大人2人、小学生2人で利用しました。部屋は清潔で広かったです。コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジ、使い捨てスリッパなど行き届いた設備・アメニティがありました。朝食は品ぞろえが多くおいしかったです。

最寄駅から徒歩10分ほどでした。少し遠く感じましたが許容範囲でした。

Decent hotel. Could improve overall hygiene of the rooms

Decent hotel 15 mins by train to Amsterdam Central. Staff was professional. Cleanliness of the room was ok but the vents were not clean enough. Overall a decent stay but the hotel can definitely improve overall hygiene of the rooms.

A bit of maintenance needed in rooms

Bene ma qualcosa da migliorare

La comodità dei letti, la gentilezza del personale, la colazione abbondante, le bibite e l'acqua sempre disponibili.

Siamo entrati in stanza e dopo il lungo viaggio di andata abbiamo fatto la doccia e disfatto le valigie, solo dopo ci siamo accorti che mancava il telecomando della tv, informata la reception ci rispondono dopo 30 min che la TV era guasta. Per noi sarebbe stato un problema con i bambini piccoli, allora mi propongono una nuova camera. Ci ricambiamo, ricomponiamo le valigie, ci trasferiamo nella nuova camera e troviamo una stanza un po' più piccola ma con almeno il telecomando della TV, ma che ahimè funzionava per metà ( la parte superiore dello schermo infatti era andata) poco male, non avevamo grosse esigenze, a noi sarebbe servta solo per far stare tranquilli i bambini per un po' di tempo. Mio figlio ha inoltre trovato sotto il divano/letto una confezione di pastelli abbandonata dagli ospiti precedenti ed una ciabatta che non ci apparteneva..questo insieme ad altri dettagli (griglie dell'aria tappate e sporche su soffitto, polvere sui mobili) è stato un po' il simbolo di un livello molto scarso di pulizia. Per noi non è stato un grosso problema, resta il fatto che per un 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di meglio.

J'ai juste passé une nuit donc mon appréciation est mitigée.

C'est un bel hôtel. Le lit est confortable et la chambre est propre. Le diner est désastreux, c'est pour ça que je donne la note de 7/10.

La nourriture. En plus, le restaurant ferme trop tôt. La nourriture n'est franchement pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Mais, on m'a dit qu'il ne fallait pas s'attendre à une bonne cuisine en Hollande. Quand même ... Parking payant et à l'air libre. Pas top!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay in the hotel! Breakfast was good and has lots of options. Room is spacious and I love that it has a mini fridge. Staff are all friendly and very helpful.

Toller Städetripp mit annehmlichkeiten der Lage, Parkplatzes und des Hotels

Für einen Städtetripp gut gelegen.. Anfahrt und Parkmöglchkeiten sind sehr gut. Der Fußweg zur S- Bahn ist ideal für die Verbindung in die Stadt

Great accomodation

The bed was comfortable, we got free drinks everyday. The location was quite near the tram and train. Parks nearby and a short walk takes you to a beautiful canal

Διαμονή υψηλών προδιαγραφών

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο για τετραμελή οικογένεια. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ ωραίος χώρος υψηλών προδιαγραφών. Ασφάλεια καθώς για να μπεις στο ασανσέρ χρειαζόταν η κάρτα του δωματίου. Εξαιρετικό πρωινό με πολύ πλούσιο μπουφέ.

Θα μπορούσε το μπαρ να είναι ανοιχτό λίγη περισσότερη ώρα καθώς το ξενοδοχείο έχει κόσμο.

Value for money is not balanced. Room service is terrible.

The modern setup and very sustainable in terms of usage and reusage. Not just a headline bit really lived in practice.

Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Krótki pobyt.

Nowoczesny pokój, taki jak na zdjęciu, duży, wyposażony w mikrofalę, czajnik, ekspres do kawy. Bardzo dobre śniadania, rewelacja.

Jest położony w okolicach przemysłowych, do metra jest ok. 10 min piechotą. W pokoju dziwny system zapalania światła - światło do łazienki włącza się przy wejściu (co jest jakieś 5 kroków od łazienki). Nie zrealizowano mojej prośby o oddzielne kołdry.

It was ok, not the best.

Location is near the Metro. Convenient to commute going into the city.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean and they are not consistent with cleaning our room each day. They didn’t have any microwave as well. Photos here looks nicer than the actual room that we stayed in.

The hotel is excellent, but choose your staff more carefully.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Excellent location of the hotel if you are by car (metro in 10 minutes), the hotel has been renovated, a comfortable room, a refrigerator and a microwave oven with a kettle are very convenient when you are with a small child. It was nice to see slippers in the room. Very good breakfast! A nice bonus was unlimited healthy drinks. Convenient parking.

The girl from the reception, Alina from Ukraine, is trying to arrange her personal life at the expense of the guests by sitting down at the bar during her working hours. Very unprofessional behavior for a hotel of this level.

A calm stay overlooking canals and greenery

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Mercure. The staff was very friendly; they offered us free drinks and early check-in. The room was absolutely comfortable and cozy, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. The view from higher floors is breathtaking!

The room was a bit smaller than we expected (but still comfy and clean), and the location is a good 10-minute walk from the metro station (which we didn't mind, but could be hard while carrying baggage).
