Motorcycle touring , 1 night.

Easy to locate, parking for motorcycle 🏍 up a ramp onto 1st level. Lift to all floors, massive apartment, big comfortable bed & lovely bathroom with walk in shower 🚿 Loved the fact I had a large balcony overlooking Antwerp. 10 minutes walk to station 🚉 & a further 10 to the old town area. Dis not take breakfast in morning. Can recommend for a stay in Antwerp.

Breakfast was 14 euros, went to a nearby Starbucks in the station.

Great Location and friendly staff. I was able to rent a bike for only 5 Euros for the whole day.

My room had really dates appliances (bathroom, kitchen, sofa, floor) and for the price I would have expected more. Fridge was incredibly loud so I turned it off and basically de-frosted and cleaned it for them. Curtains did not fully close, because someone had ripped them partially out. I asked at reception if someone could take care of it right when I arrived, which they promised but no one ever came. Quite disappointing and for me personally a big deal because the room has huge windows. There was no hairdrier and when I asked for one at reception they said they'd try to locate it but never got back to me.

Location and rooms are very good.

Nothing against the Hotel (I think), which is as good as advertised. When I placed the order through Booking.com, a room without breakfast is 112 or 132 with breakfast. I chose the one with breakfast. However when I checked in, I was told no breakfast. I suspect that Booking.com dropped the ball. Have nothing to prove this but I am not happy for sure. Might consider switch back to hotels.com, which offers quick return for frequency travelers.

Good place to stay for a short trip.

Reception was good and room clean. Location and price super for the one night.

There were a couple of thing broken/damaged in our room which needed repair but did not affect our stay. The hotel has already taken a £250 deposit on my card as a room deposit (for refund on departure if no damage) so we queried these and found they were aware of the damage already.

Large space, comfortable mattresses

Unstable, weak wifi, no salt, pepper, coffee, tea in kitchen, and minimal plates and bowls. Cobwebs. Short steps on stairs made it difficult

The room is good and the location is near the city center.

It's little noisy because the hotel is near the road and the window is too big to shut all noise.

It was alright overall but nothing to look forward to again

it’s location was not too far to the main city and there was nearby shops for groceries etc

it’s a bit outdated, the room needed an upgrade on its decor .. only 1 small pillow each on the bed, and there was a smell in the toilet.

very affordable, very basic, rooms are big and have convenient elements like kitchen and desks

convenient to train station, room was quiet, staff were great, had a small kitchen so we could make own breakfast, beds were comfortable

mold on bathroom grout (no fan in bathroom), duvets thin for winter

we got an upgrade as someone had cancelled. the room was spacious and had everything needed in the kitchen. the staff were super helpful and friendly.

the location is a bit far from the centre however bikes are available right outside

Best of Antwerp!

Everything was great, we had a blast! Very spacious room, super clean, modern and close to everything we wanted. We loved it!

Stairs can be a problem if you have mobility issues. I dunno if they have rooms without stairs thou.

Not bad, except for the noise.

Good location, easy check-in and check-out with lock box. Room large and clean; bathroom outdated but functional; beds o.k.

Worst thing was the noise: I could hear coughs and farts from an adjacent room, people smoking and talking outside my window, creaking pipes in the building, people stomping in the rooms above and in the hallways. I was glad I had my earplugs with me, so I could get at least a few hours of decent sleep. Wouldn't have happened otherwise.

Concierge was very helpful and friendly. Location was GREAT. 15 minutes walking distance from train station therefor from citycentre. The room was very clean and big. definitely exceeded my expectation with the room. GREAT view of the city.

Overall a good experience of stay!

I liked the helpful staff and the apt I booked is also very spacious!

The pillows are not so comfy and it can be a bit noisy when your room is next to the lift.

I would recommend it but perhaps they should pay a bit more attention to details like bed comfort

The flat is very spacious. The garage is safe even if not cheap. The area is ok with shops near by and walking distance from the central station.

The toilette is located near the front door hence very far from the bedroom which is upstairs, not easy to reach during the night. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were so small and flat we had to use jumpers and towels to raise them and make the sleeping more comfortable.
