Beautiful property. Pools were large and never crowded. Good breakfast. Ate at the restaurant for dinner which was very nice,

Floating in the thermal pools that seemed the perfect temperature. Very good breakfast, nice room. Indoor and outdoor pools were both very enjoyable.
Hotel is a bit pricey, but worth the splurge. The town was a bit gritty, workaday, even a bit run down, but hadn’t really opened for the season yet- cold spring.

this was my second time here. I’ve been ti Thermae Sylla before, 14 years ago. was dreaming to come back. totally happy to do so and I hope this is not the last time. this is a paradise on earth
ac in the room is a bit too loud, nothing in the minibar, also the Wi-Fi is not perfect. all the rest is amazing.
one of the best SPA I’ve ever visited

No body lotion

The location was sensational right outside the hot springs. We also loved the indoor, outdoor pools and the deck overlooking the sea was great. The staff was also very friendly and looked after us.

Location, spa facilities, staff was perfect.
Room facilities are below the level of their price.

The hotel is located right on top of the thermal springs. The building is well preserved and iconic for the city of Aidipsos. The room was clean when we arrived. It was spacious, renovated and had a large bathroom. The big external pool was being cleaned thoroughly every night by the hotel staff, which we really liked. Breakfast was very rich with great variety of fruits, sweets, vegetables among many others. Many exercise programs were daily organized by the pool from the hotel.
-The hotel looked understaffed, same people for the whole day in 3 different positions
-There was no help to move your luggage to your room. We are young and we can do it ourselves but we noticed elder people were carrying their suitcases, which is not nice
-No soundproof walls, which was disturbing. Especially in the morning as you could hear people walking/talking at the hall on 7am
-During our 3 night stay our room was not wiped again. Cleaning was careless (we found our TV remote below our bed, some of our personal staff in the bathroom were flipped over, forgot to replenish our shower gel stock)
-TV remotes were not wrapped and there was no hand sanitizer in the room
-No minibar in the room, which we would expect from a 5star hotel
-Bed mattress was very hard
-Small TV screen
-No decoration on the walls
-All ground level rooms have no balcony, just one window which is not clearly stated when you book it. As a result room is a bit dark.

The rooms are clean and the spa was great, the staff is nice.
The bathrooms have rust around the metalic parts of the bathtub, the coffee at breakfast was not good and my child had an eye infection from the pool. The pool had green deposits on the sides.

the property’s location was excellent and it was very clean.
Far too many rules. You were not allowed to wear sun cream in the pool, which was outside in the sun, you had to wear certain slipper shoes around the edge of the pool and to top it all off you had to wear a swimming cap. If you did not have one then they made you pay for one. It was extremely disappointing as nowhere except the pool board mentioned these rules. Even the adverts on their own TV showed people in the pool without hats - it took the pleasure out of our trip away.

I loved how clean the pools were. Our spa services were also exceptional. And the breakfast was just the cherry on top. So beautiful and delicious!
I thought the room was a tiny bit small but it was still lovely.

Great brekfast, great location.
Poor electricity plug next to the bed.

Great location, very polite staff, beautiful building. The spa is a certain plus.
Breakfast was fine, but nothing above the average. The staff was very polite but not enough for all the guests, and they seemed rather burnt out (we visited the hotel during a bank holiday but surely off season). There was no control in the indoor pool, thus some guests were entering the pool without passing through the entrance, where you take an obligatory shower.

No air conditioning in a room that had the sun shining on it all afternoon. Only option was to open the window but as it was a ground floor room with people passing by all the time….this was not an option. Had 2 sleepless nights as it was unbearably hot and airless.
The outdoor pool and Spa pool were a bit grubby and the Spa treatment rooms were very dated. There were no pool towels available until after 11.
Considering the Hotel claims to be 5* it was appalling. 4* at a push!
Reception staff very unhelpful when we asked to change rooms as turning the air conditioning on was NOT an option. Even An electric fan would have been helpful.

The spa was excellent. THe thermal pool was very clean. The staff was well informed and very helpful to all our needs. The restaurant food was exceptional and the service was very good.

We loved the views around, and variety at breakfast
the bed was comfortable and the pool towels were given in the room, along with bathrobes
breakfast didn't have a coffee machine, which meant that only the staff could pour you filter coffee with milk.
we missed our usual cappuccinos for breakfast & the staff was busy so calling them from across the room for coffee was never convenient.
The sauna in the indoor pool area is 15 euro per person per 30 minutes (insane, should be included)
the cap for the pool is 3 euro (mandatory)
The indoor pool has hydro relax which only works for a couple hours a day (why? don't know)
A massage would cost you 60 euro (only the back) or 125 euros (for the whole body).
Be ready to spend, spend if you're booking here.

I liked breakfast very much high quality.
I have visited the place at least 7-8 times in the past.I am a senior citizen with full time job so I can visit holidays and weekends.I enjoy the outside pool which is a mixture of thermal and sea water. It is a wellness center catering to older people .This weekend there were chinese kids over 20 of them under 12 years of age making a lot of noise splashing water ,diving one of them almost drowned very annoying and there were no rules for them. They could do as they pleased. Not a great experience for myself and other regular customers!

There was nothing that I did not like!
