The staff was always helpful, responsive and attentive. The facilities are well maintained. The restaurants and bars are of very high quality and with reasonable prices. Overall the resort provides a top-notch service for a good price.
The only "negative" remark from our stay are the heavy traffic jams on the way to Kota Kinabalu. The way to the Jetty or the airport can be as long as 90 minutes.

All went well except for some blunder. Food during breakfast could be better and should have more choices.
Refrigerator was not working, leaking water, unpleasant musty smell, a bit rundown, not properly clean, was on walking stick when checking in the staff at the counter was not concern and didnt offer room that should be closer a bit. Refill for the breakfast buffet was a bit late.

L’emplacement vue mer, les nombreuses activités, kayak, jet ski, kwad, tennis, golf , ping pong. Billard.

The resort is secluded with a beautiful private beach. Rooms are built to an extremely high standard with white marble every where. The staff have been helpful in every way. There are an abundance of monitor lizards, geckos, black squirrels, many song birds and insects
Some bars and restaurants are not fully staffed and renovated from being vacant for 5 years. However everyone here is working to bring everything up to fully functional levels.

The staff is phenomenal. We had exceptional service with everyone that we met. They went above and beyond what we expected with their hospitality and service. The breakfast staff, duty manager, check in etc. I left my kindle behind and they found it as well.
The facilities and the hotel itself was built awhile ago and you can't expect it to be brand new. The place is vast and it's difficult to maintain such a huge property. Expect the usual wear and tear. The rooms have been updated and is clean. The bed is very comfortable. Their food selection needs to vary as the breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same.

The bed was comfy. Room was spacious.
Beautiful beach.
Beautiful garden
1. Very bad breakfast - there are no butter; only a bowl of margerine!!! Its horrible. Cakes are not replenished. Yogurt is runny. Coffee is terrible. Bread is not off 5 star hotel quality. The milk for cereal was not lukewarm..
This is the worse hotel breakfast ever, same level as hotel seri malaysia. Definitely not up to standard.
2. Jacuzzis are closed.
3. Most of the shower stands around the pool are not working.
4. The roomie app is terrible. Small variations of movies to watch. It’s difficult to connect the tv to roomie, we ended up using out laptops.

The surrounding with beaches
Room given was dirty. leaking pipes from the wall. When we inform the front desk, they sent housekeeping to clean it. they should investigate how the dirty water ever been there. The whole night we have to endured the dirty water coming out from the walls. We have problems entering the room. We inform the front desk, instead of checking the door, they gave us new cards to enter the room. But it doesn’t solved the problem. we have to walk towards the front desk twice and it’s quite far. we call 16 times, nobody answer the calls. The problem was the locks was not functioning.

The resort is beautiful. There is a very nice pool and beach area. The staff were friendly and hard working. The golf course is in excellent condition. Our room was a great size and the air conditioner worked very well.
It seems like they are still trying to recover from the effects of the pandemic. We had just come from another hotel in the area that has made a better recovery and their room price was less than we paid at the Nexus. Many of the restaurants were still closed, so there are limited options for food service. However, the food in Chinese restaurant was delicious! I feel like they are really working hard to recover. I hope our stay will help them in their recovery.

This resort has full set of facilities, just that they are very old.
Air conditioner not able to control temperature. Even when we had asked the technician, also no clue on how to control the temperature. We found that the food and mineral water is expensive, but hard to get a grab car to go out. Ask for the hotel shutter service, however were told that need to book a day earlier and minimal 4 pax. We say ok and please go ahead with tomorrow morning booking. The front desk told us they will call us back on this. However, we never receive any call from the stuffs regarding this for the entire stay.

The location, the friendly staff, very accommodating chefs who prepared vegan options for me. Good wifi
The water pressure in the shower was low, the plugs at the desk has a design flaw - cannot plug regular sized 3 pin plugs, no laundry bag on 2nd day onwards. The Roomie app was difficult to connect with
