It is a very nice hotel at a good price. We were extremely well looked after throughout, from restaurant staff to reception and bell boys.
All was good - nothing to add for improvement.

Amazing hotel, very polite staff, I checked in very late for one night, and the staff greeted me with orange juice and upgraded me to the room with an amazing view, the hotel and the room is very clean and nice, in the room there was everything needed and even more - the was a big bowl with fruits and chocolate deserts for me! Very pleased with my stay, thank you.
If you’re on the Main Street side it’s noisy so I recommend having ear plugs

Very nice place to spend my last night in Cairo. My room was lovey and the view of the palace was great.
The elevators didn't work very well.
6.0
The size of the room and the comfort of the bed were good. Bedding (sheets, pillowcases etc) was clean. The reception was quick during hotel check-in service. The staff was caring and friendly. There were sufficient options at breakfast. Providing free airport transfer with booking was quite nice.
Reaching the lobby and entrance was a big problem as the elevators were small, slow and not fully functioning.
While the internet worked fine in the room, there was no access in non-room areas (e.g. the breakfast room). It was time to change the towels in the bathroom. They were very old and tough. An extra bed for the 3rd person was not ready at check-in (even though we checked in close to midnight). The carpets in the room, the inside of the cupboards and the bathroom are very poorly cleaned. There was a sticker stuck on the bathroom walls, which I thought was left over from previous customers (and it was colourful. I don't understand how it could not be seen and cleaned). Cleanliness in the breakfast room was also problematic. The table tops were dirty and the tablecloths were stained. The extra bed is small and of very poor quality.

L'emplacement. Le calme , le petit-déjeuner et le repas délicieux 😋 😋
Le personnel maîtrisait très mal l'anglais. Nous avons eu un peu de mal pour nous faire comprendre

Location was good
We initially received a hotel room that smelt of cigarettes and promptly requested a switch. Both rooms were objectively dirty, and while their rooms all had carpeting, there was no sign of a vacuum cleaner or broom with housekeeping.

Location is great. Rooms are reasonable.
Staff was v unfriendly. I reserved a room with 2 beds since my wife was arriving two days later. Staff insisted on her passport at the time of checking, otherwise I will get a one-bed room. Took a while to convince them to get the two beds. Also, per the reservation I made, I was supposed to pay in Egyptian pounds. They refused and insisted on paying in dollars. When my wife arrived, they wanted to charge me extra $10/day since she was not reported at the checkin. Another big discussion before convincing them otherwise.

Good location,
One major plus point is that the Baron Palace (a sight seeing option) is nearby (2 min walking distance from this place).
The convenience stores and ATMs are nearby. You can easily get cabs by putting this location on the local cab apps.
food was a little dry and the restaurant serving staff could’ve been more attentive.
Their room service numbers are down sometimes.

The facility is clean and nice view on the Baron palace (FOR EXTRA CHARGE OF $40 FOR SURE)
The AC is very very weak, and the valet is very annoying. He kept knocking on my window and standing, staring at us for more money even though I have already given him a decent tip. A lot of money baggers around the hotel who have the hotel's badge on

We were upgraded to a suite, which was very comfortable. Good workmanship in the construction. Considering the apparent age of the place, it's quite well maintained, even if a bit dated. My guess is this place was once very high end, but unlike many others that try to look the part and fall to bits after 10 years, this place is still sturdy, if not as luxurious as modern standards demand.
I appreciate that they tell you not to take photos out of the window facing a military compound.
Location is good for proximity to the airport and just off a main road. 6am Uber to the airport took maybe 10 minutes. And definitely use Uber in Cairo and Giza, as it's not much more than InDrive, which is what you will want to use in Sharm El Sheik.
Hotels with carpeted floors almost never have proper vacuums with beater bars to pick up grime and this place is no different. There was even a shirt button on the floor when we walked in. Staff probably doesn't clean their vacuum filters ever. Central air conditioning is extremely loud and very slow to cool a room. There are only 2 passenger lifts that can hold maybe 4 people if you pack it in, so that's not good.
The location could be better insofar as there aren't many decent food options nearby.
