A very relaxed stay, lots around to see and discover. Loved the market area.

Friendly helpful reception, Good room facilities, microwave and utensils great. Room safe. A clothes rack on the balcony on which to dry towels or smalls that I would wash every evening to hang out to dry. Almost on the beach, a short walk into the vibrant market areas.

Maybe more information in the rooms of what is near to visit. But really there was nothing that I did not like.

Отель находился в минуте ходьбы от пляжа. Нас заселили не в тот номер, что мы бронировали (апартаменты с одной спальней), а в апартаменты с двумя спальнями, причем без доплаты, так что нам троим было комфортно. Все, что было заявлено в номере (полотенца, бумага, мыло-шампунь, чай-кофе, сейф, Wi-Fi, большой шкаф с достаточным количеством вешалок, кухонный уголок с возможностью готовить: плитка, микроволновка, вся необходимая посуда), - все это было. Уборка номера производилась ежедневно. Очень приветливый и готовый помочь персонал! Была возможность расплатиться наличными, что для нас было важно, так как наши карты не работали.

Окна и балкон выходили на оживленную проезжую улицу а-Яркон - было шумно.

תודה לכם על תמורה למחיר מעולה מהמיקום ועד השירות,נחזור אליכם.

מיקום,צוות נעים ושירותי מאוד שאפשר את החדר שהתאים יותר לטעמנו,ניקיון.

זה לא שלא אהבנו,התמורה למחיר מעולה,ניכר על חלק מהמלון שהוא ישן יותר ולכן התחזוקה לא מאה אחוז,אבל באמת שמעבר לציפיות שלנו.

Family trip to Israel

Location is kind of perfect. Close to the shore, city center and several bus stops. Nice building Bauhaus style. Very nice staff.

It was supposed to be a small apartment but It was actually a room for four.

Smoking and smoke in lobby—- lowers the esteem of property . Many things broken in room—-shower refrigerator and handles etc.

Horror and horrible experience

Horror story! when i booked the hotel for my family the photos were not real. They were not the photos of the room and the actual building. In fact, upon arrival we were taken to a back alley into a small green building that felt like jail. the room was horrible. it smelled as if if it was not opened for days. for a family of four we were given one dirty towel. it was so scary. We truly thought we were in a third world country. We were so upset. Never again. I should get a refund. it was a traumatizing experience for our teen children.

The location can't be beat if you are looking to spend time at the beach! The staff was also super friendly and helpful. The room was on the smaller side for our family of four but had everything we needed and was a good value for money compared to other options we looked into.

Not a good place. Only 4-6 rooms are good. Fraud property and should be shut down. AC was not workig and after 3 days it was not resolved. It's a Bed accomodation (not even breakfast). Stay away from this property.... you'll get better deal at other placeses

I loved the location of the hotel, 1 min from bus station ,right near the beach, very central you can reach by foot to all relevant touristic spots from Tel Aviv.The hotel staff was great, they gave us a fresh renovated room and it seems that the hotel is being renovated overall.

Location!! Right on the beach. Not accurately signposted… look out for Raphael hotels ( not sea shore suites). Friendly and helpful staff. Self catering unit with microwave and fridge, useful!

Room a bit stuffy and hot but good AC. Horrible view on dump.

Awesome location, right next to the beach, plenty of room, very clean, great hot water pressure in shower, well equipped kitchenette, what’s not to love?

Minor quibble. Need hooks in bathroom for towels, clothes, etc. Need better instructions on how to find rental office.

I stayed in this appartment for second time and reccomend this place to the families with children.

Very good hospitality and personell. Remarkable location that is very close to the sea. Clean enough (it's Israel)). A lot of grocery shops and cafe/restaurants nearby.

A little bit noisy since the rear window of appartment looks directly at the street. Also some repair works are going in this district of TLV
