All the staff were so helpful and kind. So much so we extended our stay. Thank you for a wonderful break ♥️
Looking forward to when all rooms have been upgraded. Room 206 was wonderful.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, the views are stunning and the atmosphere lovely
Would have preferred more options for breakfast for non meat eaters, but that is a small thing as what we had was very nice and wouldn't stop me returning.

We like the room and the view ..
The water pressure was very very slow , and thought the balcony in our room 103 was very low, the music in the bar was very very old fashioned and staff were good at there jobs serving but not very sociable the one thing I would definitely change is the plant in the concevatory in the corner looking out to see near the metal steps nicks so much view out !!! However we enjoyed the pool and the steam room , it's a nice hotel great location , may see you again soon , we usually go to pines as it dog friendly !! Thanks for our stay in beautiful Swanage .

Stunning location, and I loved the style of the hotel.
So beautiful!
Very comfortable bedroom.
Cleaners were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect. Staff were fabulous and welcoming. The second room we were given was beautiful. I'd asked for an alternate room because of noise and the receptionist and I think manager promptly changed the room
First room was dated. Located right above the front door so noise was terrible. We did get moved up a floor so a definite improvement in noise and standard of room was much better as newly refurbished. Could have done for people leaving a party to pipe down.

Views are great, as expected, I could see Swanage from a Swanage seaside hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was lovely, breakfast and evening meal. A well stocked bar and plenty of comfy seats. Although hotel was full, it was very quiet, day and night. Leisure centre was lovely, splash pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. Free to use for guests but local "members" also pay to use it. All very friendly and clean.
Not so much a "didn't like point" but just to be aware of, parking is limited, even the on-street parking. Need to arrive early to get a spot unless you are using your car daily, then it is just pot luck.

The location was superb! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly lift was out of order but I knew this before booking. Good exercise!! We had a lovely evening meal on Friday evening. Great food and a superb view from the dining area. The garden area was a great place to relax.
Parking was limited but we parked close by and we were reimbursed the full cost. Sadly the sauna was our of order. Plunge pool was nice but felt it could have been cleaner... found long hairs in water.

We had the most beautiful room, with a sea view, overlooking Swanage and the hotel gardens and beach. A most exceptional location. Very clean, the staff were very kind and approachable. The shower in the bathroom was great. Lots of space, light and airy, with a large wardrobe for our clothes. The bed was huge, and very comfortable. We loved it.
My partner ordered a Full English breakfast, and it was clearly warmed up, not cooked from fresh, which was a bit disappointing. We tried to tip the waiter after our evening meal, and were told that tips were cash only. In this day and age, not many people carry cash, and we did not have any. In most restaurants, you can add a tip as a service charge. I felt sorry that we couldn't tip.
The parking is inadequate for a hotel this size. It was a nightmare trying to park one evening during our stay, we had to drive around a few streets in order to find a space.

Both were very good, breakfast choices were very good, scenery excellent
I had a single room although very nice I found it a bit claustrophobic

Stunning position in the town
Very dated, cheaply decorated, very expensive at £130 per night considering… it was so cold in room 304 that I rang to ask about heating & was told to look in wardrobe for electric fan!

No lager on tap, just bottles.

it’s location was great
the property was in reasonable condition but the bed was like sleeping in a rocking chair as every time I moved the bed kept moving under me.
