Precioso para descansar

El hotel es precioso, muy limpio y elegante. La calidad de la decoración y el servicio amable del staff te hace sentir de maravilla. El Spa es muy bonito, ideal para relajarse tras una buena excursion en bici. Me encantó que el hotel ofrece bicis. También me gustó la localización del hotel, ya que buscaba un sitio tranquilo, lejos del alboroto pero a la vez muy cerca de Sirmione. Así que he podido tener las dos cosas: la tranquilidad y la movida turística de la ciudad. Los restaurantes cercanos son muy buenos, en especial La Taverna de Gianni donde se come de maravilla. Quiero agradecer la amabilidad de Dalí, el recepcionista muy amable que nos ayudó a solucionar cierto problema. El desayuno rico y delicioso. Es un lugar donde deseo volver. Gracias!

El baño. Aunque muy bonito, había varias cosas que no funcionaban: el extractor del aire y el sistema de ducha que no combina bien el agua caliente con la fría y te puedes encontrar con el agua quemando o demasiado fría de repente mientras te duchas. Tambien sugeriria al hotel cambiar un poco el menu del mediodía. Ofrecen el almuerzo a un precio bastante alto, pero no hay casi nada de platos calientes y se repite cada dia. Asi que pagar el almuerzo en el hotel no vale la pena. Hay restaurantes cercanos muy buenos.

Lovely stay.

Beautiful grounds, and a pool. Lovely lobby and bar. All rooms have a large balcony. The majority of the staff was really friendly and very helpful. One of the staff members showed us the bus stop etc. They do bike hire which is a lovely addition.

In regards to the bike hire. Bikes are not well maintained, we had an issue with one of them and as we weren't provided with any repair kit we had to ask other people for help. There is no iron in the room and they do not have an iron room. Instead you pay for the ironing service. The SPA was closed and we couldn't use it as we were not made aware that you have to pre book the treatment prior to arrival.

Tutto molto bello, accoglienza , spa ben tenuta e pulita , colazione super , personale di sala attento e puntuale.

Spa molto affollata, molti ospiti con i teli hanno occupato le sedute relax per tutto il tempo. Camere poco insonorizzate , i nostri vicini hanno messo la musica anni 80 alla sera.

Gorgeous Lago di Garda stay

Fabulous hotel, highly recommend. Facilities, staff, all spot on. Lovely views from the large balcony. Nice breakfast. Would choose it again.

My mattress felt a bit lumpy and the bed squeaked when getting in and out (I'm not that huge). But it didn't spoil the stay in any way.

La struttura e i servizi eccellenti. Colazione a buffet particolarmente ricca, personale cortese e attento.

Le prese elettriche sotto i comodini difficilmente accessibili.

Relaks nad basenem.

Spokojna atmosfera, ogród z basenem, wygodne łóżka, ładnie pachnące kosmetyki w łazience, puszyste ręczniki.

Drobne usterki które były rozwiązywane przez obsługę. Dwa razy mieliśmy problem z klimatyzacją. Jednego dnia około 9 rano był problem z ciepła wodą pod prysznicem. Na basenie i na balkonie - od strony głównego wejścia oprócz jeziora i wody w basenie słychać również auta z pobliskiej drogi.

Lovely hotel, poor location.

- Rooms are large, clean and comfortable (if a little 'traditional' in decor). Also very quiet. - Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choice, fresh and tasty. The two pool areas are lovely, and weren't very crowded whilst we were there. You do suffer from a little road noise though. - Staff were friendly and helpful.

- There is no evening food available! My fault as it did not read this until after I booked. I wouldn't have booked it in all honesty if I'd known as the 'local' restaurants are few and far between. You need to travel into a town for choice. There isn't even a supermarket for snacks anywhere near the hotel. - The location :-( I can't say it's in the middle of nowhere as it's along a busy main road between Sermione and Desanzano, but there is little of interest around it. The public transport is few and far between and very unreliable. You really need a car if you are to stay at this hotel. Such a shame as the hotel was lovely, just in the wrong location for us personally.

Great!

The night manager Dali was very welcoming and helpful. The room that was given to us was exactly what we expected. We had a balcony and a great view of the lake and mountains.

The breakfast was ordinary.

We enjoyed our stay but found most of the staff extremely unfriendly which was very disappointing.

Very nice hotel a little far out of Desenzano.

We had a lovely room with a huge terrace. Very comfortable bed, lots of towels, good toiletries, and water and soft drinks in the minibar. Housekeeping staff were really good, and all hotel staff were very friendly. Great breakfast. Lovely main pool and nice rooftop pool too.

The hotel is 2.5km from Desenzano so you have to drive or walk 50 minutes to get into town. Difficult to get taxis back from town at night. The hotel could do with a shuttle bus to and from town.

Amazing

It’s really a good hotel, fantastic view with 2 pools, the rooms are great and comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly, If i would back to garda lake absolutely i will be in this hotel

The private parking was for money 15€ we parked outside the hotel and it was a stormy night with huge hail so many cars were heavily damaged if we park inside then there will be no damage to the car, that's the only negative thing, maybe you can take 5€ for the parking but I think that 4 starts hotel don't have to take money for parking from your guests

Staff were great, helpful and had good humor. Enjoyed the hire bikes for getting around.

Breakfast was great especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. Nice pastry’s and excellent coffee.

We would like to shout out to Dali, the night manager who is an exceptionally kind person that went out of his own way to make sure our stay would be a truly special one. Can’t thank him enough for all his efforts, warmth and hospitality!

Very nice hotel

The hotel has style. Some parts need a little touch up. The coffee, however, was horrible. Too strong, too bitter. Breakfast was good and included. Generally this is a very nice hotel.
