Well , a good view from the room , rest nothing much to add.
Room had many issues , Front Desk was not accessible , Room Phone instrument was not working etc.. etc..
Breakfast was pathetic , not a single option for Vegan / Vegetarian.
Check-in took a good long time , there was a queue , poorly staffed.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, large elegant staircase.
Great breakfast, with the best sausages I’ve ever had in a hotel!! Nice large breakfast room with lots of helpful staff. Lovely views out to the seafront.
Bedroom to small, the double bed was up to the wall on one side, so my wife had climb over from my side!!

The Sea View room was lovely, right on the beachfront. No noise from the road. Good sized room and large bathroom. Great sized TV and fresh coffee bags.
When we arrived there was quite a que and we had to wait for about 20 mins to check in.

Great hotel in a great location. The outside maintains an old fashioned charm whilst the inside was modern and well equipped.
Being on the sea front, we could hear street noise at night, but we were there over the weekend.

lovely hotel right on the front . Decor is lovely ... its definitely not a hotel where once you go through the doors to your room everything is a bit shabby . carpets were clean and plush painting was fresh room was lovely and spacious .
prices for drinks was a bit high... would've liked to of sat and drank on terrace overlooking sea but was just a bit too pricey . same with the price for breakfast we would've had it if it was cheaper. no one can eat 22 pounds worth of breakfast !!

Lounge area & bar ok.
Room not great, outlook not very nice at all. Not worth the price for 2 nights.

Location. Great staff at reception who made us stay welcome and were very efficient. We like the complimentary cookies on arrival!
The air conditioning unit making a high pitch noise every 20mns throughout the night. I had to turn it off as it kept us awake. Our room didn’t get cleaned , not sure why as we requested it. We were disappointed that there was no mini bar in the (superior) room and that there was not a complimentary bottle of water in the room on arrival.

i liked the location, the cleanness of the room and the breakfast was lovely lots of options. the cookie when your first arrive is a lovely touch
for the price of the hotel and room i wish the view was nicer i feel like i paid a lot more due to the location and wish i went somewhere further out so it was cheaper

Location, room and breakfast food was good. Busy reception and a little chaotic at times!! Staff seemed nice and helpful.
Swim area quite run down needs a good clean and a refurbishment
Breakfast food was good but no accommodation to people who have a dairy intolerance. Just a bottle of oat milk tucked away in a corner! No option for a nice coffee. When I ordered a flat white with oat milk at the bar after breakfast I was told the milk won’t be nice or frothy do you still want this? I am aware that oat milk is more challenging to work with and suggested the brand they use has an alternative option in their range they should try but I was told this hotel doesn’t do these things and it’s too expensive! I still think they would make a profit on charging £4.50 for a micro size flat white!!! In comparison when I stayed at The Grand in Brighton a few weeks ago, they made me a fresh flat white at breakfast for no extra cost!

The hotel is central to the location. It has good access and allows dogs. The rooms are set out well. It’s really nice and quiet and the communal and public areas of the hotel are clean. Aircon in each room that also acts as heating which worked well. Towels super fluffy and changed daily.
The bathroom was run down and needed TLC. Had to call down twice because the water in the shower didn’t drain and was going to overfill. The shower bubbled up water when flushing the toilet. The car parking is very expensive (over £100 for 4 nights).

Great location and facilities are good
Booked a queen room, was given a room with two twins pushed together so not comfortable when slipping in between gap in beds

It was clean
It was very expensive for what you get, including the car park. Bar staff were slow in serving, when we ordered food we had to ask 3 times before our order was taken. Food came very late and was dried out. We asked for 2 extra mugs in our bedroom and coffee, they never came. Lots of uncleared dirty crockery outside rooms.

The location
Wasn’t impressed with bathroom, it was very small
4.0
The location was amazing, next to the seaside. The breakfast area is beautiful with a nice view. All the stuff members are very friendly.
The room was smaller than expected, very small bathroom. The pillows and mattress are not comfortable, something you wouldn't expect in the Hilton hotel.

The hotel and room was very clean and the staff we spoke to at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small but still ok and the mattress was quite hard.

