Swimming pool mosaic torn off and injured to my leg. Overall the villa furniture are very obsolete and toilet hot water are totally not function.

Great pool, comfortable and nice unit with spa, great for relaxation but take groceries with you as nothing close by - n

The pool area was lovely but I very time it threatened to rain they closed the pool which did disappoint the kids. There were no thunderstorms, just rain, and the pool would be closed even though it was still quite warm.

The kitchen sink kept blocking and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped, only one frypan to cook for a 2 bedroom apartment. Internet was a plug in device that didn’t arrive until day 2 of me continually asking for the wifi that was supposed to be included. 16% local fees on top of booking.Com rate was quite a bit. This was the same across all of Malaysia.

Disappointing

The door to the pool & garden could not lock properly. Realised when we want to lock it on 1st night. Informed them the next mornung...they czme to repair. Thr shower knob to toggle between rain shower & hand shower missing. Could not switch to hand shower. Informed & came to repsir temporarily. Did not change the knob. On 3rd day, Friday, 10th mar 2023... Informed for house keeping before we left for activity at 7.30am. Came back at 2pm...ROOM NOT DONE. Informed again at 2pm before we left again for activity at 4pm. When we came back at 11pm...ROOM STILL NOT DONE!!! with all the trash bag not cleared.

Got cocroaches in kitchen & toilets. The cabinet smelled

extremely disappointing n rather disgusting

The sea view

It's incredibly run down. Broken n dirty. Bathtub plug doesn't work. Door handle fell off. Air con flooded the counters n floor. Porch light doesn't switch on. Pillows smell.

Exceptional

Honestly it was beyond my expectations. The view was superb and the room was super comfy. The bathroom was superbig and can even took a bath together with kids. Definitely will come again!

Weehoo holiday

It made a great holiday for me.

Some of the features in the bathroom didnt work properly. The tv was without a remote and its quite difficult to switch it on and off.

Wonderful stay! We had the private pool villa - villa was cleaned and equipped with all basic amenities for a good stay. Staff we very friendly and speedy response via WhatsApp for any needs. BBQ also available for rent which was good as well as on site café meals. Beachfront property, additional with 2 on site pools also great facilities just to walk around the property. Very family friendly

A bit of a drive from the city, so only access with private vehicle. Otherwise, a very good stay and definite value for money.

it’s within walking distance to the beach.

it’s very far from most of the places, difficult to get a grab driver as well. Grab food would take about 40mins to 1hour.

Beyond my expectation

I love the view. I can spend my days just by enjoying the sea view. The staff are friendly and informative. The price are cheaper than others.

There is no kitchen towel, floor mat in bathroom and kitchen area. And also maybe can add rice cooker especially for staycation :)

The villa is clean- no doubt in that. The private pool was also well maintained. The kitchenette,fridge and all the utensils were adequate. The living room was great n so was the rooms. Air conditioning was fantastic.. thats the best part of it

The toilet in the master bedroom was clogged and there were not able to troubleshoot the problem. The sink at the toilet was also clogged. They did offer to change villa but it was just too troublesome. The nextdoor people were really loud n drunk but there was no rule as to what should n should not be done at the villa.

old building with poor maintenance pool only open 9 am to 5 pm. children come at 5 cannot play.. this was so sad. kids waiting to swim since 8 am.. waiting the pool to open.

Just ok.

The view, the pool, the beach and the space for us to do BBQ. Additional BBQ pit and towel you got to pay.

The facilities are old and require maintenance. The pipe outside the villa cannot use.
