La ubicación, los desayunos, el personal muy amable, excelente opción para quedarse en la ciudad vieja ! Lo recomiendo
Se trabo la puerta de la regadera y ni la pudimos usar el último día .

Location
Staff needs training in how to be courteous!
I was supposed to have a room with a view of the city; instead, I had a view of a wall across an outside narrow street!!
4.1
Kind staff and clean room. The breakfast was excellent. When we asked, the staff immediately changed towels and bed linen.
The hotel's location is perfect for pilgrims who want to visit holy sites.
Our room was too near the entrance, and it was noisy.
4.1
The room was very clean and the stuff really helped us a lot.
The location of the hotel is in the center of the old town of Jerusalem.
Thank you for this great experience in Jerusalem

The building is historic and the rooms beautiful.
The location is fantastic. The breakfast is good.
The entrance is hard to find and goes up 2 flights of stairs. The only way to get to the front desk is up those stairs and the staff does not help! They were generally unhelpful and unfriendly. There is another way in for deliveries, A bar is advertised as being open in the evening, but the place was empty and the options fly drink very limited.

The room was nice and cosy and the breakfast was superb. The location is perfect, from the hotel you can easily walk everywhere in the old city.
The room was located next to the reception and the luggage storage, therefore it was very noisy. We could hear people talking and carrying their suitcases from the reception to the storage from the early morning.

Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Dream location.
And complimentary waters and wine!

location
they tried to give us a smaller room than we booked. We had to insist and ask twice before they gave us the correct room. The bathroom smelled of sewer. When we ask for it to be fixed they just sprayed air freshener but the room continued to smell. the staff was not helpful. they couldn’t even recommend a restaurant. The shower didn’t drain. Each room has a translucent door making it impossible to get dark at night for sleep.

When I had to pay, I was asked to pay a supplement because I could not show the little blue slip you get at Ben Gourion when you enter the country. You should precisely tell on your website that this little blue slip is COMPULSORY.

location . it is at the heart of old city walking distance to all
break fast was excellent and rooms are big and comfortable
the toilets could be little bit more bigger . it is bit difficult to locate the hotel as there is not enough sign boards

The architecture is stunning; the history rich. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I am recommending to friends and will return in the future.

Excellent breakfast and service. Clean and quaint hotel in an excellent location.
Light shown into our bedrooms making it hard to sleep for light sensitive ppl and little children were loud at night. Also, there must be a school nearby as we were disturbed in the morning by outside noise.

Great location. The staff couldn't have been more attentive. Chef Jon and his team assisted me above and beyond with with my strict dietary restrictions.
A bit noisy.

Location convenience was excellent. And all the staff were very helpful.
There was some noise at night, especially the truckle of wheeled suitcases on the cobblestones.
