the thermal pool was Nice.
the thermal pool had to be scheduled. there was no one on the outside pool, where we waited for 1 hour to use and eventually left without using. the massage we paid for was nothing special and couldn’t adjust the pressure because they said it was a standard pressure for every massage. even though they were the same price. the beds weren’t very comfortable and the hotel is needing some reforms. the water in the shower didn’t have much pressure. the view of the balcony was poor

Everything was great, more than I expected. Service, restaurant, pool, and health services were great and professionally delivered! Loved the stay!
All good!

Staff at the reception and menu
Everything is very old, we need repairs everywhere. The pools are not very clean. The water in the shower is either cold or very hot.

Clean. Great spa. Friendly staff. Very comfortable and well appointed.
Food wasn’t that great.

Nothing.
- Rooms; outdated and needs renovation
- Spa facilities; outdated and needs upgrade (only access during limited time window)_
- Food (dinner and breakfast; food was disgusting and a disgrace for the guests.
Value for money is extreme LOW. Look for alternatives and only go this hotel if there is really nothing else available. Every euro paid is too much.

The facilities of the spa and pool were clean and calm. Staff was very polite. The rooms were fine, except for the beds which I find they were a little uncomfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good. We will come back soon :)
The beds, the soap (it was little soap and was not very good)

thermal pool is amazing, breakfast has a lot of variety, staff were very nice
The rooms are a bit dated, beds could be more comfortable

The pools are lovely and the service from reception and waiters was brilliant.
The room was really old and dated, it was also quite dusty.

A nice base for a bit of wellness in this corner of Spain - the main attraction is the in-house spa bath and the two pools (one with waves, one with an artificial vortex), plus you can book massages and the like. All in a pleasant location, in a valley carved by the local river. The place obviously has a long history (going back to the 19th century) and they're doing a reasonable job of keeping the facilities updated, though in parts (e.g. the tennis courts, some of the plaster walls in the outdoor pools) the age does show. Food was good though not excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are quite expensive, though at least we had full board included (but didn't stay for the lunch on our departure day as the food wasn't quite enticing enough). We stayed for a night and used the spa in the evening and the next morning and thought this was plenty to explore what was on offer.
