Gute Lage am Strand, aber nur möglich mit Meerblick-Zimmer, sonst zu laut! Insgesamt zu teuer für d!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut - direkt an der Strandpromenade. Allerdings muss auch zwingend ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht werden. Ansonsten kann man an der viel befahrenen Straße nachts kein Auge zu machen. Der Pool ist sehr groß für ein Hotel. Dieser Größe jedoch sind alle Liegen durch Handtücher reserviert.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers hat leider nicht gut funktioniert, das Personal ist vollkommen überlastet erst am späten Nachmittag oder Abend werden (wenn überhaupt) die Zimmer kurz gereinigt. Handtücher gab es immer frische, jedoch wurde der Boden nicht immer richtig geputzt. Die Klimaanlage im Haus ist komplett veraltet und funktioniert in vielen Zimmern nur unzureichend. Die Balkone sind bis Mitternacht komplett beleuchtet. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Eine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche aufhängen ist absolut nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle in den Hauptverkehrszeiten. In den Randzeiten ist es gemütlich mit Blick zum Meer. Der CheckIn ist etwas seltsam, man bekommt seinen Ausweis weggenommen und muss dann erst mal 30 Minuten auf dem Sofa warten, mit einem Willkommensgetränk in der Hand. Danach auf dem iPad alles schnell unterschreiben und das war's...

Nicht die beste Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Las Palmas, die Lage ist gut.

Sehr positiv ist die Lage, direkt am Strand mitten in der Stadt, umgeben von Schienen, Restaurants und Cafés.

Das Hotel wurde zwar renoviert, jedoch funktioniert die Klimaanlage im ganzen Hotel nicht besonders gut. Es ist zwar trocken, aber nicht wirklich angenehm kühl. Der Zimmerservice kommt immer nachmittags, auch nach mehrfachen Nachfragen an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist eintönig, nur am Wochenende gibt es zum Beispiel Lachs. Dann hat jedoch der Frühstück-Saal nach 8:30 Uhr die Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle. Der Pool ist groß, jedoch gibt es in der Regel keine freien liegen, die sind auch unbequem.

Nettoyage et rangement de la chambre laissent à désirer. Emplacement et rapport qualité/prix top.

Le prix et l'emplacement de l'hôtel: top. Malheureusement le beau temps n'était pas au rendez vous.

Le nettoyage des chambres laisse à désirer, dès la première nuit nous avions constaté qu'il manquait de professionnalisme, effectivement le balcon avait été laissé ouvert, les draps de lits pourtant changés étaient froissés et le rangement bâclé. Durant notre dernière nuit, nous avons retrouvé des tâches de sang sur nos draps après que le ménage de la chambre avait pourtant été fait et nous l'avons signalé mais personne n'est passé remettre d'autres draps. (Voir photo des draps avec du sang sec). C'est à 1h du matin au retour de notre balade, qu'on a dû rappeler la réception pour leur souligner à nouveau le soucis et qu'ils ont envoyé un agent de garde pour nous aider à changer nos draps et nous permettre de passer notre dernière nuit dans la propreté.

Rund rum alles super ! Vor allem die tolle Lage, das super Frühstück, die Möglichkeit, den Pool mit Poolbar zu nutzen und die windgeschützten Liegen sowie das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.

In Ankündigung von Booking.com war Superior-Zimmer mit Badewanne angegeben. Das Zimmer hatte nur eine Dusche - was letztendlich aber völlig okay war, da diese sehr geräumig und rutschfest war. Zimmer im 8. Stock mit gutem Weitblick, Richtung Hafen, aber auf Balkon durch belebte Verkehrsstrasse sehr laut (allerdings bei geschlossener Balkontür alles ruhig.)

Overall pleasant stay with great location, facilities and staff - let down by catering and smoking

The hotel was clean and modern and in a great location, the facilities were great and the staff especially were fantastic

The beds are extremely hard (not to everyone's preference), they allow smoking on all balconies which meant it was hard to avoid the smell for non-smokers even inside your room, and the food lacked in terms of quality ingredients (definitely do not order anything from the pool bar, we were served undercooked chicken)

Lovely hotel, I want to go back for the next New Year !

I loved the entire experience at this hotel. Flying in from Sunderland, UK, I joined my brother and his wife (who live in Northern Spain) as we all wanted to get away from the cold for the 2023-2024 New Year experience hosted by the hotel. It was fantastic, a lovely large room and bathroom with a sea-view and balcony room with fantastic views of the sea and even Tenerife in the distance! We went half-board, and the breakfasts and dinners (which are all buffet) were lovely with great selections for everyone. I have to say the staff were all so friendly and helpful to my family group, well done team!

I may be a grumpy pensioner, but I really have no complaints, job well done !

Merinäköala. Sisään- ja ulosikirjautuminen sujui hyvin ja palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Huono äänieristys ja huonot tyynyt. Huone oli hiukan huonosti siivottu, kun tulimme sinne ensimmäisenä päivänä. Huone on pintaremontoitu äskettäin, mutta myös kylpyhuone ja hotellin käytävät yms. kaipaisivat päivitystä. Ei tuntunut 5 tähden hotellilta. Ikävintä kuitenkin oli, että henkilökunta suhtautui ajoittain epäystävällisesti ja epäluuloisesti tummaihoiseen puolisooni, muttei koskaan minuun (olen valkoihoinen) tai meihin, kun olimme yhdessä.

Sea view balcony is definitely worth it. Great value hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Staff friendly.

There was construction happening in the hotel that we weren't made aware of beforehand and I didn't appreciate that. Ruined one or two days at the pool. "City view" balcony is a very generous description. You're looking at another building and nothing else. These rooms are newly refurbished but incredibly loud so definitely recommend the sea view rooms instead.

Best thing is the location and easy access to beach.Nice gym on the top floor with a panoramic view.

It didn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel. There was some food in the breakfast that was just old and bad… I did not like that you have to register and pay deposit to get some towels for the pool. The water did not go down in the sink in our room.

My room was never cleaned. I had to ask for it to be cleaned 3 days in. Bed sheets never changed (that doesn't bother me so much) but, didn't wipe down stuff or clean the bathroom. Even after I asked them to the bathroom was still dirty. Very strangely the air vent vibrates and makes a noticeable sound... All the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was sumptuous.

I was expecting a tea/coffee service in our room. We asked for a kettle which was duly delivered (but no cups, tea bags, etc.). I also asked a receptionist (Katarina?) for an email detailing the cost of breakfast for 5 nights, which was never delivered. After paying 160 euros a night, you only expect the BEST.

Nothing was awful but it really didn't feel like a 5 star hotel.

The staff were often rude and unhelpful, they made you feel like you were bothering them. The food at the restaurant was sub-par and you often had to search for your own cutlery and cups (they are supposed to be place-set tables). The room for being 'deluxe' really was no different. A disappointing stay.
