Stayed here for Petra and to propose to my girlfriend (so this was a special stay). I gave the hotel a heads up about this prior to the stay. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel incredibly welcome with 5 star treatment and even given a room upgrade given the special occasion. The hotel is stunning, and the staff go above and beyond. There’s even a free chocolate hour which was a winner. It had a gym a great pool area and spa. We enjoyed a sunset meal on the rooftop restaurant which was cooked to perfection and the portions were huge. The location is the best for Petra in Wadi Musa as it’s right outside entrance. The breakfast was also incredible. Can’t thank the hotel and the staff enough for making the stay so special and memorable. It was perfect and to top it off, she said yes! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located 50 metres away and opposite to entry gate to Petra
When we entered the first room on second floor that we were assigned we recoiled from the strong musty smell pervading the room. Obviously something wrong with the a/c system or malfunctioning exhaust of bathroom.
Hotel staff instantly moved us, bag and baggage, to a very nice room on fourth floor directly overlooking Petra entry gate. Fantastic view, and fresh smelling.

У меня нет ни одной жалобы!

Right across from Petra. It was beautifully decorated in Jordanian style, not another Holiday inn look.
Smell of cigarettes in the lobby as is often the case in Jordan

Great location, can walk to Petra visitor center easily. Good staff, rooms, and pillows.
For a very low tourist season, $172 a night seemed like a high price.

It’s the nearest hotel to Petra’s entrance and the visitor centre! You just have to cross the road and voila! You’re there.
Spacious rooms with views 💕

Great location. An extra door to section off our two rooms was a nice touch. Rooms were noisy due to the Royal Wedding party outside when we were trying to have a nap after a tiring day walking in Petra.
The windows could be better insulated to prevent noise when they are closed. Although we had a great view of the celebrations from our balcony.

Hôtel is across the street to Petra site.
There was a huge tour group wearing red shirts that had lunch at the hotel and they invaded the entire lobby and eating areas. Glad only a few stayed at the hotel. When we arrived there was no place for us to have lunch. The staff made sure we were seated and served as soon as they could find a spot. The front desk gave us an upgrade :)

Location: just opposite the main entrance of petra
Staff: caring & helpful. Thanks especially to Yousef B. As my husband was sick, he was so kind to arrange the medicine from the pharmacy by taxi.

breakfast was good , service very good
lots of fresh foods and good variety.
evening was good also . good food for the children . they loved the swimming pool ..
We paid for two doubles in each room as we had two children with us . when we arrived we had to ask for extra beds as only i bed in each room . The staff did bring the extra beds and where very helpful , but made things a bit chaotic .

The room was nice and the hotel was conveniently located across from The Visitor Center. Housekeeping was WONDERFUL! And the concierge Waleed was so very kind and helpful.
The accessibility of the hotel is not good! If you used a cane our other mobility device it felt very unsafe. Entering and exiting the hotel felt unsafe and was a hassle. We almost always had to walk through the entrance where the cars come through and weave between cars and buses. Sometimes the guards would lower the barrier that blocks vehicles entry but other times they would not. There is not a convenient foot path to use. The front desk was not very helpful and it felt like pulling teeth to get information. The hospitality in the bar area and restaurant was spotty. There were times we sat for 20 minutes in the bar and no one came to take our order. We saw people sit down, wait, and finally walk out in disgust. The first time we went into the bar/lounge area the staff was just dismissive and unwelcoming. We were going to order food but left and went to another bar across the street. We came back for happy hour and no one came for quite some time so we went to the bar and ordered. Two of the gentlemen there were nice and took care of us right away. The two waitresses though took forever to bring us water or a second glass of wine. Whenever we wanted something we had to ask repeatedly and in the end walk across the lounge and ask again. Breakfast was good, but again the service was hit and miss. It wasn’t one big thing but a collection of irritating incidents. Overall we found the customer service here to be lacking and inconsistent. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and in spite of the nice room, we were happy to leave. It was not a good value for the price of the stay and at the very least one would expect better customer service. This is not the first Accor property we have stayed at but unfortunately the lack of solid customer service has been a consistent characteristic. It makes one wonder how they treat and train staff. Currently we have reservations for the Movenpick at the Dead Sea for 3 days, but I intend to cancel.

The property is beautiful. The location is unbeatable. The bellhops, front desk staff, cleaning staff, and waitstaff in the fancy restaurant were excellent!
The hotel is busy all the time, with high room turnover due to short stays and a high, constant occupancy rate. More staffing is needed to keep up with the volume. Most of the staff were excellent but all were consistently busy! There should be more staff. The day restaurant team could be more attentive but I believe the issue is needing more people.
