Really good appartment!

I like how close it is to the mall (really easy access). it provide good wifi and good AC. the balcony is just nice to relax. i enjoyed my time there.

there are fews but not to the level that I don't want to stay here. at first the lift to the parking area. cause you can only access it using fireman lift (sometimes pressing the button the other lift came up (but just press G on the other lift and get out) and press again the down button untill the fireman lift arrived.

Great one night stay

I like how the host came to see the client and explain everything nicely. My kids enjoyed the fast wifi and the air conditioner is top notch. The check out process was a breeze too.

It would be perfect if the place has some bottled drinking water for the guests.

Sental lantai bilik air, dapur cukupkan peralatan memasak

Rumah boleh muat sehingga 10-12 orang dewasa. Luas dan besar, view cantik.

Peralatan memasak tak cukup, blender atau lesung tak ada. Plastik sampah tak cukup. Lantai bilik air licin dan tak bersih untuk dua bilik. Dapur hanya satu / sebelah berfungsi. TV tak ada channel.. nak on pun susah.

Good location, but the property needs updating

Good views, Centrally located, and very convenient to the Imago mall.

Overall the property is very worn out and needed an update. The furnishings are outdated and amenities provided were very basic and bare-bones. The pictures on the listing should be updated to reflect the current condition.

I like the place as it's spacious and easily going down to the shopping mall.

I like the location and the homestay

The parking path is too narrow that bang my vehicle when we were on the way going up...It would be better to have a check in counter to facilitate between the guests and property working staff to communicate and further enquiries. The floor, bed sheets and blankets (smoking smell) are not clean. The lamp and floor were dusty...

Everything is ok. Comfortable and spacious for 2 person. Host is very helpful. Easy check in/out.

Slow WiFi. Toilet abit dark, small & old cabinet under the sink. Other than that everything was fine.

Bathroom kind of roundown need some update. Water log near d toilet bowl can be manage if host provide mop cos one can slip off d wet floor.

The staff is helpful in welcoming us to the apartment.

The apartment needs to be revamped, the walls needs to be repainted, the furnitures are very weary and the sofa coating is already worn out as well as peeling. The skirtings are also worn out. During our stay, the aircond is also leaking. it would be better if its been service earlier before the check in. To keep customers to rent the apartment it would be nice for the apartment to be revamped and refurnished.

I will try and summarise the issues we encountered here. 1: bathroom: The cupboard under the sink (as seen in pictures) is rotten, inside is full of mould and is damp. When we arrived the floor was covered in liquid around the toilet. by the morning the bathroom was flooded, seems the toilet was leaking The bottom side of the door is dirty and rotten 2. Kitchen: Dirty, smelly, and full of fresh stains on the tea towels. Food inside the microwave and ants everywhere. There is mould on the silicone all around the sink. 3. Living room area: Stains on the sofa, the carpet and the walls. 4. Bedroom area: Stains on the bedding. The ironing board is dirty and broken. 5. Walls: Dirty all around the property with plaster cracking and ants everywhere. 6. Views from balcony: The advertising stated we have ‘garden views’, instead we got a corrugated iron roof about 40x40m which seems to cover a parking lot, with 24 huge fans that make a racket. 7. Noise: planes from the airport taking off directly above our head (not mentioned in the advertising). we left first thing in the morning and abandoned our second night.. we asked the loft Amago for a return on our funds and we’re not even returned the second nights funds. do not stay here!

Overall quite disappointed with the apartment condition. It was very different from the pictures.
