4 star rooms with 3 star service.

Nice rooms & nice pool areas. Opportunities to partake in activities.

Rooms weren’t ready until an hour after check in time. Sink was broken in one room & reception had to be called 4 times before anything was done about it. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Staff seemed clueless about almost everything. The hi tea is also very disappointing.

Emplacement pratique pour Sutera Harbor

Tout est à la disposition des clients : restaurants , piscines, salle de sport, court de tennis, immense golf… quasiment pas besoin d’en sortir si on aime l’ambiance « resort » Nous avons choisi cet endroit car nous faisions de la plongée sur l’île de Gaya et l’embarcadère était au Sutera Harbor, très pratique.

Le bruit du rooftop toute la soirée, très fort donc ne pas oublier les boules quies

It could have been more pleasant.

Friendly and courteous staff. Easy check in and check out. Ample parking.

Hot water was more warm than hot. Fridge cabinet was chipped off. There were water stains on the carpet. There was constant stomping from the occupant of the room above. Only one breakfast coffee station was functioning. There were times when no plates were available.

리조트 수영장, 날마다 조금씩 바뀌는 조식 메뉴

샤워기와 에어컨 고장난 방을 주셔서 방을 바꿔달라하니 방이없다고 하심. 에어컨 온도조절이 안돼서 냉골이기에 추워서 잠 못자겠다하니 에어컨을 아예 끄라고 시전. 샤워기는 높게 들면 물이 나오지를 않음 쭈구려서 씻음. 그러다 밤 9시 다돼서 저층 방 있는걸로 바꿔준다해서 바꿔서 사용. 이틀동안 묵었는데 돈이 많이 아까웠음. 코타 포함 해외에서 힘든 경험은 여기서 다한듯. 재방문의사 0에 수렴.

Overall, we had good and enjoyable stayed, hotel is excellent for family vacation and business stays

Room ware well maintained and bigger than we expected Breakfast offered varieties of choices, though seating were a bit crowed but staff were able to ushered us seats. As an international hotel, beside offering good room and food & beverages, your hotel also has good out door landscape gardens for recreation activities.

check in counter were unexpectedly slow, at least not up to an international hotel standard.

Exceptionally wonderful stay!

Enjoyed the pool a lot. It is clean and I can see the staff took care to maintain the pool cleanliness everyday. At certain hours there are pool exercises conducted by the staff with music. So relaxing by poolside. Evening swim during sunset is lovely.

There is no shuttle bus service to town. The town is only 10 to 15 minutes away. However, calling Grab ride is cheap and no hassle at all.

Wonderful experience and would certainly stay here again on our next trip.

Excellent spread for breakfast! Pool is huge and life guards were always present. The island counter in the pool serves good food and drinks. There's another food cafe a short distance away, overseeing the sea. Scenery is just beautiful!

Overall quite enjoyable stay so far

The facilities are good and they have a jetty service to the islands

The sound-proofing wasn't that good, I was able to hear the music from the top floor of the bar lounge sometimes.

It’s one of good choice, but not a best choice.

Good view for sunset.

Not allowed outside food. If you book grab food, you need to walk about 800m to take the food from guard room. It’s very inconvenient .

Great pool with awesome sea view. Very good price for this resort. I enjoyed and relaxed well.

Good for a short stay

We chose a hotel that has access to the beach and the sea (it's unusual that you are on an island, and there is almost nowhere to swim in the city). But on the very first day, as we arrived, they said that you can’t swim - jellyfish (in mid-February). Keep this in mind) The hotel is big but not new. The room was clean, the bed linen was fresh, but the furniture was a little "tired", as was the overall design of the hotel. The hotel itself is located away from the city center, surrounded by a golf park, next to the marina, from where it is very convenient to get to the islands. This is a great option for 3-4 days, but maybe not longer.
