ΕΦΙΑΛΤΗΣ

Η χειρότερη εμπειρία μου τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια. Το προσωπικό δεν ήξερε τίποτε. Στις 3 τα ξημερώματα της Τρίτης 30/7/2024 όταν πλέον το air-condition συνέχιζε να βγάζει πολύ κρύο αέρα πάρα το ότι το είχα γυρίσει το κουμπί στο πpanel στο ζεστό και είχα πατήσει το κόκκινο κουμπί για να κλείσει εντελώς , χωρίς επιτυχία πήρα τηλέφωνο τη reception και μου είπαν να ξαναπροσπαθησω με το κόκκινο κουμπί. Όταν μετά από ώρα πείστηκαν ότι δεν έχει αποτέλεσμα αυτό μου είπαν να περιμένω να έρθει κάποιος να το δει. Μετά από αρκετή ώρα που ξαγρύπνησα περιμένοντας το air-condition σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί χωρίς να κάνω κάτι εγώ. Προφανώς ο έλεγχος ήταν κεντρικός και δε με πήραν να μου πουν ούτε μια συγνώμη που με κράτησαν τόση ώρα ξάγρυπνο λόγω της άγνοιας τους. Επίσης την Τρίτη το μεσημέρι λίγο μετά την άφιξη μου, κάλεσα τη reception γιατί χρειαζόμουν ένα μαχαίρι και ένα πιρούνι. με συνέδεσαν με τ το room service για να με εξυπηρετήσει και εκείνοι μου είπαν εντελώς αγενώς "εμείς παραδίδουμε μόνο φαγητό και ποτά" αν θέλεις μαχαιροπήρουνα κατέβα στο bar να πάρεις. Αν μου το έλεγαν αρχικά από τη reception δε θα με πείραζε τόσο. Αυτό δείχνει πλήρη άγνοια, έλλειψη ευγένειας και επαγγελματισμού, Αναφορικά με το νερό που αντί για παροχή εμφιαλωμένου νερού δωρεάν που δίνουν τα αλλά ξενοδοχεία αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σου δίνει ένα άδειο μπουκάλι να το γεμίσεις από τον ψύκτη που υποτίθεται έχει φίλτρο και κουραφέξαλα. Η ποιότητα του νερού του ψύκτη είναι απαράδεκτη. Χειρότερη και από της βρύσης.

Να δώσουν το management σε κάποιον επαγγελματία του χώρου.

Immer noch für mich eine sehr gute Adresse in Sofia, besonders wenn man unchristliche Abflugszeiten hat.

Kenne dieses Hotel von sehr häufigen Aufenthalten. Allein dies ist im Verhältnis zur jetzigen Bewertung zu sehen. Wer schnell zum Flughafen mit kostenfreien Shuttleservice mit hoteleigenem nicht verrauchten VW Bulli möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Zum Einen ist das Mobiliar so langsam in die Jahre bekommen. Die Bäder könnten so langsam ein Update bekommen. Die Küche hat nachgelassen bei gleichzeitiger Preiserhöhung. Zudem ist das Frühstück überteuert und selbst für deutsche Verhältnisse mit 23 EUR pro Person teuer. Insgesamt ist, wie bei anderen Hotels in Sofia, eine fortlaufende Preiserhöhung festzustellen.

I liked the parking slot, traveling alone it’s very important to feel safe, so I did.

The first room I was placed was not clean enough, there was spots on the carpet and unpleasant smell. I was given another room, it was better. The staff was not polite enough, cold manners, not friendly at all. They didn’t answer their phone. The hidden fee of 30 € , mandatory for all dogs.

I would stay again and recommend to others, but request a room away from the main road.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. Great shuttle bus to and from airport

Room was too warm and aircon would not cool room sufficiently. When I had to open the window to cool the room down the noise from the road was very loud, a little frustrating.

Good choice for airport

The location was great for us as we only needed the hotel for a one night stay before flying out of Sofia at the end of our trip. It was a typical business style hotel but we were upgraded to a superior room on the top floor and had great views from the large windows. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice.

Nothing really, only that this is not the type of hotel we usually stay in but that was our choice and decision.

Overall a pretty awesome stay.

Comfort, luxury space and very friendly personal, finding arrangements for almost everything. The first 5 nights were over booking.com at a very advantageous price. Spa (sauna/steam bath) and massages are available. Very good breakfast with loads of choices.

Location wasn‘t awesome but close to everything. City center, airport and highways. Although the hotel has aged well and still got a modern, timeless flair, good choices on inner art/architecture, it‘s a bit on the old site and some damages, infrastructure issues and inconveniencies maust be taken into sccount. (Steam bath not working, I got refund)

Putting the "hot" in hotel

Good location close to the airport and also the city centre. All the staff provided excellent customer service. Free shuttle to airport.

The air conditioning in the hotel room wasn't cold enough for my liking which affects my sleep but was bareable. The steak dinner tasted great but was a small portion for the price- carrots and potatoes were listed but you get tiny carrots and 3 small potato slices. Bit cheeky!

Beds were super firm. Very quiet.

Western breakfast was a little strange. Scrambled eggs were very runny and waffles were crunchy with sugar.
