Близко к морю и не дорого

Месторасположение супер, 10 мин пешком и на пляже. Апартаменты большие, уютные. Убирались каждый день, постельное меняли каждые три дня. Администратор всегда на связи.

Если бы я готовила, то меня бы расстроила только кухня) вот по ней точно видно что апартамент старенький) и пустое место под стиральную машину выглядит странно)

Сделайте реальные фото, чтобы не вводить гостей в заблуждение

Близость к пляжу Сурин, (7-10 минут пешком)

Из разряда ожидание - реальность ) красивые фото на букинге и полная противоположность в реальности. Очень маленькие номера, вам буквально негде будет развернуться. Очень грязно, всюду какие-то пятна, сколы, затёртости, липкости, постельное белье в пятнах и дырках. Уборка ужасна, персонал совсем не обучен, они буквально не понимают, что и как им нужно убрать. И не хотят даже сделать вид, что стараются. Абсолютно в порядке вещей бросить на пол полотенце для рук/лица, наступить на него голыми ногами и таким образом быстро пройтись по номеру - это типа мойка полов)) Причем делается это прямо при тебе, и это же полотенце после стирки (надеюсь) потом попадется кому-либо из гостей. Жуткие неряхи и грязнули, после их уборки становится ещё брезгливей к чему-либо прикасаться и наступать. У нас в коридоре кто-то высыпал пепельницу на пол, так вот 3 дня никто не убирал это. Хотя уборка ходила мимо по номерам, то есть они просто проходили мимо россыпи бычков и липких пятен на полу )) Так же если вдруг вечером вы забудете карту от номера в самом номере, или, например, потеряете её, на ресепшн никого не будет. Да, есть табличка с номером, по которому можно связаться с персоналом. Но вам никто не ответит, а секьюрити покурит мариыванны и скажет, что вообще ничего не знает)) В общем, всё старенькое, замызганное, неприятное. И абсолютное безразличие персонала ко всему.

Апартаменты на фото и в реальности немного отличаются 😒

Апартаменты довольно уютные, все необходимое для отдыха есть: посуда, кухонные приборы, фен, сейф и пр. Понравилась кровать, правда очень удобная. Расположение удачное, 5-7 минут до пляжа, ресторанчиков, магазинов и пр. Есть 2 бассейна: один на крыше, другой внизу открытый. Сам район Сурин-бич подойдет для тихого семейного отдыха, развлечений тут особо нет.

Апартаменты требуют ремонта, хотя бы косметического. Стены немного ободранные, мебель тоже. Шкаф абсолютно не продуман, в нем нет полок для хранения вещей. В итоге мы все вещи так и хранили в чемодане. Качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего, полы не мыли, а видимо только подметали… Лежаки у бассейна на крыше все сломаны, лежать на них невозможно. Как итог: в принципе жить можно, закрыв глаза на эти минусы.

Tina the manager was wonderful, especially after we paid for a pool access room and booking .com had given us a 2nd floor pool view room. After 2 days Tina found us a pool access room, for our last 3 days. Unfortunately an oversite on booking .com Simon Wilkinson Australia

it was only for 2 nights but anyone looking for quality and low budget this is a good place

it’s a quite property and the apartment with a good layout own kitsches and living room

In general the location is good. Close to the beach, to the family mart, to the local restaurants. The area is a quite. Good for a family stay.

Apartment is killed and needs renovation.

Good apartment very close to the beautiful beach

1. Location - very close to the beach and calm area 2. Staff - manager was so lovely, she helped me with every question and fixed all issues 3. Wi-fi - in my room ( 4th floor ) worked well. Last days they even brought the router to the room 4. Terrace - very big and comfortable 5. Room never was hot during the day, I didn't even use AC 6. Beautiful, unusual design of the room 7. Small necessary thing ( comfortable bathrobes, umbrella, kitchen, bottles of water ) 8. Beautiful poll between main buildings

1. Disgusting smell in the room when I came ( I think its because of mold and lousy cleaning before ) 2. Disgusting smell of pillows and bedsheets first night. I even can't sleep ( but I sent message to the manager right away and they changed everything the following day) 3. Mold on the wall in front of the terrace 4. Rooftop with swimiтpool and gym looks "tired" already

Great price good location and friendly staff

All in all, one of the great stays so far — we really enjoyed it! :)

The toilet bidet holder wasnt properly installed. The closet cloth hanger wasnt really properly installed and fit the size — better check it before the next customer checking in. There was no dish rack for drying the dish —- better provide it for the customer. Better to provide some cloth — for cleaning or wiping the table Dish washing liquid and sponge should also be provided. The one of the two keycards was broken therefore it was quite inconvenient as we have 4 guests —- relying on just one keycard was quite a trouble — but it is understandable. The staff was very nice and friendly and well-mannered. The hotel sign and parking sign could be put up therefore it is easier to notice when checkin in.

Great value for location

Only 5 min walk to the beach. But also could take a transfer bus every hour. Small 1 bedroom apartment but had everything we needed. Very clean as it's new. Very good location, shops, cafe, laundry service just around the corner. Would recommend room with street, garden view as it is more quiet when pool side. It was a great value overall!

Not much space to store clothes and suitcases, needed more shelfs in closet. Water in the pool was cold
