Die Reise war erholsam und informativ.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und werden von dem Personal ordentlich geputzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ideal um die Sonne zu geniessen und die Insel zu entdecken. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind sehr schön und sauber. Das GYM wird zu den Öffnungszeiten betreut und ist sehr gross mit vielen Geräten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gross und bietet viel Auswahl. Allerdings schmecken die Gebäcke nicht so toll, die Gemüse und Früchte sind eher wässrig. Uns gefällt ein Buffet mit weniger Auswahl dafür bewusst ausgewählten und auch saisonalen Produkten besser.

Wonderful

Amazing services, one of the best hotels in the world, well trained staff and awesome rooms.

Very clean and very kind staff, starting with the night team, then the reception and housekeeping. They are paying lot of attention on the guest needs and are trying to accommodate every request. It was one of the most pleasant experience. Definitely I will come back and I will recommend the resort.

For a 5 star hotel, the customer experience and service is poor. I definitely felt like a number. Hotel reception experience was very process oriented lacking in customer care and empathy. We celebrated my two sons birthdays and despite providing information about this, no consideration was given to make their stay special. Reception staff literally look at their computer screens whilst talking to you totally lacking true customer engagement. For a 5 star hotel I expect a higher level of customer engagement.

Это был замечательый отдых! Очень красиво оформлен номер, уютный, в нём действительно приятно находиться, а какой удобный матрас! Вид из номера и рассвет превзошёл все мои ожидания. Уборка в номерах ежедневная. Завтрак разнообразный. очень вкусный. Персонал отзывчивый. 2 бассейна, чистые. Есть также отдельный заход в море.

This is a resort that thoroughly deserves its 5 stars. My second stay and chose a luxury suite on this occasion which I highly recommend. The staff work hard to make your stay as good as possible. I’m already looking forward to my next visit

We had a wonderful vacation, the hotel is very comfortable and modernly decorated. Srdjan from the reception is very professional, kind and always willing to help. The breakfast is at the level of the best hotels in the world...

One big problem is the spa area inside the hotel. Local people come to the gym and swimming pool, I had to turn around a couple of times and go back to the room with the children. Too many people who are not guests. You need to make an improvement and solve the problem.

It was pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable.

We didn't partake in the breakfast pkg. The room was a nice size. Most of the staff were attentive, caring and wanted to truly help and/or understand your situation/question. The concierge was very helpful.

There was 1.5 days of bad weather, so we stayed in the room. I wish there were more English speaking channels or HBO/Netflix. We weren't quite sure if the container/cabinet with the soda, etc. was a cooling fridge or a real refrigerator. We put leftover food in it over night and wasn't too sure if it was cooled enough to keep. Wish you had ginger ale. You had it in the bars, but not in the rooms.

L’hôtel est magnifique. La suite était immense. Le cadre est très luxueux et le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une politesse comme rarement vu. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à proximité d’enseignes. J’y retournerai très certainement.

L’accueil tout sourire, avec le soucis d’être a l’écoute !! Contact bien avant l’arrivée pour parfaire notre séjour, l’établissement spacieux chambre impeccable comme sur la photo, propre et bien équipée, petit dej incroyable, piscine 28° , et le cadre inoubliable ( sur mer) difficile de trouver un point négatif, le prix un sacrifice sans doute, mais justifié pour la qualité. Merci a l’équipe.

J’aurai apprécié un peu de végétation sur la terrasse pour la rendre encore plus agréable.

Premium stay worth the money

Lovely location that is just in the center, but rather quiet due to the way it is positioned. There's more than enough parking space available, the staff was lovely.

Breakfast felt a bit underwhelming in terms of healthy food selection, the staff was not trained well. A simple question like "which brand of coffee do you have" should be answered promptly, no need for the manager.

Bellissima struttura nel centro di Malta curata nei minimi particolari… ottima la colazione …..

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in una suite 2002 ci siamo trovati addebitati due snack mai presi….. abbiamo spiegato alla reception che noi non mangiamo dolci e pertanto c’è stato un errore, Ma non ne hanno voluto sapere nulla…. Non sono i cinque euro che fanno la differenza ma il modo di fare mi ha dato terribilmente fastidio, li avrei comunque lasciati di mancia ……

Great hotel :)

Great location and facilities and good value for money at this price point. Hotel is in a good location and close to Slieme and Valletta. Really special are the staff. We were made to feel very welcome. The folk we engaged with friendly, helpful and above all seemed happy. A credit to the Westin brand. We will certainly leave Malta with fond memories and more than happy to recommend the hotel. Yes, would certainly consider the hotel for future visits. Shout outs to Fabio, Adrian, Oltionii and all the staff who looked after us on our stay.

The location on the coast was perfect. I always have continental breakfast which was absolutely excellent. My husband was disappointed that the cooked breakfast’s were usually quite cold

Een hotel met klasse en uitstekende uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen;

Ontbijt in buffetvorm met alle mogelijkheden. Het personeel super vriendelijk en steeds bereid om te helpen. Het hotel naar zee zijde gekeerd is rustig (april : tweede zwembad nog niet in gebruik - hoofdzwembad lekker verwarmd). Eens buiten het hotel kom je in een levendig stadsgedeelte. Veel resto's, bars en winkels. Paasvakantie wel niet zo rustig maar dat weten we. Voornamelijk Britse gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Maar toch meer een gedisciplineerd publiek.

Kleine noot : "zeezicht" bij kamerbeschrijving beter splitsen in zeezicht vanuit de kamer (=frontaal), of zeezicht vanop het balkon (= lateraal).

Had a wonderful stay!

The hotel was excellent. Staff couldn't have done more to help. Lovely options for breakfast. We will be returning.

Air conditioning was not working and we were told it wouldn't be during our stay so the room became stuffy especially during the night.

Idealer Ort für einen aktiven Familienurlaub

Die Anlage verfügt über einen schönen geheizten Aussenpool sowie ein exzellentes Fitness-Center. Das Kinderprogramm (z.B. gemeinsames Zubereiten von Kuchen mit dem Konditor) ist sehr gut gemacht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht sehr schön. Im Umfeld sind viele Baustellen und die Anfahrt ist sehr mühsam (viel Verkehr auf überlasteten Straßen).
