Lejos de ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no recomiendo

la cercania a la estación de tren para las conexiones

mala relación precio-calidad los colchones estaban hundidos y moria de dolor de espalda al día siguiente muebles y ambientación muy antigua alejado del centro y fea zona por la noche, peligrosa

Muy buena relación-calidad precio teniendo en cuenta lo caro que está Mallorca

-Muy cómodo, la habitación estándar es suficientemente espaciosa para dos personas. -Cama gigante. -Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Palma con paradas de bus cercanas para ir a alguna playa.

Over priced, tired hotel but friendly staff and nice breakfast

Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly

The room was dark, small and very tired. The carpets really need updating.

Nice location to discover the city

+ Location + Cleanliness + Friendly front desk staff + Large room

- NOISE. Room on the main street. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs - Water bottles provided in the room are not free. Unnecessary gesture!

Nasty room. everything needs to be updated

it was in a central location

this was the worst hotel I ever stayed in the photos do not match the reality the carpet was discussing full of nasty stains. the bathroom was full of mold and you could see signs of tear in everything. everything needed to be updated. the room smelled like tobacco. we asked to change rooms and it was told to us that the hotel was full. very bad experience

Great location and excellentvalue for money

The staff were most helpful especially Juan Martin at reception.The breakfast was very good with a range of choices.The location was great with easy acces to buses and rail. There was a large supermarket nearby.

Loved the location and friendliness of the staff.

We had to change rooms because of difficulty climbing into the bath to shower but the staff didn't mind getting us another room and apologised as it wasn't as good as the first room. Breakfasts were very good and staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel could use a restaurant and a bar. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room which wasn't good especially when we were trapped in the room by storm Juliet for most of two days and couldn't get a drink. Also it would have been helpful if they could have provided us with an umbrella during that time to get out for food.

Superb

Breakfast was good quality and pleasant service. The location next to trains and buses couldn’t be any closer.

awesome location near to the city center and less than 1 minute from the main station of the island (train, metro, bus,…). The room was perfectly clean

given the stars of the hotel, the breakfast was a bit limited

Good

The hotel was very well located and it was exceptional clean. The breakfast was also adequent. Can recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Please get new carpets in the rooms....the carpets have had their day.

good location and good value

I didn’t like being asked to pay for water out of the mini bar that I did not have. I explained to the receptionist that there were two bottles of water in the mini bar when I arrived and they were still there when I left . she just told me the computer said I owed the money.

Had an enjoyable stay in a great location

Hotel position excellent. lovely big room. great blackout curtains. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Lovely and quiet especially at night.

The windows not having safety catches so had to have closed or wide open. I thought was dangerous. No plug for the sink. No tea or coffee making facilities as normal. Mini bar contained water only. Would have liked to have been able to have lock on inside of door which it didn’t have. At breakfast on first morning no interaction for the young lady even when I said bon dia.

Do not stay

Honestly worst hotel we stayed in on our 6 week trip and the most expensive. Absolutely not 4 star I wouldn't even give it a 2. The shower and tap flow was like 10%. Had a funny smell and was dirty and old. The whole place was run down, needs a refurbishment and updated photos because it is not what it looks like at all.

Good central location for exploring Palma.

Big room and bathroom, with balcony overlooking the main road. Good location - everything easily walkable. On a busy road but we were high up and the room was quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The bath/shower was a bit temperamental and no soap on the bathroom. Carpets were a little stained.

Perfect choice if you need connection to the airport

We needed accommodation for one night near to the bus station to the airport. This hotel is perfect for that because the station is just across the street. :-) The staff was very nice and professional. We appreciate the possibility of storage the luggage before the check-in. :-)

extremely disappointing.

The staff was the only positive point. First room I got had the window broken and they changed me to a second room, where toilet was leaking. they fixed it fast and were happy to help and super polite.

This hotel might have been nice 10 years ago. nowadays it aged poorly. Urgent need for new carpets, and a new cleaning team. Stains everywhere in the carpet. Dirty bathrooms. Noisy hotel. Uncomfortable beds. Bad lighting.. very disappointed. you would expect much more for that price. Pictures are far from reality.

Pleasant

Quite expensive for what we actually got, as the rooms are pretty dated and mediocre, had expected nicer rooms. Also, advertised with an outside terrace/garden, and not really much to write home about TBH! The location was good.

Size and quality of room was just not there!
