The warmth of a little establishment. Personable. Helpful. Front desk is awesome for help with whatever. The breakfast is incredible! Location is primo.
Room is a bit outdated. Wish tv had more english stations. Need a help for when sirens go off so you know where to go. Didnt know what to do or where to go when it happened to me. Seems like some sort of evac plan should be established? Got left in the dark. Need to explain to tourists what that means.

Excellent location
Breakfast was good. Perhaps add some perculated coffee and an assortment of fresh rolls
There are a few small repairs and maintenance that need to be done inside the hotel

Only positive thing I liked is the location
The room was dirty and bathroom was disgusting smelled like mold I checked in turned on ac and left room and came back to sleep. It smelled like mold was hot and humid in room bathroom smelled like a farm and was mold all over shower curtain full of mold. Hairs in bed which got me grossed out I wished they cleaned it better

Very well priced, great location and great value.
Not luxurious and doesn't pretend to be. Overall fantastic value

This hotel reduce 17% VAT for forerigners. That is all for this hotel and the good point. I think this hotel is the cheapest acceptable one in the center of Jerusalem.
The bathroom smells but there is perfume splayed inside the bedroom, so it does not affect my satisfaction so much.

We stayed only for one short night so no much chance to find any fault...
It was great for our purpose - clean place, location suited to our needs. Great value for money
Staff can warn in advance that parking in the street around the place are not free although not painted blue and white - and the municipality enforce it... Got a ticket at 23:30 Thursday!

Could have used hand towels. Only had bath towels and floor towel Also the refrigerator door didn’t close all the way and freezer was full of ice. Told someone in the morning and he was very nice about it

No breakfast was provided, but there was a room with tables, microwave and everything to make a breakfast. And a supermarket nearby.
Location is really great. Quite and green environment. All the attractions are are near,
There were nobody in the lobby, when we arrived and we felt a bit uneasy. However, the entrance code was send by SMS, and after all we liked how it was organized.

this is not a hotel! there are no hotel facilities, it feels like a students apartment's shower. there is no parking! its just an old building divided to rooms.

We enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness very much. Very helpful staff and when they weren’t there, they answered messages online.

Location
A bit noisy for this neighborhood. Rooms are really small. There is smell coming from the restroom even though the door is closed. There was no window, so forget the fresh air.

We booked through booking a night room for 554 NIS the next day we were asked to pay more money what is written in the booking of booking in small letters, we had a cockroach in the room. And there was no one at the reception to receive us. Only the next day we saw the host. Of the armchair was a night lamp without a lamp. We did not have breakfast and paid 650 NIS per night. Very expensive improvements in the place I would not return to this place. Very expensive. And not worth it.NIS 650 per night is very expensive. And the place is not worth the money.
