir bisher hatten. Die Gegend ist super schön und ein Supermarkt in 5 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Highwood ist auch ein leckeres Restaurant direkt nebenan.

Very bad experience

I don’t like it at all, worst experience

the major problem i faced was there is no power when i checked in, we got ready in dark rooms using our phone lights and also using stairs to 8 floors if we need anything we want…due to which we started early to go out and after we return back we have been told that power is back and generators will also be taking backup if it is out of power..but whole night we spent with no air conditioner with no sleep, we have tried to report multiples times but only answers was there is complete outage in that area..if it is at-least they should have inform us or refund to look some other hotels, worst experience we had

Expensive, but beautiful.

1.I loved the view, it was absolutely stunning. Room was definitely the cleanest I’ve been to. 2.The place was spotless clean. 3.Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very nice. 4.The pool was great, it’s enclosed and lots of privacy. Gym was very equipped too. They also have a private gym room which I feel it’s for ladies, you can watch gym videos on the big tv there. 5.There was a nourishment room but only had ice and water machine, most hotels sell the water but they have free water in the gym and nourishment room too. 6.Clean towels in the gym area and pool area as well. Staff was very nice and attentive.

1. I paid for breakfast included, they gave me a voucher worth $25 for breakfast which means you can’t order breakfast more than that amount. I booked the room for 2 but the voucher was for one until I spoke up and got a new one. It was not buffet breakfast like most places. You sit and order from the menu. 2. There was no toothpaste, I had to call and ask for one. 3. There was no microwave in the room 4. You pay for parking separately which is like $22 a day. 5. Reception is the same area as the nohu restaurant so definitely noisy and busy.
