Hyggelig ferie

Hyggelig og veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Fint og innbydende rom. God frokost med noe for enhver smak. Hotellets beliggenhet, svært sentralt.

Liked the location of the hotel

The room was very dusty and it looked like the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They told me it was a 3 day cleaning policy but they never cleaned on the third day. No direct phone to the reception to ask questions, so have to go down to the reception everytime.

highly recommended for all business and leisure travellers into trondheim, the hotel is very clean with aesthetic decorations on all floors and inside rooms, lovely free cosmetics provided, the breakfast is one of the best i have ever had in a hotel and can be compared to the best&most expensive hotels in paris, london, new york... etc plenty of local products, an interesting selection and cutest small smoothies, very friendly and attentive staff

More than adequate for a stop over.

The hotel is centrally located. But so is everything in Trondheim. The breakfast was more than satisfying, both with regards to choices and the breakfast restaurant. The staff were in general friendly and professional

The bathroom arrangements in our room were a bit unpractical, split in two tiny rooms. Some of the staff appeared a bit more professional than friendly.

Great stay. Lovely hotel. Just a few things need sorting. X

Great views. A kettle was very dangerous though and the electricity did not work on last day. In room 534. In 512 the blinds kept being raised and lowered. With No manual override seemingly possible.

Really friendly staff, good breakfast, great location. Very comfy bed and good shower!

I had a marvellous view of the pipes on the roof and into the other side of the building. I wasn't in the room much and it was paid for by my work so I wasn't particularly fussed, but if I'd paid for it myself I would have been a bit disappointed and probably would have asked to move rooms.

An excellent comfortable stay in Trondheim such a friendly safe city

We liked the convenient location close to the centre of town and the spacious suite 629. It was well equipped and had a separate living area. The staff were helpful especially Nina on Reception. The breakfast was really good with a huge selection of food. The small gym was clean and well equipped. We liked the free fresh fruit at reception. We liked the Cafe Dublin close by. It was great to have a kettle instead of the pod machines. The room was very quiet too

Perfect stay in the heart of Trondheim

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Trondheim! The staff was nice and pleasant and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Most comfortable bed I slept in. The city view was spectacular! Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety of hot and cold food and a very pleasant dining room.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and a really good, central location. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of choices and good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice, and the coffee machine by the reception was a lovely feature to grab a coffee before heading to the room for the night.

We found it puzzling with the lack of general information in the room. As in breakfast times or check out. There was no phone in the room, and as we needed an extra duvet, we had no idea how to call reception as we had no number either. The hotel had shutters at the windows, which we couldn't control. They would suddenly go down, and we didn't have much light in the room and vice versa. Annoying we couldn't control this ourselves.

Nice enough

Extremely clean and comfortable. Nice addition to have the conditioner on top of the shampoo. Really loved the Nespresso coffee machine for breakfast and for free use in the hall.

The size of a single room is really small. The wifi is not very reliable. The cast/streaming system to use the TV in the room is very nice in principle but unnecessarily complex in practice. Additionally, this remote control systems is quite annoying, as my Android phone was allowed control over other rooms' screens.

Quality Hotel Prinsen, the name says it all.

This is an excellent hotel which is well located for everything in central Trondheim. It has a major bus stop outside to enable travel in the locale like the 26 bus to Bymarka ski area. Our room was well appointed with electric window blinds and a step free rain shower. The reception staff were friendly and accomodating. The whole hotel was also spotless. Another excellent part of this stay was the exceptional breakfast with a huge choice of hot and cold food and drinks. The breakfast dining area is nicely decorated and has a huge amount of seating. This hotel also has a pub/bar and two restaurants which were great places in their own right. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Trondheim.

It would have been nice if the integrated pub/bar and restaurant had been open on a Sunday.

Good breakfast. Great location. Nice staff.

Tiny room. Terrible view. Absurdly small bathroom. For the first visit and first use of the hotel, we expected that Superior Family Room would be spacious and family friendly. The room was small so that after all sleeping space was set it was nearly impossible to move around. The bathroom was so tiny and claustrophobic. It was of maybe 1.5m2. Never seen smaller bathroom. It was of a toilet size. The view was at the other hotel walls and staircase. This was room 303. Perhaps other Superior rooms are better. This was disappointing 😞
