Si olvidáis algo al iros, es fácil que no lo recuperéis!!

Nos dejamos unos cascos inalámbricos así que se los solicité por WhatsApp. Reconocieron encontrarlos y hasta se comprometieron a remitírmelos sin cargo, pero ni los cascos han llegado un mes después ni ese nº contesta... Y por si procede que la empresa actué contra esa empleada, dejo foto de las comunicaciones a las que me he referido.

Great apartment with terrace - will be booking this again!

Access is via codes, which means you don't have to carry keys/cards and everyone in your apartment has easy access. The apartment consisted of three rooms (2 x double / 1 x single) and THREE bathrooms. I travelled with my husband and two friends. We had a separate lounge/diner and terrace which gave us lots of communal space to hang out. We didn't cook but made good use of plates for pastries and glasses in celebration of my 5-day birthday break. Apartment is in an excellent location in Palma with a small supermarket nearby for water, snacks, etc. We had very pleasant weather for October, but the air conditioning is efficient for hotter weather. My husband was happy to have a terrace for smoking and also access to a lift. We were able to store out luggage onsite after checkout (12 noon) until we needed to leave around 15:00. There are so many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby and lots of interesting independent shops.

Good apartment in the heart of Mallorca

Great location in the heart of Mallorca. Many good restaurants close by.

First morning was noisy due to building works next door. After that no more noise. Apartment itself was quiet.

Little slice of heaven.

Loved everything about this place. This was our second time staying here, and Cati remembered us! The personal touches she put in place following our last stay were brilliant and very much appreciated. The rooftop terrace is obviously the big draw here, but the whole apartment is beautifully bright and airy. And the location is just superb! It's only a 20-minute bus journey from the airport, it's located right in the middle of the old town, and it's only a gorgeous short stroll to the beach, which takes you past the old cathedral and along the seafront. It's also only a stroll away from either the local supermercado or the big Lidl, so it's so handy for stocking up on supplies. (Will have to remember to take photos next time, without us in them, to upload!)

perfect location, comfort and hospitality

location and views especially terrace. very helpful and flexible management. luggage safe so we could leave bags a couple of hours after check out ; proximity to all bars shops and attractions

this is not exactly a “ we didn’t like “ . we found not everything worked on the cooker hob but we managed to cook 2 main meals

Amazing location, good size and clean and common parts nice. We felt very safe and check in was very easy.

The only negative was the beds felt a bit hard to us.

Great location with a friendly host.

The apartment is in a great location and despite being (very) central you don't hear any noise. It is a good size for a couple and very close to everything in the centre.

The photos make it look a lot more modern than it is. It is nice and it is comfortable but it looks more luxurious in the photos than reality. The bathroom needs a deep clean.

Location was the perfect city centre, as it was the older part of town, which was exactly what we wanted. Communication was very good and everyone we dealt with spoke English, which was great for us

Great location for walking the streets finding restraunts, cafes and shops in old town. Apartment is totally modern in a fully renovated old building very comfortable. Great host to welcome you and give introduction to area..

Nice and quiet from the street but can hear neighbours on occassion. Feature of old apartment living.
