As áreas inerentes a propriedade estavam bem cuidadas. Um pequeno oásis no meio da cidade. Quarto simpático e acolhedor
Chuveiro gota a gota.

We stayed in Cabin Quetzel which we really loved and were pleased we booked. It was very quiet, peaceful, spacious and private and we ended up spending time enjoying the hammock in the screened kitchen area and just relaxing in the cabin - something we rarely do but after a few weeks of travelling we needed. Having a kitchen with a large fridge freezer was great for making our own drinks etc. We were concerned about reviews of noise in this room, and whilst in the morning you could hear the odd vehicle most of the noise was masked out by the fans in the room so it didn't bother us.
The hotel is at one end of the most beautiful street in the city so we were pleased with the location, and it was about 10-15 minutes into the more hectic center. We preferred being slightly out of the middle - it felt quite an up-market area.
The lack of air con in the room wasn't a problem in early march - the fans provided were good.
We parked our car right next to the Cabin so that was easy from a luggage perspective.
The pool had a lot of leaves in despite being cleaned in the morning so we didn't use that. Breakfast was fine but nothing special - continental only, nothing cooked (no eggs etc). Welcome on arrival felt a little impersonal - as did all interaction with staff - and it would have been helpful in cabin quetzel to be shown where light switches etc where since there were many in strange places!
The sound and light show on the convent opposite the hotel doesn't operate on a monday night - if only the staff had told us this then we'd have gone on the sunday night so the lack of information meant we missed this. Lots of websites says it runs nightly but that isn't true.

Un havre de paix en plein cœur de Valladolid. Petit-déjeuner délicieux et copieux, personnels très sympathiques, chambre correspondant à la description, magnifique jardin. Très bien situé, à proximité des points d’intérêts de Valladolid.

We’re so glad we chose this hotel to stay in Valladolid. It’s very cute and is an amazing place to stay at after long days exploring the surroundings. There aren’t that many rooms so it’s not too busy. Staff are really helpful, there is parking.

Lovely gardens, continental breakfast was very good, central location in city & relatively easy to find
No tea or coffee making facilities in room & jug of water, not bottles.

I would call this hotel a hotel with " encanto". The garden is beautiful and in general the hotel is very good value for money
The rooms are next to the road so although there isn't much traffic you can't open the window

The hotel gives a sensation of disconnecting from the outside world, so it is a perfect getaway if you want to rest. Nearby you have some restaurants so everything is within walking distance.
They have a problem with the POS, and we need it to pay in cash; it was late when we arrived so we need it to look for an ATM. It will be great to be informed in advance so we can prepare. But they told us it was an issue just that day.

The patio is gorgeous and full of plants and a sweet swimming pool. The hotel serves a simple but delicious continental breakfast with bread, fresh fruit and yogurt. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. it is close to Calzado de Frailes, which is a lovely and interesting street to walk in to get to the Central Park.
our room faced the street and the vehicles were noisy. We still slept well but would recommend rooms away from street

very friendly people and very beautiful and small cozy hotel in centre of Valladolid. would refer it to everybody.
if possible ask for a room away from the street, then it is really quiet

It's a beautiful little hotel with a nice garden and a perfect location to have a short visit to Valladolid. Our room was huge, probably the biggest we had on our trip.
The pool didn't look so welcoming. Unfortunately, we got a room to the street, and it wasn't very quiet. Also all lights were on in the garden the whole night and our door had glas windows... the room wasn't dark at all.

Older rooms, noisy.

The hotel decorations and the small parc in the middle are beautiful. The location is great and the hotel is very quiet.
We didn’t have any choice for the breakfast. The swimming pool was not cleaned of tree leaves during our 2-days stay. The hotel do not provide free water bottles.

Bit of mould in the bathroom

We loved the comfortable and cosy design of the rooms. You really feel that someone put a lot of love into this place. We stayed here twice and one of the rooms ( next to the reception) was absolutely beautiful, with well curated art and craft objects and uniquely designed bathroom. The second room we stayed had a regular bathroom, but it was still very comfortable with beautiful wooden furniture and crafted cushions. We loved the central location of the hotel and the beautiful garden, where a breakfast is served.

The Jungle setting, the cleanliness of the room and the staff hospitality
