عدم احترام الضيوف . و الفيديو يعبر عن ما يحصل هنا . قطعيا لن اكرر العودة لهذا الفندق بالرغم انه علامة دولية لكن في القاهرة لم يحترموها مع الاسف ولا انصح احد في اهدار المال لانك ستنام في ورشة حرفيين وليس غرفة فندق 손님에 대한 무례함이 있었습니다. 이 비디오는 여기서 무슨 일이 일어나는지 잘 보여줍니다. 절대로 이 호텔로 다시 돌아오지 않을 것입니다. 국제적인 브랜드임에도 불구하고, 카이로에서는 그 품격을 지키지 못하고 있습니다. 돈을 낭비하지 않도록, 이곳을 호텔 객실이 아닌 공방처럼 생각하시고 가지 않으시길 권합니다 Lack of respect for guests. The video shows exactly what’s happening here. I will absolutely not return to this hotel, even though it’s an international brand, but unfortunately, in Cairo, they failed to uphold its standards. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money here, as you’ll be staying in a workshop rather than a hotel room

It’s good hotel and the style it’s classic .

Evening was perfect, the location and food. The style of the hotel is classic, i thank Nancy for support.

Two things it will make the placel marvelous, one don’t let anyone to smoke in the reception area and make a smoking area. Some of the furniture need to be updated.

I am incredibly disappointed! That hotel does not merit a 5-star rating; I would fairly give it 3 stars.

Staff in general is nice.

During the booking process, I selected Option 1 for a king bed, but I was given a twin bed room. If you want to satisfy your guests' requests, the least you could do is to offer an upgraded room; however, nothing was done in this regard. I had to return to the reception the following day to reiterate my request, and I finally got that kind bed. As for the breakfast, it does not warrant a five-star rating—I would even argue it doesn’t deserve four stars. I would rate it fairly at three stars at most due to the lack of fresh juices and a limited selection of salad and fruits. Additionally, I was charged a $100 pre-authorization as a security deposit, and after almost one month, I am still struggling to have that transaction reversed. I am extremely disappointed!

Ich komme gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Am Pool war es während des Aufenthalts angenehm ruhig und entspannend.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass man während das Schild „Bitte nicht stören“ an der Türe hängt, angerufen wird, um das Zimmer zu reinigen. Ebenso, dass einmal Handtücher einfach entfernt und nicht ersetzt wurden.

Grand, delicious food, comfortable!

Organised, clean, very nice staff, close to the airport- we needed - comfortable, had birds of prey on glass windows to prevent small birds from flying to the glass, great breakfast, had an Egyptian restaurant and food was delicious!

Bathroom could use an upgrade But all very clean, comfortable, working perfectly well

Lovely Hotel

Its not my first time here, me and my family love this hotel, it has a warm homey feeling. The rooms are very clean. It has a lovely playground for the children, a nice swimming pool and a good seating area in the garden nice during the daytime or in the evening depending on the season. Several good restaurants are available on site. The best part for me is the live piano every day from 5-8 pm in the lobby area combined with tea and dessert from the lobby cafe. Service has improved significantly since our last visit which shows they do take our comments seriously.

Many rooms have been renovated and are great, but are offered at a higher price. The old rooms while clean and comfortable are very old and in need of desperate renovation to be at a 5 stars standard. I must mention though that I do love that the hotel has preserved its classic style to a good standard over the years, this adds so much to its character.

We have to pay for the pool? Thats so new to me, also the old style outlet, we had to go buy adapters for our devices, also its a bit far off from the center of eygpt

Superbe et en adéquation complète avec nos attentes.

L’ensemble des prestations proposées, la qualité relationnelle et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. Nous sommes arrivés, sur place, le Lundi 270524, au soir, et repartis le Vendredi 310524, au matin, donc, pas de place pour les approximations dans un planning de visites « serré « . L’Hôtel a, parfaitement, répondu à nos attentes et est à recommander.

Rien de particulier à mentionner.

Overall good stay however All rooms are standard size however higher priced

Cleanliness, staff polite and helpful specially Magued Madona and Omran also well maintained ground,

Room are relatively small, and dated, no difference between triple and double room although the former is more expensive as all rooms have standard size! Breakfast was ok, opportunity to get better variety. The taxi desk staff are not friendly nor helpful, with no individual car rental option .

My Always Prefered Hotel for Business and Peace of Mind

Staff is Very Friendly and Cooperative , and they do not hesitate to Extend any Support The Restaurants available make you 100% Satisfied , and you do not have to think about going out search for Good Environment and Food Breakfast is Reasonably Good , and The Hotel provide Transportation To/From Airport which is very Convenient I enjoyed a fancy Pool View Room

Rooms needs some Renovation , more Variety required for the Breakfast in compare with the Cost of B.Fast Rest are all ok and Appreciated

A very safe and comfortable place to return to after a full day exploring Egypt.

Executive lounge was excellent and staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good. All staff was very attentive.

Minor, but confusion around some laundry services/offers. Room was clean but inconsistent in terms of daily cleaning and restocking. Some minor maintenance issues (ongoing drips, burning out lights) but overall not a problem and not even something I reached out about; I'm certain it would have been addressed.

Never again

The entrance to the hotel is wonderful, but the room is completely different.

Everything is old and worn out, from a table to chairs and a refrigerator. Also, the walls are not insulated so that you can hear from behind, and also the windows through which you hear car horns all day and night. Room cleaning service is bad, so that three times in a row they do not put towels in the bathroom .

Nice hotel but the food lets it down.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very well maintained. The staff were nice and professional. The pool area is lovely. There are lots of lounge areas and sun beds. The gym is well equipped too.

The music playing at the pool was a little annoying. I prefer peace and quiet at a pool and really don't want to listen to music. The biggest disappointment about this hotel however was the food. I had three meals at the hotel and they were all really disappointing. I had a fillet steak for dinner and the meat was so tough. The room service I ordered was also not very good, nor was the breakfast.
