Everything, as you would expect. Reasonable food and beverages prices for a top brand hotel.

Instant coffee, powdered milk and a kettle for morning coffee in the room. First world problem, I know.

Все было супер, особенно завтрак! По просьбе даже яйца Бенедикт делают, а вечером на пляже можно пожарить маршмеллоу на палочке)

Пляжа по факту нет( Ездили на Наи Тон на байке, там шикарно!

Отель не оправдал ожиданий, но мы всё равно отдохнули хорошо)) главное позитивный настрой)

Большой стильный номер, прекрасная кровать и постельное белье, жили в номере с выходом к бассейну и своей кабиной для загара и отдыха Чистота уборки без нареканий Очень хорошие завтраки с огромным выбором блюд, настолько разнообразно, что лучше уже некуда Очень хорошая косметика в душе, сантехника в прекрасном состоянии, банные полотенца новые и белые, в отличие от сильно потрепанных пляжных Территория отеля ухоженная, прекрасно озелененная и красиво освещенная Персонал приветливый В самом конце нашего отдыха в бассейне стали бесплатно раздавать шпажки с фруктами и мороженное - это было очень приятно!

Мы были в Таиланде 15 лет назад. Нам очень понравилось, хотели приехать снова и получилось некоторое разочарование. При заселении в номере не было ни цветов, ни приветственных фруктов, это было как-то странно и неприятно, не гостеприимно, будто нам не рады. Мы привыкли к комплиментам, иногда даже вино в номер приносят, а тут вообще ничего, даже цветочек на постель не положили. В номере обнаружили арома-лампу, её ни разу нам не зажигали, внутри была полностью выгоревшая свеча, да и вообще номер ко сну не готовили, как принято в других отелях за такие деньги. Надеялись увидеть персонал ресепшен в национальных костюмах, потому, что это красиво и самобытно, запомнилось из предыдущей поездки, но все были одеты довольно современно и безлико. На территории отеля так же не было ничего из национального колорита, отель производит впечатление военного бункера в тропиках, а хотелось тайского стиля: фонтанчиков, резных панно, возможно каменных скульптур - в общем, роскошного национального стиля. В прошлую поездку мы увезли с собой несколько книг о тайском стиле в интерьере - это очень красиво! Когда выбирала отель, увидела фото с резным деревянным панно, подумала, что такое будет везде, но оказалось, что оно одно( Территория отеля небольшая, гулять практически негде, а мы очень это любим по-вечерам. И главное Но - отсутствие моря. Я очень удивилась, что никто об этом не написал. Мы уговаривали себя тем, что нам просто не повезло с отливами, но так ли это, не знаю, может тут всегда так далеко море уходит. К морю приходилось ходить по пляжу довольно далеко направо, там море потрясающее. Причём возвращаясь вечером в полной темноте, приходилось переходить лагуну, которая заполнялась водой и довольно глубоко последние дни (отдыхали с 7 по 21 февраля). Кстати, только так можно попасть к основной жизни: рестораны с нормальным ценами и национальным меню (мы очень любим тайскую кухню и острое), со столиками на пляже, массажи, фрукты, обменники. В общем, имейте это в виду.

Phuket was beautiful, people, food , culture amazing.

Breakfast was delicious, so much choices & all the staff were excellent & friendly especially Bank thank you.

I think there should be more entertainment for the guests in the evening, like longer period for the musicians to play longer on the beach front & maybe an area for a Dj to play music for the guests who want to stay up a little later to mingle with the other guests in the hotel.

Used to be better! Will not return to this resort.

The pool and beach areas are great, and the overall architecture and atmosphere is amazing.

I have stayed at this resort 3 times prior to this stay, but don’t think I will come back again. Firstly we will given a room that felt like it was not even within the resort. It was hidden behind the reception building and had zero view. I didn’t even know that this building existed in the resort because it was so hidden. Then we asked for another room, which we were told wasn’t available despite initially being told that the hotel was only at 60% occupancy, so we then offered an upgrade to a Cabana room. The new room was a million times nicer, but turned out to be infested with huge flies. We informed housekeeping who quickly sent over staff to look at the problem. They staff was nice about the issue but all they did was to use bug spray all over the room (it smelled like chemicals for hours after) and it didn’t solve the fly problem as they kept returning. All in all a disappointing stay and we will look for other resorts next time we visit Phuket.

Superb location just 10mins from Phuket international airport and private beach!

superb location just 10 mns drive from Phuket international airport, the property has a private beach and necessary amenities to support both work and pleasure stay. Room condition is spacious for 2 people with short walking access to large swimming pools. We did enjoy morning run outside the hotel (total distance from the hotel to main road is approx 3.5km)

Breakfast is abit plain and unexciting, walking to the room during raining season could be somewhat unplesant.

the location is pleasant but a little bit far away from the entertainment the breakfast was perfect the pool is wonderful the lifeguard has been very efficient and advised us that the door of our car was still open

for the price and the 5 star rating the quality wasnt there. rooms were dated, no nice hand wash cheap soap, no nice body lotion small tube, fridge wasnt cold, small things like this not good enough in room, many hotels in thailand have very nice products. big fish restaurant food in the evening wasnt good, ordered starters and then 30 min later said they hadnt got it brought out mains 5 min later cold and small. wasnt enough sun beds around the pool area and beach, and not enough seating for the music in evening. not very good views of the beach because of the bushes. early morning on a Sunday staff were cutting grass and cutting trees down. you expect piece and quiet on holiday at a nice resort especially weekends.

I think it is an awesome resort for couples that would like to just chill. less fit families.

I liked the balcony and its direct excess to the pool (although it was a bit scary for us as a family with two little girls). the breakfast the beach

their are no stores, or places that you you could go to in a walking distance, The only close one is about 15 minutes walking (Nai yang beach).