Decor , spacious, staff, breakfast, location, clean , friendly. Bed was very comfy . Shower was great .
The view from our room ( roof tops) not being able to eat a meal in the restaurant. Menu very minimal. (But what we had was amazing ) we were disappointed that it was more of a bar menu. Thought it would have been more a la carte menu
3.5
Breakfast was great, selection to suit everyone. The Pool area is an added bonus- lots of days spent lounging in the jacuzzi/sauna/steam room. Location of the hotel opposite 1360 and upside down house and not too far a walk from the pier/sea life centre.
Bathroom originally too small, could not access the shower as the glass door was far to close to the sink! After speaking with reception we were kindly upgraded to a king suite- which was great despite there being no fridge in the room. Please note the number of rooms with sea view are limited.
You get a free warm cookie on arrival-a lovely touch.
Parking is far too expensive £25 a day, with a meagre subsidy if you are staying at the hotel, also tricky finding a vacant space and not many blue badge spots.

Location
I went on a bank holiday weekend which wasn't a great idea however the hotel was rammed and queues for everything. Tried to check in a number of times and the queues were enormous so kept trying again. Again, breakfast the next morning was carnage and massive queues to be seated. Madness that they couldn't plan ahead and staff the hotel accordingly.
Worst thing was the cleanliness of the room. There were crumbs all over the floor, stains on the sheets and towels, dust on everything, and a huge red wine stain on the carpet when I arrived. I complained about this (as they inexplicably take a £50 deposit per night and wanted to make sure I didn't get blamed for the red wine stain) and despite cleaners coming to the room on two occasions, the dust and crumbs remained until I left... so they clearly don't clean the rooms either during or between stays. Combined with the fact that there were dogs all over the hotel - I dread to think how dirty all the other rooms are.
The service in the bar/restaurant was poor also - I explicitly asked twice during the day what time dinner finished (I couldn't eat until reasonably late), yet 15 mins after being seated I was told 'sorry we've finished food service' so had to trek around Brighton at 9.30 to find somewhere to eat.

Good location, pretty old building, well maintained, very clean. Sizeable room.
The listing made it sound like the car park was free for hotel guests, but it was actually discounted to £25 for 24 hours.

Good location
We paid extra to upgrade to a queen room with sea view . For 2 nights costing £526 .
Unfortunately..
Windows were sealed shut so no fresh sea air .
Dirty staind towel .
No complimentary water.
Water leaking through ceiling lights.
Mould on windows.
Totally gobsmacked at the poor standard when paying a high price .
Was offered a 10 percent refund which I took amounting to £52.60 , which I also found disgraceful, will not stay here again .

La limpieza y comodidad del hotel
Esto es subjetivo, la decoración y estilo del edificio no me encantó, pero no tiene nada que ver con que es un excelente hotel

The pool and hot tub and the bed was lovely the whole weekend was beautiful the staff was so welcoming and friendly
The quality of the breakfast could of been a little better
2.5
The location. The building is beautiful. The parking was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was great. There was an iron along with an ironing board, hair dryer and a kettle, which were handy. Breakfast was excellent. Giovanni at the reception was pleasant this morning.
There were no water bottles in the room which is something that you would expect and normally find in any hotel. We essentially wouldn't have been bothered by this if we were notified so we could be prepared, especially after a long drive in the summer one reaching for water first thing after one reach distention. We were told that they sell water bottles in the hotel. Although we had complementary warm cookies at the reception, water would have been far more appreciated.
The room temperature was too hot (we haven't had a thermometer unfortunately), the air conditioning or heating control was not working. We couldn't open the window. I've spoken to the reception about it and they have done nothing. It was so difficult to sleep.
There was no small fridge in the room.
The bathroom door was damaged.
The receptionists when we checked in (around 7 pm) were a bit cold and not particularly friendly. I found it challenging to understand the receptionist lady who I spoke to about the room temperature and it was an unnecessarily tricky conversation.

Location, staff all excellent
The breakfast was poor as all the food in the buffet was cold.
The car park was far too expensive at £25 per night.

The staff were exceptional and the decor was lovely
The entire front of the bathroom counter came off with a small nudge and landed on my foot, leaving a nasty ache that lasted a few days. Behind the front panel were disgusting brown/yellow stains covering the entire inside of the counter
4.0
Location, style, size of room, breakfast, leisure facilities
No dinner room availability, bar area staff not that helpful, bedroom amenities (ie water/tea/coffee) not automatically replenished daily, lack of info/knowledge provided by staff or in room regarding local attractions and any special offers available

Limited staff on reception. Always a long queue.
Room particularly small and dark really only adequate for one person. No housekeeping staff on the night shift when needed to set up the spare bed as requested.
