The staff was excellent. Kind, helpful
The infrastructures require significant improvement. A dangerous step in the room between the shower and the room

People at reception were polite and very helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, wi-fi was decent. Very nice modern touch with the lamps and door signs buttons.
Very bad call with the glass bathroom doors and the "windows" connecting the room and the bathroom. I wouldn't want such "closeness" of sound, smell and vision even with my intimate partner.
Also, not being able to open the window made it a bit claustrophobic.
Breakfast was kind of scarce.

Odalar geniş ve ferahtı, mobilyalar ve banyo moderndi, yataklar temiz ve rahattı, asansör vardı..
Banyoda duşakabinin kapısı olmaması heryerin su olmasına sebep oluyordu..

Friendly staff, breakfast, lobby.
Doors were loud when closing making it difficult to sleep, forgot to light up the sign to clean the room so it didn’t get cleaned.

beautifully clean room, lovely staff on reception and great location for Amsterdam centre
The staff at the breakfast buffet were very rude and unaccommodating. they would literally start clearing all the food away as soon as it got to 10 o’clock in the morning including customers plates, if they hadn’t finished

comfort of the hotel and location.
the breakfast ends too early.

The hotel was super easy to find as the tram-line runs straight in front of the hotel from Amsterdaam Station. The premium room was very large for Amsterdam, and had plenty of pillows and toiletries. The bath was huge, ended up taking a shower and bath every day because I enjoyed it so much!
Check-in went ok, the receptionist showed me a few things around but she didn't pay attention to my room number and showed me the wrong direction to it, I was confused for about 5 minutes scrambling only to realize it was in the opposite direction of what she showed me. The first floor rooms by the lobby are extremely loud... as you are near the cleaning / maintenance area, bumping and beeps all night long. I would suggest NOT getting a room on the very first lobby floor.

well situated for the tram and even close enough to walk into the centre but in a lovely quiet area. lovely restaurants and cafes near by. Rooms are lovely and spacious. great tea and coffee facilities and a fridge in the room.
As the windows don’t open the fan in the bathroom is constantly on which is noisy and chilly. The bar was closed for the first 3 nights too. Minor details to an otherwise great hotel.

stunning clean comfortable room good location breakfast exceptional staff couldn’t have been more helpful
I paid extra for a room with a view but this was a window facing a brick wall of the adjacent building

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfy bed
I really didn’t like staying the family room because it was in the basement, so quite dark, depressing and cold. The room definitely wasn’t worth the money. And only a narrow window that you could see the street Level from. Got woken up at night by people outside playing loud music on the street at 1.30am and had a terrible night as couldn’t sleep. Would not stay there again. Maybe a room upstairs would have been ok but staying in the basement room ruined my holiday.

We chose this hotel because it claimed to be wheelchair accessible and it did not disappoint. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyone with limited mobility.

the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very tasteful and comfortable
location was excellent with a tram stop outside the hotel so made getting around very easy
The fact they only served breakfast, no lunch or dinner or anywhere to get a coffee or a drink in the evening. Had I known this in advance I probably would not have stayed there. After one day of sightseeing and walking for about 8 miles I didn’t want to go back out again to eat! The bar was closed, not good, they said they couldn’t get the staff. For a 4 star hotel at the prices they charge I wasn’t impressed. They are looking to reopen the bar and restaurant in the future.
Staff are friendly and did their best, I did get a drink one evening but had to take it up to my room. Some of the staff need to polish their skills in knowledge of sightseeing etc, I ended up googling myself and planning my day.
Couple of billing issues as well, I had paid for breakfast and they tried to charge me saying I had not paid, fortunately I had the bill to prove it, the same with drinks from the bar, charged twice and said I needed to pay. Small error I know, but could have been avoided I’m sure.

The hotel is very modern and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and beautifully decorated. Quite central location, within walking distance from the centre but away from the party and noisy streets 😊
A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel on my next trip
