If it was kept clean and better food then it would be ok for the money,

Large pool and slides

Needs a revamp. Settee/bed dropping to bits could not sit on it. Grubby Rooms Dirty pool not filtered or cleaned. Pool side not even brushed or washed down which attacks flys. Food not good. Poor selection and same food every meal.

MUY DECEPCIONADA

Fue la segunda vez que iba y està vez todo muy mal no sé si es por ser agosto.

Nos dieron la peor de la habitaciòn seguramente la de socorro. Era para minusvalido ( lo que aùn màs inadmissible visto el estado de la habitaciòn) -la chica que hizò el chek in poco amable, le hacía preguntas y ni me contestaba, creo que a proposito me dió la peor habitaciòn ya que le pregunté si tenia vista al mar, poco profesional ya que ya estaba pagada la habidaciòn , menos mal que los demàs muy atentos y profesionales -en la habitaciòn : Cortinas rotas Mamparas que no cerraban No habian toallas La cama no estaba stable , las patas estaban flojas Agua caliente muy poca por la mañana En la ducha un protector en plastico de una cuchilla de afeitar lo que da a pensar que no limpiaron la ducha Siendo una habitaciòn para minusvalido el espejo bajo y lo peor las rampas al lado del water para que se pueden apoyar inestable porque la valdosa media despegada de la pared. Para resumir es inadmisible porque se nota que esta habitaciòn llavaba tiempo sin estar usada o si lo han usado personas minusvalidas pues pobrecitos porque todo es muy peligroso porque nada en reglas para la segurudad. Lo ùnico agradecer a la persona de recepciòn por la reactividad para que la persona del mantenimiento pueda arreglas las camas y cerrar las cortinas para que podemoas dormir sin caernos Ademàs el buffet para la cena carrissmo y pocas cosas y de pessima calidad, el personal muy amable pero no es un buffet que valen los 25€ pagados . Es una pena porque me habia gustado mucho la 1ra vez pero al ser agosto creo que se perdiò la calidad. NUNCA VOLVERÉ

Me gusto la Habitacion era amplia. Y si llevas niños sw pueden entretenee en los toboganes de la piscina.

No puede entrar asta las 14:00 de la tarde y que luego la habitacion ahi que dejarla a las 10:00

Cheap & clean, good enough for a 2 night stay

Clean apartment but looking very tired in places

Banging gates below us all the time. China cups chipped. No hairdryer. Checkin took absolutely ages as 2 on the desk. Kettle wouldn’t turn on, you had to keep your finger on it to work. Very basic kitchen.

Not worth 4 stars due to the service

The pool. The room was big and the bed was nice.

The check in took forever and people kept waiting at reception. Very inefficient. The place was smelly close to the rooms. The closest town is 10 mins away.

It was good for the money not sure I'd return

The slides were great fun, pools were great had something for everyone. Rooms were set out good.

There were parts round the pool which were dangerous, holes in the pool guttering, disaster waiting to happen. We had to move rooms as our first was mouldy all up the walls. I thought the town was made out to be closer then it was you had to taxi to get anywhere.

A relaxing stay in a good location with wonderful staff.

The two bed apartment was spacious and had everything we needed as a family. The staff were amazing and the atmosphere was just great.

The food was a little disappointing as far as all inclusive goes, but that didn’t deter us as there was always something we all enjoyed.

Overall a great holiday and I won't hesitate to recommend it to other people.

The apartment was well furnished throughout and probably the best one I've ever stayed in. I thought the pool area was very good and the pool was clean and well maintained with staff keeping an eye on towels that had been left on unused beds. I only had one breakfast, which was very good but a little on the expensive side.

Though my visit was early in the season I thought that a better variety of meals could have been offered in the evening. Another problem was the lack of public transport available, forcing us to use taxis to get into the town centre. The check in system was also quite slow.

We couldn’t sleep, so hot, the AC didn’t work.

The property need maintenance URGENT!!! Hotel’s 3rd floor no lights in the hallway. The walls full of crack. NO AC!!!!!! We were assigned with 5 different rooms and there was no AC working.
