Nice stay

Nice location, near to center. Calm and quiet. Very nice personal, helpful and friendly. Room always clean. Warm pool, very very good.

View from room. Breakfast the same whole week- would have liked some variety.

Compliqué de trouver la première fois avec les travaux dans la rue. Le petit déjeuné était le même tous les jours. La chaleur dans les couloirs. Ainsi que la musique d’ambiance toujours pareil

Good value for money, but we would stay in other location next time just due to other preferance

Overall good value for money. Hotel is very new, which is it's best benefit. Rooftop pool not the biggest, still it was a nice feature. Stuff was really nice.

Location wise - close to everything, however I would in general for next visit would stay away from Paceville as we prefer more quiet vacation and it was mostly party spot - not hotel's fault, just not suitable for us. On Friday/Saturday it was also quite noisy due to the bar just next door where people were partying outside until early morning. Plus, even though beach was really close, but it was not exactly the beach I was expecting, if you want an actual good beach in Malta you have to go to Nothern sure where Golden bay and etc beaches are located - again not hotel's fault, just location was not too suitable for us in particular. Breakfast - not the best, but not the worst I've seen..

Great location, beautiful entrance, passage and lifts. Such a peaceful environment and atmosphere. Clean and comfortable.

Only thing was we kept having problems opening the safe. And one night we had no hot water.

Not able to sleep because of loud noise

It was clean and convenient room

There is a club under the hotel, and we couldn’t sleep until 6 AM in the morning because of the loud noise. And in the morning housekeeping was cleaning the next room with noise again so we could only be able to sleep two hours. I definitely do not recommend here in terms of rest and sleep.

Avoid the place.

Junior employees and middle management trying hard to satisfy customers in a difficult site.

Our room (609) was on the wrong side of the building, just in front of the Alexandra hotel, an EXTREMELY noisy place. Basically, we could not sleep !!!! Recommendation for the owners: Change the windows and set much thicker glass in ther windows.

Exceptional

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Very neat, good food, nice staff. We stayed here for 5 nights. After touring difference cities in Malta, we came back to a nice and neat hotel. The only thing was that the room was kind of hot cause they still had the heating on centrally. Might not be a problem to some but to me who came from Manchester where it was still sort of cold, I found it too warm but we solved that by leaving the doors open overnight as we were told it was safe to do so.

Good place to stay in St Julians

Comfortable room, great setting in a quiet street, no more than a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars. The small outside terrace was nice to sit out in the shade. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of hot and cold food. Staff were great. On-site bars and restaurants are well worth a few visits.

The only minus is the room atmosphere was stuffy, not too bad for a spring holiday but should imagine it would be unbearably warm and airless in the summer.

Modern hotel but not soundproofed

The room (triple deluxe for me alone) with a balcony and bath with shower were spacious and clean, nicely arranged. No noice from outside as the window was overlooking a backyard. Staff 24h, kind and helpful. Great location in the middle of Paceville for those looking for entertainment.

1 walls like paper - All was good as long as there were no neighbours in the adjacent room. I heard every word they were talking, they were also singing, arguing etc. 2 breakfast exactly the same every day, even the Easer day. The milk (and cappuccino, milk coffee etc) from the machine is inedible (better take an espresso or lungo). Enough options for vegetarians but as a vegan you'd eat nearly nothing.

Recommended at St.Julian’s

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable. All renovated and clean. Breakfast was good, however same every day (which is fine, there was a lot to choose from). Location is good, a lot of places to dine or have a drink around. Pool seemed to be clean and in order, but it is too cold to swim in April.

The water in the shower was cold and it was taking 10-15 minutes to get warm every time we wanted to shower. Otherwise - cannot complain :)
